hi im too lazy to make this post aesthetic && stuff so dont mind it

for three whole semesters, y/n and shinichiro have been roommates, though they were merely strangers, if not almost invisible to each other’s eyes

the only times they talk to each other is for the place’s maintenance and whatnots. no sharing of food, no sharing of dialogues, no sharing of anything. they are basically living on their own but just in one house

until one night, y/n was absolutely tired and their eyes were sinking into the depths from the lack of sleep.

shinichiro was also on his laptop, working on his thesis a few feet away. and then suddenly, he stood up and rummaged through his food in the kitchen.

y/n heard it and their stomach rumbled, but there’s no way they’re asking for food nor stand up and leave their work unfinished

so for the next few minutes, y/n drowned themself in work, sleep deprived, starving and all

that is until steam woke y/n up as well as the delicious aroma of hot noodles. frankly, shinichiro laid a bowl of noodles in fromt of y/n, and went back to his work with another bowl in his hand

it compelled y/n, honestly. they mumbled a quick thanks thats enough for him to hear, but also quiet to seem like not wanting to start a conversation

maybe in the next few days when y/n will drown themself into the sea of works, another warm bowl would be set in front of them

maybe in the next few days, they’ll compliment his cooking skills

maybe in the next few days, he’ll purposely put more noodles to their bowl instead of his

maybe they’ll start looking out for each other, even in the slightest way

maybe, they’ll genuinely care for each other

maybe...

just maybe, that’ll be the start of their bond

— a/n my first set of tokyo revengers headcanons! i’m trying things out so sorry if my posts are inconsistent!

↠ Sano Manjirou was the one who confessed but even before doing so, you already knew that he liked you. He was so obvious and Draken and the rest of his gang always teased him about it. So it wasn’t hard to realize that he liked you.

↠ Everyone assumed that the two of you were already dating. (You were not yet, by that time.) Mikey just acts different around you, a lot chirpier perhaps. He takes you out on little dates (which you don’t realize as dates and Mikey doesn’t bother to tell you so) and shows you off to everyone.

↠ Because he had zero experience on how to court someone (other than the dramas Emma watched), Mikey decided to do one thing he did best. Feed you. Like, literally feed you. With dorayaki. Unwrapping the wrapper and urging you to open your mouth.

↠ You only laughed and went along with it. Mikey seriously spoils you with food, most are sweets that he likes and wants you to try. He’s overjoyed every single time.

↠ When he finally asked you out (properly this time), he felt a lot more comfortable and relieved. The space between the two of you gradually turns smaller as he’s now confident enough to drape himself all over you (whether in public or behind closed doors). That’s how everyone found out that you’re dating him, for real this time.

↠ Mikey loves staying over at your place. He likes cuddling and watching movies with you whenever he has free time, wrapped in blankets and pillow forts. You have mountains of snacks in your cupboard for whenever Mikey stops by (which is all the time unless he’s not with Toman).

↠ At this point, he literally has enough set of clothes in your closet and your parents/family doesn’t even blink anymore whenever he comes in or have dinner with you.

buttttt he’d glare at the culprit (yes, he knows who) puffing out a cold breath as some type of threat

anyway, u two get to sit closer to each other since you’re both sharing the book

you’re tired and all, and the last subject requires two heavy books and a notebook

“what...?” ur face fell “um, whose padlock is this?” u announced, but no one is replying

u keep on calmly asking students (even if youre rly annoyed on the inside) but to no avail

suddenly, bakugo softly pushes u aside and blew up the padlock

“quit whining, tch” he hissed

would act like you’re a bother but would carry ur books for u so suddenly without context

“who the hell is even doing that?” u asked

“how the fuck should i know?” he said, but he knows, and will threaten that person later on

kaminari

this bby knows how to pick a lock

anyway, you found out that someone messed with ur locker

u whispered to kaminari “bro, look”

“who did it?” he whispered back

“i dont know. ami, maybe? i mean look at her—she’s looking at us. plus she’s been messing w me for the past few days”

he crossed his arms, leaning on the locker and waited for ami to go away

he took gently pulled a random bobby pin in his pocket, pick locking the padlock that’s not urs

he’s tired and all, his head laying on ur lap as u gently play with his hair, tracing circles from time to time

