i’ve kind of sat here wondering what to write for the last few hours as an exit of this year. in honesty there’s so much to say but so little words to express it all.    in honesty though i just want to thank those who gave me new chances this year and got to know me after taking the time to read my rules and give me that chance.   there have been stumbles early on this year and each moment has been a learning experience.  i’m not perfect,  no one ever is but i’ve never stood here and lied and said i always have been.   i’ve been on geralt since near day one of the new year in 2020 and those around me have been kind and ushered in a change for myself that i might not thought possible at the end of 2019.

i’ve not always been a good person,   a kind person and taking a gander at conversations that exist from me in a time where i was my worst really shows that.    i’ve had people check me in the past year and i’ve hopefully learned and grown from who i was seven and longer months ago.    the situation that happened in the witcher rpc that was not even created by me was construed to be by someone who knew exactly what he was doing to get the fire off his back.    it worked,    the receipts blog was made but i continued to move on and grow.   my trust wavered in people but i still stand here     ---------     writing here    with friends new and old that have either been here since day one or those that have given me a chance just recently.

its been a tough year for everyone,    people have lost people,   lost the ability to see their family and friends as it was upended by covid-19.   tumblr became a place where most that wouldn’t be here often ended up being here    most    of the time and in doing so    .  .    people grew bored and begun to target people for the smallest of things.    things that should have absolutely been handled in private and didn’t need to be aired like dirty laundry.   this is something that,   gods,    wasn’t even done to me but it happened    a lot    this year than any other year i’ve been on this website.

i hope it changes.    the culture needs to change with people    actually    following people’s dni’s and   blocking and blacklisting    people genuinely rather than saying they have and lying about it.   its obvious when you showboat it    .  .    why are you still seeing x person on your dash if you’ve gone out of your way to say otherwise.    makes no sense.

anyway.

again,   i wanna thank everyone for supporting my blogs,   me and giving me pointers when required when something was wrong or misunderstood.    i wanna thank my mutuals for being beautiful people,   kind and caring    (    even though most of u refuse to drink water so one day i    will    come for you with a fish or a pillow,    mark my words.    )    and i hope you all have a better new year than this one    ----    the pandemic won’t end when the clock strikes midnight but we all have our parts to play.

my aim in 2021 is to continue the non    -    liner timeline to being my better self,   continue therapy and continue my studies and get my ass into gear for my future,    whatever that may be.    i wish the same for y’all as well    <3    !!
