In retrospect it's like comically fucked how bad and how obvious the cycles-of-violence shit was and apparently still is in my mom's side of the family. Do you know how bad a parent you have to be to have your kid grow up to be a full on abuser and somehow manage to use you as an example of how not to treat your fucking kids to the degree that even their kids know that they're getting off easy cuz they don't live with fucking you?