“Lights are getting low Everyone's gone But I don't wanna go Stay a little while I know it's late But all we got is time” u slowed the original song’s pace, letting the lyrics flow out of u ever so gently

u suddenly heard him mumble smth incoherently “mom?”

ur eyes immediately darted to him sleeping figure, afraid that he had caught u singing

and then it hit u

his mom probably used to sing him lullabies in his sleep, and u doing the same thing brought a painful yet soothing wave of nostalgia

u almost let a tear slip, but u continued singing for him

u started doing this whenever he falls asleep with u, for it made his slumber rather peaceful

sometimes, u accompany urself with ur ukulele when he’s not directly beside u, but still unconsciously sleeping

until one time, he laid his head on ur lap, grabbing ur hand and kissing it softly

“can u sing for me?” he asked

perhaps he found out what you’re doing, and wanted even more

“what? shou, u know i cant sing...” u chuckled lowly

“oh...then who was the one singing when im asleep?” his brows slightly furrowed in confusion

and that was irresistible

“ok im sorry. i do sing—kinda” a sheepish smile painted on ur lips

because u jumped into the water when u heard footsteps, although u left ur ukulele on the tiles

it was muffled, but u heard the door closed so u rose from the water, inhaling the oxygen u needed

“that was close...” u placed ur arms on the edge of the pool, yet still not getting out of the water

“No shirt, no blouse Just us, you find out

Nothing that I wouldn't wanna tell you about, no 'Cause it's too cold—!” u shrieked when the ukulele started playing

u looked behind u to see shinsou continuing to play before stopping after a while

“so this was the one u were humming during class earlier...” he whispered, but the vastness of the enclosed empty room had made his words make its way clearly to u

“i didnt know u sing...ur good at it, by the way” he scratched the back of his neck, slightly looking down

u started swimming to get closer to him

“will u be singing again tomorrow night?”

he obviously likes hearing ur voice

it’s like a siren—it is certainly more brainwashing than his quirk

by creepy, i mean he used to harass you with his undying love during lunch time, touching you whenever he can, bombard you with diabetes during valentines day, invading your privacy, lying to everyone that you’re together

a squeak make its way out to escape from your lips as your widened eyes stare at sora

thankfully, the joyous screams and boisterous laughs coming from the school fair had weakened his senses, thus not being able to immediately see your cowering figure

he was hard to shoo away back then

despite being able to defend yourself from him back then, him being annoying is rather intolerable

so u sneakily go down the stairs cz u dont want sora to notice nor harass u

buttttt sora caught sight of you—after all, you’re the reason he came to UA’s school fair

“[name]! come back here!” he yelled, jogging to make his way to you

ur run suddenly accelerated tenfold

u kinda caught todoroki’s attention bcz ur shoes were clacking rly loud on the floor

todoroki was just standing there, looking at u

he just got out of the classroom

“oh thank god—todoroki!” you gestured to him as your panic withers away

well at least until sora’s voice stiffened you again

honestly, you just want to go home

so your eyes swiveled at anything but him, looking for nothing in particular

until ur sight lands of todoroki

“shou~can we go to our date now? im rly hungry” u interlocked ur hand with his as u escape from sora’s hold

ok, he was genuinely confused but uh

“uh sure...” todoroki said

sora scoffed “psh, him? ur boyfriend?”

at this, todoroki’s ear started to heat up—and no his quirk is not in on this

he does have a crush on u, but he doesn’t know he actually has a crush on u. all he knows is that he admires ur strength and many more traits than he does to anyone else

“whatever, we’re still not done, [name]” sora smirked, his finger seductively tracing your jaw before leaving u two

todoroki obviously sensed the danger, pulling u closer to him

“i’ll walk w u” he stared at u

u two started walking towards the exit of the campus, not bothering to separate ur hands—which is most likely his idea

as u two were slowly getting information, leading them where u can easily catch them without getting the civilians’ attention, u heard one of ur enemies’ micro transceiver (walkie talkie microchip things on their ear)

“enemy is wearing a fur coat, has [h/c] hair that’s tied up, and is around [height] feet tall” said the person on the other line

the enemy’s eyes widened, but before he could catch u, u ran towards ur partner, bakugo, and pulled him to one of balconies

“what the hell?!”

