It's actually insane how disrespectful, unprofessional, and hypocritical it was for basically everyone who works at MSNBC to, on live television, publicly trash one of their new hires for her political beliefs, up until the point where the company decided to fire her.
Like I'm sorry, I don't care if they hired someone as crazy as Alex fucking Jones, you don't just go on TV and start blasting your coworker like that. Especially when they're just as crazy as she supposedly is, she's just the "Right" kinda crazy instead of the Left kind.
And for MSNBC to then reneg on her contract is just wild. We've always known they preferred to live in their own myopic bubble of an echo chamber, but now they've come out and actually said as much with their chests and everything.
They're every bit as bad as FOX News which they like to bash so much.

I’m almost positive the reason they believe the above is because, typically, homophobia in the US leads to like being called a slur, and maybe being physically (and oftentimes sexually) harassed, but you tend to live to talk about it afterwards. Whereas homophobia in the Middle East tends to lead to you being taken off the street, beaten, brutally raped, and thrown off a roof, or some other combination of any or all of these, but almost all of them flat out ending in their deaths. I.E. you’re not around to complain about it afterwards.

At this point it’s not even complicated. Israel just needs to stop murdering Palestinians. Like they can just not do anything and the problem will be solved

lmao bro didn’t even TRY to hang onto the mask, the moment they faced even the slightest pushback it was “Fuck all these filthy fucking Nazi Jews! I hope they all die! No wonder the world hates you people!”
Between this guy and the “all Jews are Communists” clown I’ve been interacting with, it’s kinda funny to see all of the ideologies that all Jews are supposedly related to. First it was Communism, then it was Capitalism, now it’s Nazism. What’s next, are Jews Socialists? Libertarians? Did they vote for Stein in 2016? Someone, please, tell me what the collective consciousness of Jews believe in next.
it is literally so easy to talk about what’s happening to palestinians without being antisemitic i don’t know how so many of you are failing so badly at it

Someone actually made a map of this, but I think it's a little confusing and probably missing a fair amount.

I seem to recall there being a trend in media, usually post-apocalyptic or sci-fi, of just slapping "New" in front of any current city or state name. I annoyingly can't think of any examples right now though.
I was gonna mention "New Vegas" from Fallout New Vegas but I guess that's more of a city than a state (although it could be its own sovereign entity depending on the choices you make). There's also Columbia from Bioshock Infinite, but the caveat there might be that it just doesn't count since it's technically not affiliated with the US at all, despite it floating above the US and sort of claiming to be involved with the US.
So yeah, I can't think of any examples, but I know they exist!
It’s funny when American authors come up with a new European nation so their main character can be a secret royal without the pain of researching a real nation. We should all start doing that with North America, just make up a new state. My protagonist lives in New Utahioshington which is the 51st state and located between Delaware and Maryland

I didn't. Fuck, it was all I could think about as we got closer to the ending. I know it's coming at some point, and when the second to last episode came out and it mentioned "goodbyes", I thought "Oh fuck, they're gonna separate to go off on their own or something. I'm not emotionally prepared for this at all!"
Despite the ending being not altogether sad, I couldn't help but feel the same sort of melancholy that I get when I finish like a Pokemon or Ghibli movie. Or maybe anything I've dedicated my entire attention to, I guess. It's this feeling of "I'll never see these characters again, and that guts me." Sure, S2 will come eventually, but fuck it sure couldn't come soon enough.

I wrote out some more responses to that post while I was at work, but didn't post them because I didn't have the time to go over them (not that anyone on that thread shows the same level of courtesy anyhow but whatever), but I've since realized my mistake. I should've just stopped responding when I initially said I was going to.
I've disagreed with Communists in the past and while I might've disagreed with them, I typically didn't find them insane. Like don't get me wrong, some Commies can take things pretty far, but generally-speaking it usually comes down to a simple "agree to disagree" ending.
With these clowns however, I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that they act like they're in a cult. They preemptively dismiss evidence as irrelevant before I even thought to show them any. Any criticism I levied against them, they tried to gaslight me into thinking they were actually criticisms of myself. They deny, disavow, and disfellowship any involvement their cult might've had in any past, present, or future tragedies, going so far as to pretend like it wasn't them at all that caused them.
They're like reverse-Mormons in that sense. You know how Mormons will like baptise famous people postmortem and then act like they were Mormon all along? These guys will disavow any tragedy caused by Communism and act like Communism never actually had anything to do with it.
It'd be one thing if I just simply disagreed with them, but it's another thing entirely when they're actually just wrong, logically-speaking. Like we can argue the semantics of Communism and whether it'll work or not until we're both blue in the face. I see the purely hypothetical yet completely impractical appeal of Communism. While I might know that it'll never work in reality, they don't know that yet, and I don't think they're wrong for still having fanciful dreams about it.
But to suggest that being Jewish makes you a Communist is kind of where I draw the line. There's just no logic in it, and it's kind of insensitive to Jewish people who died under Communism. Plus the whole obsession with Hitler being right thing was kind of setting off alarm bells. Like I typically like to give the benefit of the doubt to the ignorant, something which I've had to do a LOT recently with the pro-Palestine crowd, but when you keep repeating the same rhetoric over and over again, despite being told numerous times that it's wrong...I begin to stop doubting it anymore.
Do I think they're purposefully antisemitic? No, I can tell from their deranged fanaticism that while their mind might be somewhere else entirely, their heart is at least with Jewish people. Do I maybe wish they'd deprogram themselves before spouting off what is easily interpreted as antisemitic nonsense? Yeah, a bit.
All in all, I'm washing my hands of that crowd. Even though I wasn't the one agreeing with him, it felt weird to have to type "Hitler was right" in any context multiple times.
P.S. If any of them read this and feel like sending me more anon fanmail, feel free, but I'll either be responding to it privately or not at all. I've subjected my followers to y'all enough I think.

