#woke up with a headache and was doing my usual thing of ignoring it instead of taking ibuprofen despite knowing better #(mixed thing here though bc exhaustion headaches aren't always helped by meds in my experience) #anyway then the pain spiked at one point and had me actually feeling ill which was fun #i very much beelined to the work kitchen for ibuprofen and water lol and now i still have a headache but it's mild #so glad i don't get migraines despite headaches being fairly common for me #anyway that's been my day so far lol #i just wanted to complain somewhere feel free to ignore this
