“Oh my gosh! Yuzu Hiiragi?! The duelist who was facing Sergey that crashed!? You’re....still alive!?”

“Come on! I can’t just leave her here in this condition! We need to help her! Have a heart, Jack!”

“Wow...getting a closer look at her, she really does look like that missing girl from the Commons who disappeared a few months ago from your old orphanage, Jack...I told you that story was worthy enough to report on! Someone owes me a homemade King’s Bento box, and a sunset date!”

The disembodied voices rang in Yuzu’s head, her mind slowly returning to consciousness. What happened after the pain of crashing through that building was all a blur. All she remembers was the surging burning from the bruises and cuts that covered her body. However, Yuzu suddenly then feels the pain seeming to have...lessened? Sapphire blue hues slowly begin to open, pink locks flowing over her shoulders as a hand moves to her forehead.

“Ugh...What...What happened...? Did someone...Did someone...help me?” She speaks openly. The Standard resident then takes notice of the room around her. It certainly reminded her of the hotel she had been locked into during the tournament, especially with a window looking over The City and the surrounding ocean, but this one was...different. The furnishings, the colors, and the entire feel of it felt...cozy. Expensive, but cozy. It didn’t feel cold or isolating. Just where in the world was she, and who saved her?

Well, soon enough she would have an answer, the door to the bedroom she was in opening to reveal two figures standing in the frame. One was a women with peculiar glasses, long flowing raven hair, and adorned in bright orange and blue hues with a double banded ring on her finger. The other...the other was a man with blonde hair, a tattoo across his right arm with a symbol she had never seen before, and a sleek black tank top on with jewelry adorning his neck, ears, and ring finger.

“You’re awake, Miss Hiiragi! Oh thank goodness! We were starting to get a little worried for you there there! Hope you’re feeling better! I did my best to help bandage you up, with a little help from my man here! Isn’t that right, Jacky?”

The woman smiled as bright as the setting sun after saying her words, her body shifting to wrap her two arms round the tattooed arm of the taller man and her head to rest on the arm as well. ‘Jacky’...Hearing that name seemed to speak a realization in Yuzu, her gaze shifting towards the blonde man. Seems like being injured, processing her situation, and the different attire had caused her to miss the identity of who the man standing in front of her was...

“W-W-Wait a second! You’re...You’re the Duel King...The Duel King Jack Atlas!!! You...You and this woman...saved me? B-But why? W-Wouldn’t you get in trouble with Security for saving a loser of the tournament who should be sent underground?”