“they’re onto us!” u whisper yelled, hiding ur coat somewhere while taking off ur hair tie

u heard footsteps, perhaps they have already found out where u both went

“there’s no time!” u hissed, pushing bakugo on his knee

“OH MY GOD...YES! OF COURSE I’LL MARRY U!” u excitedly chanted

“huh?”

bakugo was about to throw profanities when the enemies entered his peripheral vision

u saw this too, but the enemies seemed like they were still about to pester u two

lmao so u pulled the blond up, laying ur face on the crook of his neck to imitate a make out session

and ur right thigh laid against his hip before u pulled his hand to grab it

his other palm encased ur waist, helping u

u can feel his heartbeat accelerating as ur body rests against his own

and ofccc pda makes people uncomfy

“sir, we lost her” u heard one of the enemies relay before they leave them

ur breath fanned his neck as his ears figuratively burned

“get off, dumbass” though his words were harsh as a sand paper, the way he pulled u away, on the other hand, was gentle as a feather

“u know once the agency learns about this, they’re gonna send your annoying ass with me all the time for fucking missions” he scowled despite actually wanting to have u as his partner

“yeah...probably some fake couple missions”

ok i’ve always wanted to write this abt him

the whole class was in the living room, some sprawled on the floor, others savoring the couch

anyway, everyone’s just hanging out, talking about random stuff while eating—just relaxing

ur boyfriend, shouto, was across from you since that side mostly had boys

he had been looking at you from time to time—this is normal

until you felt a sudden pain twinging in ur abdomen. by instinct, u curl up. although it didn’t look like you’re in pain and instead just relaxing on the sofa

here’s the thing, you’re aware u have ur period, it’s just for some reason, it’s suddenly very painful

shouto catches ur figure in obvious discomfort—at least to him

at first, he doesn’t know why, but regardless, he walked to come sit beside u because you’re in pain

u smile at him, scurrying a little to the right to make space

he whispers to ur ear “whats wrong?”

ur face turned to him, almost too close to be appropriate enough when they’re sureounded by their friends

“...cramps” u whispered back

without second thoughts, his figure leaned over u, grabbing the blanket and covered the both of u

his left hand glided to ur sweater, gently tugging it upwards and sneakily rested his warm palm atop ur abdomen

again, u were wearing a thick sweater with no bra on <33

basically, he’s ur personal heating pad

obviously, he had done this before, hence him knowing what to do

the first time he dealt w u having cramps, u ended up giving him a lesson to why girls bleed

a smile crept up to ur lips

his thumb started to slide up and down, caressing ur skin

u don’t know if the cramps disappeared because of the “heating pad,” or because of his hand caressing ur bare skin

he was about to knock but–

“baby, stop moving. can we just stay in bed?” someone else’s voice came from ur room

a wave of sadness came over him, i mean, how could u do that?

and then he saw u laying on ur stomach, watching a show on ur laptop

for a second, you were really confused, but eventually, realization hits u

Love...

It has so many context; so many stories told, so many beliefs spread, so many talk about it.

But only a few found it.

[I found a love for me.]

The sound of the knocking interrupted [name]'s thoughts. Her heartbeat arose when a dual-haired man entered her sight.

"Hey." he said, ambling down the narrow space towards her. Her smile graced the dull atmosphere in the room, even managing to slightly uplift the corner of his lips.

"Hey...Did you guys have fun tonight?" [name] asked.

"Yeah. Uraraka also wanted to know how are you. I said you're okay...Are you feeling well?" A soft hand—specifically his left side—settled atop her own as he sits down on the bed beside her, making the cushion on that spot dip from his presence.

"Yup," she confirmed. "Just a headache. But I'm fine, really."

"Are you sure? I can get us soba right now if you want."

"It's okay, I'm already full anyway."

