Jesse wrapped his arm around Dite protectively as she finished up her conversation with her father. He knew some people’s parents could get angry or upset with their son or daughter, so Jesse wanted to make sure Dite knew what side he was in. “Don’t worry. I’m not fussed about his opinion on me. Parent’s never like me. I think it’s because they know that I have a cheeky chappy vibe. People instantly are turned off by their son or daughter being with someone like that.”
The firefighter pulled Dite closer to him and pressed his lips against her cheekbone as she complimented him, or specific parts of him. “I was going to have my way with you in that hotel room if I knew you parents weren’t waiting for you,” Jesse grinned. “That kind of killed the vibe. Knowing your dad was a couple of rooms away,” he chuckled. Jesse approached his car and opened the passenger door for the brunette. “Hop in,”.

The moment Jesse put his arm around her Aphrodite felt like she could sing from joy. She knew Jesse was on her side, she trusted him completely. “Oh, he doesn’t like me either, bastard child that ended up with half of his fortune.” She chuckled sweetly at that. “Yeah he didn’t really enjoy that part. I think your mother wouldn’t really like me either.” She said rather coy.
“My, what stopped you. My parents, now isn’t that a little anticimax?” Dite teased. “I wouldn’t have mind showing the whole world who I belonged to.” She placed herself in his car. “Thank you Jesse, for loving me and saving me I mean.”

The truth of the matter was Winnie never knew what she truly wanted. She liked testing and trailing to find what she was after. The blonde-haired femme did have feelings for Dandelion. There was no doubt in her mind about that. If she saw the other hurting, she hurt. If she saw the red-haired femme out and about, she thought about how she was doing, and who she was with. If she saw her out with anyone, a pang of jealousy shot through her body. Winnie placed her hand on top of Dandelion’s as the other mentioned that she missed her. “I missed you too. I can usually move on from relationships, but for some reason I couldn’t get you off my mind.” Winnie wrapped her fingers around her glass of wine, bringing it up to her lips. “I dressed up pretty today hoping I’d run into you,”.

How much Dandelion tried, in her eyes there was no one better than Winnie. There was nothing special with someone else with what she had with the blonde. How hard she tried to move on, she always was brought back to the memories of them together. The way their hands fit together, to the movie nights they watched, to even the longing and touches from their skin against one another. She didn’t want to know who Winnie was with, because it wasn’t her standing next to Winnie, so it felt wrong. And for once she wanted things to feel right again. “Me neither.” She admitted, and it was hard to admit this in the open, especially since she has been fighting so long to keep it hidden, especially for Winnie. “You are always pretty Winnie, you could wear a patato bag and still look stunning.”

Jesse didn’t have expectation’s with Dite, and that’s what he meant more than anything else. The two of them got along well physically that talking about their feelings could have left them in a grey area with each other. It was easier to say nothing than not have any type of relationship with Dite at all. “I’d love for you to be mine Dite. Do you want to be my girlfriend?” He asked. He knew that Dite was only just out of a relationship, but she was obviously seeking something else. She wasn’t ready for marriage, and had asked Jesse to rescue her out of the room without any else interfering.
The firefighter wrapped his arm around Dites shoulder, keeping her close to him as the two exited the room with each other. He smirked at the brunette’s words and playfully shook her head. “I’ll take good care of her. I promise I always do,” the brunette added to Dite’s words, as he lead her towards the exit of the hotel room. “Pretty sure your father is going to hate me, but I’m not trying to impress him. The only person’s opinions that matters to me right now is yours,”. Jesse wasn’t going to get into a relationship with Dite’s father. He wanted to make sure he was on good terms with Dite. That’s all that mattered to him.

For what felt like a first time, Dite blushed at Jesse’s words because it was the first time anyone had asked her to be their girlfriend. “I- Of course I want to be your girlfriend.” Her smile was bright, beaming with joy. She wasn’t really out of a relationship, more a friends with benefit type of situation. This however she knew was different, this was true. This was love.
“Oh, he takes very good care of me, papa.” Aphrodite said with a sneaky smile. If she wasn’t shameless she would prove that by jumping in his arms but she decided that sneaking out was more important. “My father hates everyone.” She said rolling her eyes. “My opinion is that you have a cute ass and a big dick and I can’t wait for you to get inside me.” She said with an added wink.

