Doing a 20 hour fast every single day🙏🏻 I WILL be 130lbs by the end of the school year (may)
If I keep doing these fasts and not let myself go, I will achieve my goal.
I’m going back to my old self! I used to fast for a good 24-30 hours and count calories like CRAZY. I used to eat under 800 calories everyday!! I hope I can get back to that schedule soon.

Oatmeal: 300 cals?
Then a torta which idk how many cals
I went to the gym in the morning which burned 987 calories
Todays Food Log:
(169lbs?!? So happy)
A torta which should be less than 600 since I was picky with my ingredients:P

Hey guys I’m back or whatever
I broke up with my toxic bf but I’m with an amazing boyfriend right now
Anyways I was able to lose 3 pounds in just a week.
Im gonna make chicken soup and eat that only tomorrow. I’m probably gonna have one cup of it :) then call it a day

New rules for May- Strict 
1) Eat at least 600 or less (if you eat more, better burn them off)
2) Hit the gym at least 3 times a week
3) Only one meal a day!!!
4) Fast 18-23 hours (5pm-4pm the next day)
5) weight myself 2 times a week