They went utterly still while exchanging gazes; it was the type of silence that was purely comfortable. Both didn't doubt that they'd hear a feather fall. Shouto and [name] were simply enjoying each other's company.

[Oh darling, just dive right in and follow my lead.]

Frankly, it was broken the moment she felt a faint tug on her delicate hand.

"[name], I want to go somewhere with you tonight." She just stared at him, barely noticing how long she peered at him with her brows furrowed.

"Eh?" Normally, people don't take their significant other to a date at two in the morning right after announcing that their head aches.

"Sorry. Do you want me to rest with you here instead?"

"No no no, I was just surprised." A hearty chuckle came out of her. "You're usually already sleepy at this time, but it seems important so I'll come."

[Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet.]

Shouto took ahold of her wrists, gently helping her to get on her feet. Fragile and frail; her body wobbled for a bit. What was left of her cumulated strength gave her the balance she needed, however.

Letting her beauty captivate him once again, he internally praised his lover. Perhaps it was the red string of fate that weaved both of them together. Although he wasn't so sure about that. Something tells him that even if they're not destined together, he would've still been drawn to [name].

[Oh, I never knew you were the someone waiting for me.]

White, loose dress covered her figure. Once she was fully upright, Shouto carefully pulled the tubes that covered her arms. His hand reached the paper bag that contained a change of clothes and a pair of shoes, and handed it to her. She gratefully accepted after saying a short thanks.

Well, back then, she used to daydream of the person who she'll shower with all her affection. Whispers of imagination satisfying her fantasies. It was her only desire after finding out how many years she has left to live.

Nine years have passed and never did [name] expect that she'd finally find him; pain from waiting suddenly vanished from her. Maybe even the very little chance of researchers developing a cure slipped out of her mind too.

['Cause we were just kids when we fell in love.]

The day she entered U.A. was memorable, of course. Since that's the start of their journey. A quest that they knew would end too soon, but accepted nonetheless.

[Not knowing what it was. I will not give you up this time.]

They stride down the hallways to the exit, not letting the chattering disturb their own peaceful minds. And after they arrived at their destination, [name] stepped out of the car.

Oaks laid below her feet, their hue complimenting the pavement. Grass dangled in one direction as well as her [h/c] tresses.

Splendor sky had stars scattered all over it, leaning down to the grounds of the earth. The glistening of her eyes forestalled his anticipation. As she stared up above, the vague scent of fire entered aloft her nostrils. At the corner of her eyes, she could see the crackling of the flames.

The heterochromatic eyed lad glanced at the spaces between her fingers and interlocked his hand with hers, guiding her further into the garden.

"It's so pretty here, Shouto."

"I know." Though his eyes never left her. It annoyed him a little because it wasn't him who she was staring at. Eventually, his ego got the best of him as his fingers tilted her chin to face him.

Closer and closer...

Those frail lips of hers that lacks warmth brushed his own. He would've noticed the frigidity instantly if it wasn't for the heated flush that seeped onto his cheeks.

[But darling, just kiss me slow, your heart is all I own.]

Unblinking eyes met as they slowly pulled apart. The after effects invited them to do it once again, but it was declined when he circled his arms around her petite waist, while she contrarily wrapped both arms around his shoulder—leaving them embracing one another close by, afraid of letting go. Moving their feet sedately in chorus, silently wishing that one can live an eternity.

[And in your eyes, you're holding mine. Baby, I'm dancing in the dark with you between my arms.]

Fingers splayed on his back. [name]'s humming causing a gentle vibration to form where they connect. He soaked in the soft melodies, savoring each note, for they seem to speak to him too.

[Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song.]

A full minute passes before she shuffled away from him.

"Sorry, I don't exactly look presentable right now."

[When you said you looked a mess,]

For a moment, she thought Shouto disregarded it, not until he murmured something.

[I whispered underneath my breath.]

Everything about [name] seems to elate. And that realization of what good relishing the years she has left brings hit her.

[But you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight.]

a/n: im kinda busy w other things today so im posting this oneshot i found in my drafts ✌🏻

Clouds left cracks where shafts of light seeped through, bringing a tender diffuse that soothed the area. The sweet scent of nature wafted around.