Winnie pulled out her chair opposite Dandelion and made herself comfortable. “It wouldn’t have mattered if you did anything different or not. I was the one looking for something else, not you. Everything you did for me was perfect. I was the one interested in looking for other routes. That’s why I feel so bad about it. You didn’t deserve it.”
The spoiled femme knew she was always on the look out for something different and exciting, but doing that at the expense of someone else made her feel incredibly guilty. The shock of Dandelion’s words once she mentioned that she would give her another chance caught Winnie by surprise. Her eyes widened. “Wait, really? Even after all the fuck ups?”

Dandelion really wanted to believe that to be true, but she believed if she had been perfect than Winnie wouldn’t have wanted to look for something else. “I- Thank you for saying that.” She smiled at the other, though there was still a pang in her chest as she remembered their aniversary. It was supposed to be a joyous day and yet - it all ended with Dandelion leaving with heartache.
“Everyone deserves a second chance Winnie, and I missed you. I might be stupid doing this but I really missed you.”

Winnie noticed that people were looking at the two of them as they passed, but didn’t care. The blonde-haired girl was done caring about what other people thought of her. “Stop blaming yourself, Dandelion. It wasn’t you who was in the wrong. It was me. I’m the one who lead you along and then fucked things up,” the blonde-haired girl confessed. Winnie bit down on her bottom lip, squeezing the other’s hand gently. “I was the one seeking something new, and it turns out what I had to begin with was right all along…”

Dandelion had never cared about the looks of others, she was a model - it wasn’t that stranged to be looked at. Plus they were both beautiful, it wasn’t that strange that gazes lingered upon the two of them. “You did, but I don’t like for you to take all the blame, I just feel like I could have done something different.” She didn’t know what it was that made Winnie want someone new, but she felt that had she changed Winnie wouldn’t have done what she had done.
“Do you mean that?” Dandelion asked, her voice growing serious. “Winnie if you want another shot-...” She took a deep breathe. “I’m willing to give you another chance;”

Jesse bit down on his bottom lip as Dite questioned him about their fun together before. “We did have fun together before. That came out wrong,” the firefighter answered, letting a small laugh escape through his parted lips. “What I was trying to say was that I could have been calling you mine a lot longer if I knew you felt something towards me too,”.
The firefighter climbed off Dite and took his shirt off, throwing it in Dites direction as he did his jacket up for the time being. He didn’t want to see Dite in the wedding dress so balled it up and placed it in his bag for the time being. He zipped it up before putting his hand out towards the brunette. “Come on. I’ll make sure they leave you alone out there.”

Dite chuckled as Jesse said that his words weren’t picked out right, she didn’t mind she knew they had fun together. And she also knew what Jesse meant. They could have belonged to one another if they had spoken about their feelings sooner - perhaps the physical part made things comfortable for the both of them. “Well you know about it now, so am I yours?” SHe asked innocently, but she just wanted to hear those words directed towards her.
“Asking me to strip so soon, you’d think it’s our honeymoon.” She teased. But she was glad to finally be out of that rediculous dress. She took his hand with ease, allowing him to guide them outside. It was then when her father spotted her and she grinned. Her father. He was the perfect example of this moment, cause he married her sister’s mother instead of her mother. He was the reason why she didn’t love till now.
“Bye dad, I’m going with my daddy to have some fun.” She saw the man pale at her choice of words.

Jesse didn’t think he was unlovable, but he wasn’t expecting anything to come out of friendship with Aphrodite. He always thought she liked him as a physical lover, and nothing more. Jesse had been fine with that, but hearing that she had actual feelings towards him surprised him in the best way possible. A massive smile spread across his lips as Dite said she had been waiting far too long.
Jesse wrapped his muscular arm around the brunette, holding her close to him. “Do you know how much fun we could of had together if we both had the courage to say something sooner rather than later?” he asked. “We have a lot of making up to do. The first thing, however - is getting you out of here safely. I’m sure as a firefighter boyfriend, I can manage that,” he grinned.

