{ HC / OOC } Before Diane and he got together, they were just friends. Though he liked her a lot and he didn't think she would ever like him back. So he spent a few months sulking because he thought it was all one sided. However, that quickly changed when he talked to a shared friend and found out that Diane shared the same feelings he did. Which prompted him to asking her out.

{ HC / OOC } After Diane and Beth died, Rick received all kinds of flowers from both family and friends. His whole apartment was filled with them. Too many to know what to do with, but he kept them up. Since it reminded him of how much his girls loved flowers and used to pick some on their long walks together.
