Super scared cause I’m going to dinner for a friend’s birthday tomorrow. Usually I could just order something small or eat a bit and take the rest “to go” but the plan is for us (4 people) to order a different appetizers and dishes and share it all.
I think I’m gonna just have to take small bites of food, take long to chew, and basically pretend to eat more than I am and let them have the majority. It’s giving that one Cassie scene from Skins but whatever.

Am I the only one that like can’t do those pre-made diets. Like the ABC diet or Kuromi diet or IU diet or Draculaura diet or whatever. Like I got my ED for a sense of control and so if I follow somebody else’s diet I don’t feel like I have that control, I’m again giving it to someone else telling me how much to eat. I need to decide my restrictions and meals or else, where is my control?
