Honestly kind of crrrrrazy but when I posted ITNL chapter 15 I was at 359 kudos and now I'm at 442 kudos

Like I did my whole big re-edit of everything prior in hopes of this arc gaining ITNL more readers (& thus I wanted the earlier stuff to be Better) but man it's kind of wild seeing that actually happen

#speculation nation #itnl shit #though to b fair a LOTTTT of this was from that fanart #which yeah the inspiration came from chapter 15 so u could say chapter 15 was the push #but really. wouldnt have happened this fast without that fanart. #442 still isnt a ton but i feel like it's finally starting to gain some traction #i dont write for popularity but feeling like my work is being appreciated is a very strong motivator #and i still REALLY want ITNL to overtake Sentido in kudos #felt like a tall dream before. but now we r at 442 vs 856 #still got a ways to go but it's feeling like i might actually get there #ESPECIALLY considering that wolfwood is coming in soon #so. i will indeed. be working on it 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡 #i had a similar experience with discacc ngl. thats how it is with longfic sometimes #you spend months and months just building and building and gaining attention #and one day you look up and youve got 1387 kudos and ur like. ok Wow #also yes i know the exact numbers. ever since i started posting on ao3 i take screenshots of my stats page every time i post an update #bc i like to see how much it changes between each one. and it's nice to b able to go 'wow! ive gained 200 hits in 24 hours!' etc etc #i swear i dont write for popularity alone but i just love looking at my stats page....... #monkey brain loves numbers go up. lol
