I am in love with this. Thankyou @lazyyogi
if we only focus on what can be communicated to others, our inner world will be reduced to billboards
it鈥檚 why everyone should write poetry
expressing the inexpressible keeps us alive

Spent the day walking in the local woods today, taking about life, consciousness and oneness. Here鈥檚 a throwback to last year when I spent a few hours creating natural mandalas in the same woods.

This book is what inspired me to create this blog. I鈥檓 only half way through but I am finding it so uplifting to look into the feminine psyche. Jungian psychologist Clarissa Pinkola Estes looks into old myths and fairytales told by generations of women from different backgrounds and how they represent areas in our own lives and minds. She looks at how each of us has a wild side that with acceptance allows us to be free and creative. I have taken so much from this book and hope to learn more from it. Both men and women need their wild side to live happily, to love deeply and to create. Let鈥檚 find our inner wild being.

Such a beautiful meditation to open up your heart and throat chakras.
For years I鈥檝e found it hard to express myself, fear of rejection, fear of being laughed at or not liked. Unconsciously I hold my words in and only show my close friends and family a glimpse of the true me. Through these years of keeping myself locked up, I eventually realised that I鈥檇 misplaced my key. I am searching for it, looking under every rock and cranny I can find. One day I鈥檒l be in my true self and my words will sing out. I believe we can all be free

you're a better person than you're ever going to realise, but you can find people who see it, who鈥檒l help you see your goodness too

I love to see other people鈥檚 thoughts written and drawn out. I was an illustrator for a long time and lost the ability to make art for myself, to express how I was feeling. It became a chore and I began to feel like I had to create what everyone expected me to create. So to see others making art like this it makes me so happy. To see and feel the true feelings of the artist is to see into their soul.

Hello 馃槉
I鈥檓 creating this blog as a way to express my feelings, ideas and mark making as I partake on a self realisation journey to find my inner wild woman. To find balance and make space within this hectic and anxious world to better my mental well-being and hopefully inspire others on the way. I want to share my inspiration, my processes and anything that has helped me, whilst I trial and error my way through this life.
