У Бака есть сестра близнец. Они всегда вместе. Вместе ушли из дома. Вместе слонялись по миру. Вместе пробовали разные работы и вместе стали пожарными.

Проблема в том, что они не похожи и Эдди, который только присоединился к 118 считает их мужем и женой, а ему очень-очень нравится Бак.

Первой кто осознает возникшее недоразумение является ОС, но вместо того, чтобы исправить его, она начинает наслаждаться происходящим, время от времени подливая масло в огонь.

В итоге, Эдди чувствует себя ужасно из-за тоски по женатому мужчине, ОС веселится, команда пытается понять что происходит, а Бак ничего не замечает.

(Эдди: Так сколько именно вы вместе?

ОС, опережая Бака: С младенчества. Буквально.

Эдди: Это... Долго.

ОС: Я не помню того времени, когда не любила бы Бака.

Бак, позабыв о странном вопросе Эдди, хватает ОС за руку: Я тоже тебя люблю.

Buck has a twin sister. They are always together. Left home together. Wandered the world together. Tried different jobs together and became firefighters together.

The problem is that they don't look alike and Eddie, who just joined 118 thinks they are husband and wife, and he really, really likes Buck.

The first person to realize the misunderstanding is the OC, but instead of correcting it, she begins to enjoy what's going on, occasionally pouring oil on the fire.

In the end, Eddie feels terrible about pining for a married man, the OC is having fun, the crew is trying to figure out what's going on, and Buck doesn't notice anything.

(Eddie: So exactly how long have you two been together?

OC, ahead of Buck: Since we were babies. Literally.

Eddie: That's... Long time.

OC: I can't remember a time when I didn't love Buck.

Buck, oblivious to Eddie's strange question, grabs OC's hand: I love you, too.

Eddie mentally, "I'm a horrible, horrible, disgusting person. They're so cute together and so in love, but I want them to break up.")

Harry Potter (slight AU. Harry doesn't know Voldemort's real name and never saw him as a young man)

Time Travel.

Grabbing the portkey in the graveyard, Harry has no idea that the power released from his wand and Voldemort's wand has affected the portkey. The journey is long and grueling, with Harry and Cedric's body split in places. They end up somewhere among the people, causing panic and the only thing Harry manages to say before losing consciousness is "The Dark Lord."

Upon regaining consciousness, Harry says his name, and is very confused when the healers say they will inform his relatives about him. Even more confused is the fact that everyone around him thinks he has run into Grindewald. It is only after meeting Flimont that Harry realizes that he has found himself in the past.

He doesn't quite know what to do about it. Should he tell Flimonte? But he's only just met him and doesn't know him at all. Who knows how he'll react to "Flimont, I'm your grandson." Contact Dumbledore? But Harry is no longer sure he can trust him completely. Dumbledore insisted on his participation in the tournament. He didn't help Sirius, even though he could have used the time flywheel himself. He hadn't been near Rattlesnake Willow when Pettigrew escaped. No one would have been surprised if he was suddenly there. On the contrary, people would have thought of him even more as a hero. He sent Harry a phoenix and a hat to help him, though he could just as easily have told McGonagall what was going on. And he sends Harry to the Dursleys every year.

Anyway, Harry is full of doubts and doesn't know who to trust, and in the meantime, the Potters take him in. They surround him with kindness and care. And for the first time, Harry feels like he belongs.

He enters Hogwarts as a fifth-year student and is still tense at first, waiting for the second shoe to drop. But nothing happens. There are no conspiracies, no deadly situations, and no nemeses. Everything is so normal and peaceful and Harry realizes he wants it forever because he's so tired. He's a teenager, he's fifteen, he shouldn't have to put his life in danger every year, he shouldn't have to fight basilisks or dragons, he shouldn't have to engage in a deadly duel. He must not be the Boy Who Survived, the Chosen One, the Savior. He has to decide for himself what he wants to be, but for now he has to worry about lessons and dates like a normal teenager. That's what he wants.

So, Harry decides to stay in the past and not tell anyone that he is from the future. Making this decision makes him feel lighter, freer. He becomes more cheerful, starts actively communicating with everyone around him, makes friends with people from different faculties, and gets into his studies (the Potters and professors sigh with relief, thinking that Harry has finally recovered from his confrontation with Grindewald and the death of his friend).

