DAY 2

Breakfast: 9:27
Coffee and a bowl with Greek yogurt, apricot, oats and peanut butter (no salt no sugar no additives)

Cauliflowers and potato, oven cooked + an egg
I could have eaten more but I stopped When my dish was empty :)

DAY ONE
Big chai tea no sugar + soy milk at 20:00
Ive also had today 2 mango jam toast (9AM), 3 coffees and 2 turkey/cheese/olive oil sandwitches(1PM)
I did some arms and ab exercise, let's see if I can keep up with this and be healthier 😅
I did very little exercise so that I don't get overwhelmed and give up
Iately I feel very tired all the time and try to fx that with coffee but it doesn't work. It just gives me the occasional tachycardia
I bought a huge cauliflower at the market from which I hope to be eating a lot from this week. Also: eggs Greek yogurt and I want to buy carrots and chickpeas to make hummus
I've done pretty well avoiding pasta and processed sugar at home. But I'm back to eating bread... Which I hate. The sandwitches at lunch today made me feel bloated and super sleepy, I hated them!! Mental note to eat stuff that makes me feel great instead of bread. Like broccoli, cauliflower, fish, legumes, salads and fruit! I love those!! Why do I just keep reaching for breads, cheeses and butter??? So frustrating 😩
It's been more that a year since I weighed myself because I was terrified...
I have just stepped on the scale and I can't believe I'm 67,7 kg already... Las time I weighed myself I was 64 and I remember liking my body the most when I was 54kg
How did I let this happen
I took pictures of my body but can't bring myself to put them here, maybe one day.
But I feel like my waistline is slowly disappearing and my belly protrudes a lot, also I have rolls under my butt that were not there before
I guess the “doing less to not overwhelm myself” is out the window.
