BBC Sherlock: whoops nope that actually ruins the characterization and relationships we’ve set up, rewind rewind, sweep it all away with a quick forgiveness speech, everything’s fine, look her and Sherlock are actually besties and John’s feeling left out haha isn’t that funny!

BBC Sherlock: oh fuck nobody likes that, let’s just kill her. Waste a season and a half on her with pointless plot lines and effectively dismantle the John and Sherlock dynamic but if we kill her, it’s fine. Totally fine.

Reminder to myself

You don't need new clothes.

You don't need new house decor.

You don't need new organizing boxes/bins/....

You don't need new hobby stuff.

You won't be friends with the influencer, even if you buy their book or course or whatever it is they sell.

You won't even be friends with your online friends because you give them money or buy their book or fanzine or whatever it is they sell.

You only need time offline so you can start thinking for yourself again.

You only need a good inventory of what you already have.

You only need to keep decluttering and realize that you don't magically change because you buy new items.

You only need gratitude for the roof over your head, the food in your stomach and the stuff you already have.

You only need to read more books because it's fun and it takes your eyes of the screens for a while.

You only need to write more fanfiction because it's fun and it makes you forget about the world/ your life for a while.

It’s one of my favorite Steve lines! It’s such an old man thing to say and he drops it when he’s like 27. (Technically almost a hundred but you know) plus it’s so threatening? Like he talks down to you but in a “you have no idea what you’re getting into” tone and he doesn’t elaborate but it promises a beat down??

I’ve been wanting to draw these cards for a long time (I even started to work on them then dropped) but I was rather busy with The Life of Bucky Barnes in the past 6 years. I’m sorry but there are only eight cards, don’t look for the rest. I won’t draw the missing cards because 1) it’s far too time-consuming and 2) art thieves. (more details HERE)
