so.... for the research colloquium of my BA supervisor I was only supposed to have 45 minutes available during which I should briefly present (and discuss) my research question, text sources, progress etc., but as it turns out the other student dropped out, and now I have a whole entire scary 90 minutes lecture to fill.... all by myself and with my flimsy idea of a BA thesis

#this is Good (getting space for my idea and feedback and a chance to try out the Colloquium ExperienceTM) but also Bad (Anxiety) #help #🥲 #nowhere near ready to discuss my ideas for THAT LONG with all those cool and smart people rip that I admire but am also a little scared of #simon.out. #I don't know if this textpost makes any sense I'm surprisingly lost when it comes to translating my uni experience into english #also yeah... I'm a bit old for my BA in case you're wondering but alas “life got in the way” as my friend likes to say
