thinking im going to solely focus on getting all the diys and getting as many nook miles as i can before the november update....

#zero clue what im doing as far as my island/villagers so like.... why not #i literally have just flower crowns/doorplates + a birdhouse diy to find. i think its time. #now that i have a reason to actually buy anything other than nook mile tickets (even though i will still need those ....) #time to finally try and catch 5000 bugs and fish im halfway there....... #time to find like 3 sisterly villagers to invite just to have none of them crafting a birdcage. lovely.

#lots of stuff in that huh. i have many opinions. #but thank goodness. they finally added in the ability to customize items that you couldnt before with cyrus....... #no more waiting every 5 minutes for a balloon. no more waiting every other week for redd to potentially have a different colored item. #i can finally have cherry cardboard boxes.....without having to have nso and interact with people on the internet #i have like just a couple of complaints but frankly they added a lot of new things and old things so its like. fine. #i think my biggest issue is like. simple qol things. crafting en masse + a shopping cart wouldve been nice #but thats nothing a small update could fix! #i Love the new (and old) furniture they showed. AND interior design... #i like interior design a lot more than outdoor design #hoping this encourages everyone to decorate their houses now bc theres so many nice islands that dont bother with interiors #so happy that my biggest issue w nh is going to be gone. #going to have a difficult time ... redesigning my house. but for the better! and with all the items in the right colors :]

every now and then i wonder why they decided against the ability to sit on rocks in new horizons

#like? i just remember when new leaf got the welcome amiibo update #and so many people were excited just to sit on rocks. even if it didnt really serve a purpose #and now we cant..... whats up with that. #its not even that i want to sit on the rocks again im just curious...

im inviting lolly to my island and i’m now realizing just how much 6 normals is...

#this is not the end of me getting normals on my island i want to find kiki still and i haven’t invited coco either.. #i’m not looking for normals!!! they’re finding me! as if i don’t have 5 on my island already #i just need to find a cranky so i can get one reaction. . . but lolly... #i might just kick etoile if i have to and then invite her back when i’m ready since i have her card ... #can’t believe that my campsite has the audacity to have normal villagers when i don’t have a smug or a cranky. #edit; i don’t have a peppy either and there’s at least two id take !! and yet.... acnh decided i will only have normals

today i learned that you can get all the moms items if you just make additional characters in acnh.....

#like i know the furniture items can be customized but i just tested it out and made two characters #time travelled and got two different moms aprons. ..... who needs nookazon.. not me (lie) #anyways if you’ll excuse me i’m . going to grind out getting all the different moms clothes... i Really want the sweaters #if only i knew sooner .. i would have made other characters if i knew this could happen ..

at this point i have stopped caring that my very simple island lags and am tempted to decorate to my hearts content (aka very little)

one moment i will be thinking that i love decorating my house in acnh and the next i will think to myself “actually this looks bad ❤️“

#i feel like interior design is the only thing i can bother w in nh because it’s so easy to change and it’s not an entire island to work on #but like wow i’m bad with decorating i think. every room i try to make either looks the same or is too ambitious for the small rooms we cur #i just have too many ideas and lack the space and/or the brain power to figure out how to properly execute said ideas #also sucks not having certain items in certain colors but whatever i’m slowly coming to terms with the idea that my ac catalog will disappo #what i’m working on rn i guess is better than what was there before but it still isn’t great 💔 and no one will see it and think otherwise b

why is it so hard to get your hands on some cards...

#i wonder if getting ac amiibo cards (esp the sanrio ones but even then just the regular ones) would be as difficult if there wasn’t a pandem #don’t get me wrong... acnh would still be a big thing regardless of the pandemic and sanrio cards would still be in big demand but like hmm #also i haven’t bought pokémon cards in years n i kind of wanted to get some shining fates cards but i knew from the start that i would not #wish getting pokémon cards wasn’t so difficult bc i kinda want to get into it but it feels too late to do so. like there’s no way i’m payin #what if i just want some fun cards... it is a curse to like pokemon sometimes ig #at least ac cards have more functionality . id never have a full collection (bc i think there’s some rare isabelle and kk cards or somethin #actually nevermind i remembered that there’s an actual game you could play with pokémon cards so i guess there’s something there. anyways. #it’s a curse wanting to collect things. anyways i will be decorating my island w the sanrio items now that i do have the cards (i’m lucky t

today would have been a pretty bad day for me if it were not for the fact that i got my hoenn sitting cuties
