I get healer the most, but I've gotten friend a few times as well. What always kills me is that no matter how much I want the healer trait all the way till the end, by the end of book 3 it's always friend because of all the ridiculous peacekeeping MC has to do to sound like a professional and not some petty person over working with her boyfriend's totally amazing showstopping brilliant ex😭