Jesse was far from unlovable, he was a great guy. He was protective and always there for her, he was funny and he made her laugh. He made her treat special, and he was an amazing lover as well. Her heart was simply guarded, but when she was put in this wedding dress she found herself thinking she was marrying the wrong man. She wanted to be his, Jesse’s. Not someone else’s.
“You telling me we didn’t have fun before.” She raised an eyebrow but her smile betrayed that she was simply teasing him. “I’m all your Jesse. Just take me away from this place.”

Winnie felt extremely guilty going behind Dandelion’s back and cheating on her without breaking up with her first. Every single time that the red-haired femme brought it up, it stung Winnie’s heart, knowing she had let someone she had cared deeply about be affected her like that. Winnie knew if she was in Dandelion’s position, she wouldn’t have been so forgiving. As the blonde was questioned, she studied Dandelion’s face and swallowed down her pride, deciding to be honest and not bit back with a remark. “What do I want? I want you in my life. I guess I want to be forgiven, but I know I fucked you over,” Winnie confessed. She sighed softly. “I’m crap at this apologising stuff, but what I’m trying to say is that I’m sorry for hurting you, and I miss what we had,”.
“I am in your life.” Dandelion pointed out. “I have forgiven you - as hard as it may be.” She had, she truly had but the thing was she hated that they weren’t together anymore. She missed what they had together. Dandelion took a deep breathe. She needed a drink.She took Winnie’s hand and guided her to their seats, they were here for a meal after all and they couldn’t postpone it much longer without losing their reservation. “I miss what we had too.” She admitted with a sigh, a sigh that said that whatever battle she was battling she now had lost. “And again, you are forgiven Winnie. I guess I wasn’t a good girlfriend if you cheated on me anyways.”

Jesse hadn’t been told by anyone that they loved him, or were falling in love with him before. Jesse was a player, and it was usually a hang and bang situation with him and females, but it felt different with Aphrodite. She was special to him. He had a little place in his heart for her, and only wanted the best. “I love you too, Dite,” he confessed, kissing her again. “I feel like I have for a long time now,”.
The muscular firefighter brushed Dite’s hair out the way of her face as she continued to lie under him, taking in how beautiful she actually was. “How long have you been holding that in for?” He asked teasingly.
Saying that she loved someone, was something Aphrodite never even considered. She was terrified of love but with Jesse it was simply right. It was right. She used to sleep with people to dissapear before they woke up, Jesse shouldn’t have been different, and in the beginning he wasn’t different. He was just someone she had sex with, but then she slept over - got breakfast on bed. They went to paris together, and he made her feel like a queen.
How could she not fall in love with him after all that. And then he told her she loved him too and she felt an urge to cry, cry about all the time they had wasted that they could have spend together. Cry over all the fear she felt about falling in love. And here she was in love anyway.
“Too long, far too long.” And with that she kissed him, hard and heavy, clinging onto him as if he was a life jacket and she was drowning at sea.

Then again he might just have been his childhood love that he just grew out off. Mysterious seemed to be something he was attracted to - or danger in some cases. He wasn’t sure which one Beau fell in. “Pretty face, me?” He snorted. He didn’t think he scored high on the looks department, he was pretty average (except his brain) “Yeah, a doctor since like two months?” He still needed to find a job but if he couldn’t find anything he’d start his own clinic. “dude stop you’re making me blush.”

It wasn’t like Aphrodite to be shy, yet here she was feeling her face redden after spoken the words any couple would. Perhaps that was the thing, they weren’t like the usual couples. They never had been, they started out from lust, instead of the cutsey falling in love and pining after eachother in the meanwhile, gathering the courage to confess. No, they met and had sex, and then they had more sex but now - now there were feelings involved and Aphrodite felt like a small child.
“I love you Jesse.” She took in his kiss eagerly, butterflies started to dance around her stomach and she felt shivers over her whole body. “I love you so much.”