I don't think I'll ever get over how funny it is that all you have to do is reblog someone's post disagreeing with them and all of a sudden you're "attacking" them. Like mam, we're just having a disagreement, this isn't Normandy.
If you're feeling attacked it's because you're feeling defensive, it's only natural to feel that way when you're being publicly humiliated. Don't worry, we've all gone through it at one point in our lives.

The only one saying Hitler was right here is you guys who continue to equate being Jewish with being Communist. I literally could not make that any clearer for you, I'm sorry.
Maybe take some of your own advice about introspection before you start judging people when you don't even have a grasp on the delusions you're pedaling.
This is the most documented genocide in history. Future generations will look at the videos and photographs and, just as they have done with the Holocaust, they will say:
“Why did nobody stop this?”
“Why didn’t [Country] intervene? Even with the mountains of evidence and reports?”
“Never again”
And only if we do not do something now, we will see this cycle repeat itself.

Yes, I've already pointed out that you don't even understand the very thing you're arguing for. If you did, then you'd know that every attempt at Communism leads to someone taking over the state, committing some odd amount of horrible tragedies, before inevitably being taken out.
So yes, when you promote Communism, history would clearly suggest you're asking for someone—typically yourself or people like-minded—to take control of the state. And in this case, you seem to think that means Jews.
You can sit there and blame Capitalism or the US for Communism's numerous failures all you'd like, you might even be right, who knows, but you can't sit there and deny that they're still massive and numerous L's on behalf of Communism.

And this is why I can't argue with you. You are certifiably insane. You are just sitting here spouting off complete nonsense that you either intentionally or ignorantly don't understand yourself.
You not only think Communism is good and right, despite its well-documented countless failures and atrocities throughout history that you willfully choose to disregard, but you also somehow think that just because a couple Jews happened to be Communist that this somehow makes it intrinsically linked to being Jewish, which just flat out isn't the case. You might as well be arguing that Capitalism is Islamic, or Socialism is Hindi, or other wildly inarticulate points that aren't even remotely related to one another.
You're spreading wild Jewish globalism conspiracy theories, somehow again out of sheer ignorance of your own point since you don't even seem to realize that you're doing it. You keep trying to prove Hitler's understanding of Communism as a Jewish conspiracy as right, while simultaneously stating that it's wrong to be against it because Hitler was against it, as though Hitler breathing air meant we should all stop breathing air.
And the worst of all, as I have reiterated multiple times now, your sheer ignorance to your own delusions is leading you to call me antisemitic when so far you've defended not just one, but two systems either responsible and/or dedicated to the killings of countless Jews—Communism and Palestine—while ignorantly spreading antisemitic "Jewish world domination" rhetoric.
You sound like a fucking cultist desperately trying to defend your beliefs through whatever feeble means possible, there is literally no argument I or anyone could make that could dispel that level of delusion.
This is the most documented genocide in history. Future generations will look at the videos and photographs and, just as they have done with the Holocaust, they will say:
“Why did nobody stop this?”

The irony in you calling out my supposed lack of reading comprehension when you’re literally repeating the same “Hitler was right” line over and over again.
Your entire last paragraph is quite literally you agreeing with Hitler about Communism being a Jewish conspiracy, and feeding into fringe Jewish globalism conspiracy theories about Jews wanting to take over the world. You’re literally saying that to be Jewish is to be Communist, while saying Communism should be the ruling system of government. All I’ve done is connect the last two dots together that point out that what you’re asking for is for Jews to rule the world. Something which is pretty brazenly antisemitic.
There’s further irony in the fact that you think you’re somehow defending Jews here while at the same time being an anti-Zionist. Because for some reason it makes total sense to you to be against the idea of a Jewish homeland while simultaneously thinking that you’re somehow not the obvious antisemite here, Jewish or not.

Yeah, sue me if I don’t think your Jew card is worth much when y’all are out here unironically claiming Hitler was right and saying Communism goes hand in hand with being Jewish. I’ll keep defending the non-self hating Jews. You can have whatever’s left.

I really feel like people would be a lot better off if they just read the shit they write on here out loud to themselves sometimes before posting it. Like if you truly can't even take a minute to even think your shit through, at least read it out loud just to see if it makes sense or if you sound certifiably insane. Most of my drafts are just pure madness put down into a disorganized mess of words.
The thing is though, I try to keep that shit in the drafts. If I can't respond to someone without it looking like baby's first ten page paragraph then I honestly just might never respond at all. It's really just not worth anyone's time, least of all your own.
