Love and light, Positivity over everything! Erm, how about NO! Cut the toxic positivity bullshit. Positivity has its place, I’m all about shining your light and sending love to people and all that, but you can’t whitewash over everything with positivity, and neither should you. You are human! Therefore, you have all sorts of feelings and emotions and every one of them should be felt and has their place. Someone said to me once that I wasn’t spiritual because I expressed a feeling that she deemed “negative.” The thing is, there are not really any negative emotions or feelings, they’re just feelings and we are all entitled to feel what we feel, and express ourselves as we see fit, (unless that means intentionally hurting others). Why can we not just express an emotion without being seeing as negative, or spiritual! I say feel those feelings, express yourself and fuck anyone who thinks you shouldn’t! I remember so vividly, sitting there in the hospital bed, knowing I was moments away from being taken down for major back surgery. I was about to go under at any moment, and I was still working away, I still never gave up. 😊 I was in the middle of my GCSE coursework at the time, analysing a poem, reading between the lines and writing an essay on it, yet I was about to go in to have my metalwork removed out of my spine due to severe infection. 😬 I could have gave up, I could have delayed it, and I’m sure school would have let me have the extension due to the circumstances, but I was never one to quit, I was never one to give up. 💯 I sat there writing the last of this essay, just as they came in to wheel me off, yet I still finished it. 🤪 There is plenty of times when you have felt like giving up, when there doesn’t seem any hope, when it feels like the only choice. Sometimes though, if you continued anyway, if you didn’t give up, you would get what you wanted all along. 🙏😇I got top marks in that essay by the way. 😇🙏 It’s crazy to think, that I would be sitting there working away when many would have give up, decided not to do it. There has been many other times since when I continued and ever gave up hope and it eventually paid off in the end. Sometimes, you just have to do what you feel is right, you have to continue anyway. Sometimes all you feel you have is hope, but it’s enough to make you continue anyway. Sometimes life is tough, it throws up the MF of all curveballs, and you have still somehow made it through to the other side. Why not put the same hope, and determination into your dreams? You May feel like it’s hopeless, that you’re doing all the things for none of the results at times, but that doesn’t mean that the universe isn’t working with you to bring you all that you desire. Reading your card readings from the book and calling it good is a mistake! 💯 ⛔️How about you fuck the book off and start reading the energy instead!⛔️ ✔️ Read how the card makes you feel when you see it ✔️ See what symbols and images jump out at you and tell people what you feel it means ✔️ What visions do you have when you see the card ✔️ What thoughts do you have, or what do you hear when you see it ✔️ Do you have any sensations in your body at the time and what does that tell you about the reading ✔️ What information do you just know you need to share ✔️ Do you smell anything that could tell you something about the meaning of the card? Use your senses, your whole body, your thoughts 💭. They will tell you everything you need to know. It’s not going to give you what you need to know by just focusing on the manual that comes with the deck. In fact, 99% of the time, I don’t read a single word in the manual at all. 😳. Why? Because I trust my self. I trust my intuition and what spirit guides me to see, say, think, feel, know. I didn’t realise I had psychic abilities growing up, because they didn’t present in a way that I saw on TV. I expected to hear them as though it was another person, or see them as though they were right in front of me. It wasn’t that way, so I didn’t think anything of it. 🔮You may hear things and just pass them off as your own thoughts 🔮You may see an image in your head and just assume it’s you thinking it 🔮You may feel a feeling in your body and assume it’s yours 👂 Hearing spirit for me, means hearing them in my own head, in my own voice, the difference I notice now, is that I it’s almost always come unexpectedly (unless I’m tuned in and reading for someone, then I expect it), and sometimes in a way I just wouldn’t speak, or think. Like when I was worrying so much it was making me ill and I hear “you’ll be o‘rate”. I wouldn’t speak that way, but my family spoke in a very strong potteries accent, they would speak like that. 👁 Seeing spirit for me can be images or visions in my head that pop out of nowhere, it can be seeing spirit in my head, smiling, or laughing at something, very rarely do I see spirit physically, but I have done. Like the time I was reading for someone and spirit handed them a rose, and a stick. (I can’t remember the message, but the gigs were part of it). Or the time I saw my sisters dog after he passed laying on my sofa plane as day. 👐 I can feel feelings in my body that I know don’t belong to me, but I didn’t always know they didn’t belong to me. Like the time I picked up on a clients illness and nearly threw up right at the start of it, and I wasn’t reading about health as I don’t do that. There are things like that that may show up in your life that you won’t always realize at the time. Pay attention to your body, your feelings, thoughts, images, symbols, smells. Pay attention to things you just know. It all adds up, and as you practice, they grow, they get stronger. I know they are for me. I spent my entire late teens and 20s and some of my 30s believing I wasn’t enough and I was too much! 😬 I didn’t feel good enough, 🤦‍♀️ I tried everything to make friends and be liked, which no luck. I was ignored, pushed out, left out and told I was too much. 🔮I was too thin! 🔮I was too fat! 🔮I wasn’t pretty enough! 🔮I wasn’t good enough! 🔮I was too quiet! 🔮I was too loud! I never felt like I was ever enough as I am! 😞 ❤️ My beliefs were weird, odd as different. ❤️ I showed up different than everyone else, ❤️ I didn’t wear the right clothes, or shoes, or trainers. Does any of that sound familiar to you? ❓ I feel you, you want to find connection with people, you want to be liked and have the group of friends that everyone seems to have but you. You just want to fit in somewhere, to feel like you’re loved for who you are.