Tom Riddle thinks about the new guy for only five seconds and then forgets about him for two whole months. Two months later, this newcomer - Potter - who hasn't been seen or heard from, suddenly, is everywhere. Everywhere Tom goes, there is Potter in the company of his buddies, talking loudly. He begins to catch up in his studies. He's becoming the best at DADA. He is so bright and friendly and everyone around him loves him. Tom hates him. He'll kill him as soon as he figures out the best way to pull it off. In the meantime, he has to figure out how to get away from Potter, who has decided that Tom should be his friend, too

(Harry: We have to fight the troll.

Tom: ...Your train of thought is very mysterious and not clear to me. What exactly is the reason we have to fight the troll?

Harry: Well... There was this girl. My friend and I didn't like her very much, and then the three of us fought the troll and became friends after that. Because you know... There are some things you can’t share without ending up liking each other, and knocking out a twelve-foot mountain troll is one of them.

Tom: I'm not going to fight a troll.

Harry: Okay... I'll think of something else.

Tom: Please don't.)

Но Гарри больше не уверен, что может полностью ему доверять. Дамблдор настоял на его участие в турнире. Он не помог Сириусу, хотя сам мог использовать маховик времени. Его ведь не было возле Гремучей Ивы, когда Петтигрю сбежал. Никто бы не удивился, если он вдруг оказался там. Наоборот, люди еще больше стали бы считать его героем. Он прислал Гарри на помощь феникса и шляпу, хотя мог так же сообщить МакГонаггал о том, что происходит. И он каждый год отправляет Гарри к Дурслям.

В общем, Гарри полон сомнений и не знает кому доверять, а пока его принимают Поттеры. Они окружают его добротой и заботой. И Гарри впервые чувствует, что принадлежит.

Он поступает в Хогвартс на пятый курс и первое время все еще напряжен, ожидая когда случится что-то плохое. Но ничего не происходит. Нет никаких заговоров, смертельных ситуаций и заклятых врагов. Все такое обычное и мирное и Гарри понимает, что хочет этого навсегда, потому что он так устал. Он подросток, ему пятнадцать, он не должен каждый год подвергать свою жизнь опасности, он не должен сражаться с василисками или драконами, он не должен участвовать в смертельной дуэли. Он не должен быть Мальчиком Который Выжил, Избранным и Спасителем. Он должен сам решить, кем ему быть, а пока что он должен беспокоиться об уроках и свиданиях, как обычный подросток. Это то чего он хочет.

Итак, Гарри решает остаться в прошлом и никому не говорит о том, что он из будущего. Принятие этого решения, заставляет его чувствовать себя легче, свободней. Он становится веселей, начинает активно общаться со всеми вокруг, заводит дружбу с людьми с разных факультетов и увлекается учебой (Поттеры и профессора вздыхают с облегчением, решив, что Гарри, наконец, оправился от столкновения с Гриндевальдом и смерти своего друга).

Том Реддл думает о новеньком всего пять секунд, а затем забывает о нем на целых два месяца. Спустя два месяца этот новенький - Поттер - которого было не видно и не слышно, внезапно, оказывается повсюду. Куда бы Том не пошел, там уже Поттер в компании своих приятелей, что-то громко рассказывает. Он начинает догонять в учебе. Он становится лучшим в Защите. Он такой яркий и дружелюбный и все вокруг его любят. Том ненавидит его. Он убьет его, как только придумает как лучше это провернуть. А пока что ему надо придумать как отделаться от Поттера, который решил, что Том тоже должен быть его другом.

(Гарри: Мы должны сразиться с троллем.

Том: ...Ход твоих мыслей очень загадочен и не ясен для меня. По какой именно причине мы должны сразиться с троллем?

Гарри: Ну... Там была одна девочка. Мы с другом не очень ее любили, а потом мы втроем сразились с троллем и после этого стали друзьями. Потому что есть вещи, после которых вы не можете не стать друзьями и битва с троллем одна из них.

Том: Я не собираюсь сражаться с троллем.

Гарри: Ладно... Я придумаю что-нибудь другое.

Том: Пожалуйста не надо.)

It all started when Harry and Draco got into an altercation, and Ron intervened to protect Harry, and Pansy intervened to support Draco, and Hermione intervened to break them up, and Blaise was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. And all six fall under a spell/potion designed to change the personality of two people, but since there are six of them, the spell/potion only changes some part of each, passing it on to the other.

