Those kids are Rhon and Kyle! These two posts have personalities and such. Excuse Rhon’s old art sfjghkfjg

Rhon is also actually 12 years older than Jay, not 10

I have an urgent need to develop Scree, and I have a huge twist in mind for him but I have to probably watch season 11 for lore on the idea ;)

I keep forgetting to talk about how Kyle is also a music man and a fashion man. He like the sing and the style. He’s perfect for musicals but not geeky enough, tbh

My friend was just randomly like “Kyle Cranbry….. is a Hamilton nerd” and for that idea I am forever grateful, he’s just not as much nerdy if ya know what i mean

Fun fact! I got the idea for Rhon’s character while thinking about how much of a motherly feeling I feel for my favorite characters rather than friendship or romance while listening to Glass Animal’s Youth

Rhon is one of my favorite OCs I’ve ever created ever, to be honest! The conflict of her general self-outcasting nature/roguishness and her overwhelming aunt love for Jay and other characters really has made me proud of myself for her creation. Jay’s distant biological family would of course give him no idea of her and absolute cluelessness of his fam in general in earlier seasons and I love that I could use that. Rhon and Kyle are also not the young adult/teen cliche characters and I’m proud of that. I can’t wait to write Staticholders and Stars about my three OCs and their interactions with the main plot and characters. Someday, I’ll have the time.

Sorry for going on such a rant, I love my 30 year old kids and my happy bird