Senses were heightened as [name]'s eyes were closed; tall grass tickled her long legs, and then came the meek chirps of birds. Zephyr waves molded her inner joy. Both her lips and mood elevated.

No longer can [name] remain her eyes squeezed. At first, she opened it ajar—fearing that she'll be blinded by the radiance. She kept squinting and peeking, not even opting to completely blind herself for a while by covering them with her hand.

"What are you doing?" someone queried, making her realize that someone else has witnessed this fiasco.

Out of surprise, [name] quickly swiveled her head to the right side, only to find herself lock gazes with silver and turquoise. The aforementioned noises seemed to blur out as she memorizes every single detail of someone so ethereal, leaving her unaware of the small smile that formed on her face. They were lying on the grass beside it each other.

"I miss your smile," he mumbled. Right, she hasn't seen him for the past few days. Family problems and schoolwork really gave her zero time.

"I missed yours too..." Time felt nothing like an eternity. The heterochromatic-eyed boy's figure started to vanish into a translucent state. Perhaps it was only her imagination. Soon though, she ended the serenade staring contest when she blinked twice, trying to pry off the illusions playing games.

"Shouto?" she tried to call him, even if her voice was only echoing in her head. Trees blended with familiar furniture. Earthy cushion morphed into something softer, and the chirping slowly turned it yells from what seems like a quarrel.

"Shouto," Her small cries didn't faze nor reach him. Although it all started to make sense when the merging phase of her surroundings has come to an end—it made her upset. Unfortunately, she was in her room. And those screams downstairs were from her so-called parents arguing again. [name] rolled her eyes for not realizing what was happening sooner; being so used to these 'beautiful' tunes, it was a shame that it took her a full minute to register that.

His name is Todoroki Shouto. She first met him nine years ago—in a dream, of course. The following nights came and he just kept on appearing in all of it. Together they played, talked, helped, listened, accompanied...and loved each other. It was her newfound reality. A dimension that had someone who made her feel worthy.

A heavy sigh left her as she slackly walked towards her desk. The soles of her feet insensitive to the numbing cold floor.

Writing is the only way to bring her happiness outside of the sleeping state, for it is the only way to bring something from that world to this world. Pencil danced around thin fingers, while her nondominant hand hovered over her earphones.

The moment she plugged it in, the moment she shifted realities.

[I don't wanna seem the way I do.]

Even her whole demeanor altered. It wasn't something common to discover from her.

[But I'm confident when I'm with you.]

[name] gingerly caressed the cuts and wounds decorated on her arms. Including her head that was scarred from past verbal insults, of course. But neither ceased her from reminiscing those days where one squeeze from his hand is enough to boost her confidence.

[Lately, all I feel is bad and bruised.]

In all honesty, she still couldn't avoid falling into depression; drowning in the sea of misery. During those times, her emotions were void. Just like the way her parents told her that her brother started smoking cannabis, and it just went right through her, not hitting anything anymore.

[Tired of tripping on my shoes.]

May it be inevitable or not, it's still tiring, is it not?

[But when he loves me, I feel like I'm floating.]

With carefree beaming, memories with him unfolded—resetting her mood today. Tears came in, at last. Her accumulated emotions were like the water that broke through a dam. She was mouthing the words of the lyrics, silently crying.

Why couldn't he just be real?

[When he calls me pretty, I feel like somebody.]

He feels real...in the heart, that is.

[Even when we fade eventually, I'm nothing.]

But everything is coming to an end. Like it always has been.

Later, she'll be taking the longest sleep to say her farewell.

It wasn't the tumor in her brain that is her highest concern. It was the chance of getting memory loss after the binding surgery.

She'll forget him, eventually. The moments they formed will be gone in one snap. He might've been just an imagination, yet he's the only one who was there for her. The only one who didn't judge nor hurt her. The only one who listened to her and made her the happiest she can be—made her feel like she's on cloud nine.

Diaries have a purpose all along...

It doesn't matter if she can only access the memories and not the emotions.

Because on her diary, she'll write:

[You will always be my favorite form of loving.]
