Currently on vacation plan is to not eat breakfast but then just eat whatever I guess so my mom doesn’t get suspicious. When I get home on Sunday I’ll go back to 800 calories daily

Just not getting back into my ana ways sooo hey guys whats up I haven’t been here since July LMAO here are my plans for this week!!

Tuesday: eat 900 cals or less

Wednesday: eat 890 cals or less

Thursday: eat 880 cals or less

Friday: eat 870 cals or less

Sat + sun: eat 1000 cals for metabolism

Everyday: burn 400 calories or more

I know I’m starting with pretty high calorie counts but I’ve been eating 1500+ calories for the past 2 months sooo I need some work LMAO

Body check?? For some reason I keep gaining weight on the scale but I look skinnier so IDEK I’m currently 117 but by the end of the week I’m aiming for 112! Here’s the plan for the week!

Sunday: fast

Monday: school lunch + 2 ricecakes for dinner

Tuesday: oatmeal + school lunch + low cal soup (big final test so I’m going to eat breakfast)

Wednesday-Friday: fast!

Saturday: try to fast...? But family is home so yikes

I’m thinking that if I fast for 5 days (aka not eat LMAO) then I could easily get to 112 lbs but idk idk idk!
