Wow... people having to identify themselves to a government because of they are part of a group that is seen as ¨other¨ or because they want to learn about a certain topic...where i have seen this before...
I don't know... maybe what it is considered one of the biggest red flags in steps of dehumanization of groups, mainly minorities?
Btw, this is what the people behind KOSA are trying to impose in all the United States of America.

Where you pick a specific date and it plays whatever was on that day on Disney Channel.
Same concept but more efficient I guess.
DISNEY+ FANS HEAR ME OUT
Disney+ should have a Disney Channel mode.
Where you choose the shows you would want to watch, and through that, and the current date, Disney+ could customize an algorithm of season-relevant Episodes of those shows, with the fun Bumpers Disney Channel would put before and after those episodes.
It would be a fun way for people to relive their childhood memories of watching Disney Channel and having those randomized episodes of their favorite shows; and the Bumpers/ads would add to the Nostalgia!

My working theory for the film is that Harleen (Gaga), is posing as an inmate in Arkham to get close to Arthur/Joker (Phoenix) like in the New 52 storyline.
He falls HARD for her, and she plays into it because its why she’s there. She’s a Psychology major looking for her big Thesis story.
She slowly starts to fall for him too, and that’s how they break out, Harleen still posing as just another former inmate. Madness ensues, all the while Harleen’s contacts at Arkham are secretly keeping contact with her. And she’s setting Arthur up, with the promise of ‘just give us a LITTLE more time! I’ve almost got a really good story here!’ (‘I’m falling in love with him and I don’t know how to betray him.’)
And in the behind the scenes video above, she seemingly ends up ‘betraying’ him.
He goes back to Arkham. Harleen has betrayed him. Its all doom and gloom.
She is also legitimately in a lot of trouble for facilitating his first Escape. The Sharks she works with are turning on her.
So by the end of the movie, she legitimately turns to her Harley Quinn persona for good and they run off together.
