i personally find it funny amongst the shuro arguments, if someone mentions he technically owns slaves*, another person will go "um actually, his dad owns slaves."

like that makes it any better lol

if shuro's rich dad owns slaves, then that means his family including himself owns slaves. not that hard to understand lol

*the slaves are tade and izutsumi. they were bought, with money. bc they were seen as property. demihumans in the dunmeshi world have the least amount of rights.
