Eevees are a strange Pokémon, yknow? No matter how hard you try to keep this guy's genes unscrambled, it seems to find a way to evolve into some weird new thing with a totally different type!

Luckily, science has helped us figure out a new evolution that helps it retain its normal typing.

The average, domesticated Eevee needs to only be kept nearby its owner and given no stimulus - positive or negative, to turn into EPITOMEVEE!

.... Just, uh, don't worry about the fact that it cries like a person or learnt how to copy how you say 'hello' Please don't think about it too much.

I noticed Nico and Addie have an arc of struggle with their artifical origins and the title of "Adversary/Abomination". Could we infer artifical insemination, donors, test tube babies and surrogate parents are rare in NC!verse? Is the Poke-pantheon Aware that Addie/Two exist? Have they tried to kill them for the "crime" of being labmade? Or did Gio think "Adversary" was cool and noone questioned it, cause everyone really buys into the whole "I'm an unnatural crime bc I exist" to some extent.

alternate ways of conceiving children are about as common there as they are here, and they are... nnnowhere near the same as what nico and addie's circumstances are, so they cant really be compared. the legendary pantheon can't kill adeline; they tried, didn't work out. now they just kind of see her and two as on thin fucking ice. the title 'adversary' comes from specific translations of old sapient myths (that are, in turn, about adeline, as a part of the universe resetting)

(Different anon) I initially thought about doing blue as a nuzlocke but didn't know about the "anything before you get pokeballs doesn't count" rule and I lost the first rival battle so after that I was just like "ok we're not doing this" and just played normally

tbh i always feel like losing to the rival tutorial battle on a nuzlocke is just A Sign to restart anyways