Hermione feels Pansy's emotional and physical pain, Pansy gets all of Harry's talents (like parseltongue/flying on a broom), Harry starts to reason like Draco, Draco picks up Ron's habits (last-minute putting off/eating/clothing habits), Ron gets Blaise's calmness and equanimity, Blaise has Hermione's memory and analytical abilities.

And that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that each has lost what the other has gained from it.

Hermione can't remember anything she ever learned, Pansy feels no pain at all, Harry is a complete zero at something he used to be great at or the best at, Draco is unable to concentrate and express his thought/purpose/conclusion, Ron has no behavioral patters of his own, instead copying everyone he sees, Blaise is an emotional firecracker who can't stop.

It's a complete disaster.

Гермиона чувствует эмоциональную и физическую боль Пэнси, Пэнси получает все таланты Гарри (вроде парселтанг/полета на метле), Гарри начинает рассуждать как Драко, Драко перенимает привычки Рона (откладывать все на последнюю минуту/привычки в еде/одежде), Рон получает спокойствие и невозмутимость Блейза, Блейз обладает памятью и аналитическими способностями Гермионы.

И это еще не самое ужасное. Самое ужасное заключается в том, что каждый потерял то, что другой получил от него.

Гермиона не помнит ничего из того, что она когда-либо учила, Пэнси не чувствует боли вообще, Гарри полный ноль в то, в чем раньше был великолепен или лучшим, Драко не способен сконцентрироваться и выразить свою мысль/поставить цель/сделать вывод, Рон не обладает собственными поведенческими паттерами, вместо этого копируя всех кого видит, Блейз эмоциональный фейерверк, не способный остановиться.

Это полная катастрофа.

Okay, I've read a lot of au time travel to my childhood with Luffy in the lead roles, with the whole team, with someone from the team, with Lo, and it's become a bit of a hackneyed theme, hasn't it? And so I was thinking, what if someone unexpected came back in time during Luffy's childhood? Bartolomeo, for example.

Luffy is dead. That's the thought that Bartolomew has been waking up with for days now. But wait, why isn't he on the ship? And why does he have such a small body? Oh, what the fuck, he's in the past! He sucks at thirteen! How the hell did that happen?! Wait a minute. Wait. He's thirteen. That means Luffy-sempai is eight! Luffy-sempai is eight, he's alive and he can see him! So, where the fuck is Dawn Island?

Ace and Sabo are totally freaked out when some weird teenager suddenly shows up and calls Luffy "Luffy-sempai" (seriously, what the fuck?) and cries at his every move. Where the fuck did this freak come out of and how do they get him back in there so he's not farking around with their little brother? LUFFY, STOP TALKING TO HIM! No, he won't be your friend! We forbid it!!!

But they're less against it when Freak and his gang (how the fuck does he have a gang and who in their right mind would choose him as their leader?) deal with Bluejam and Outlook. And it's nice to have one more person to look out for Luffy, because god knows there aren't enough of them. But he's not allowed within ten meters of Luffy! NO LUFFY YOU CAN'T INVITE HIM TO YOUR CREW! WE FORBID IT!!! WHY THE FUCK DID YOU PASS OUT?!

Ace and Sabo are very concerned. Very, very. They may have to join their little brother's crew to keep an eye on the freak.

Эйс и Сабо совершенно не в восторге, когда внезапно заявляется какой-то странный подросток и зовет Луффи "Луффи-семпай" (серьезно, что за хрень?) и плачет от каждого его движения. Но они менее против, когда фрик и его банда (откуда, блядь, у него банда и кто в здравом уме выберет его своим лидером?) разбираются с Блюджемом и Аутлуком. К тому же неплохо иметь еще одного человека, что будет присматривать за Луффи, потому что видит бог их двоих мало. Но ему запрещено подходить к Луффи ближе, чем на десять метров! AU Harry Potter

Here's an idea that just came to me, and if there are already such works, give me links, because I've actually read very few works in this fandom.

No Voldemort. Severus and Lily together. Lily has never been with James. She and Severus are happy and such an exemplary couple that it makes your teeth hurt. And then for some reason, Lily cheats on Severus with James (momentary insanity/adrenaline/ too much alcohol/sex-dust/rape). She immediately confesses everything and Severus forgives her because he loves her so much. And then it turns out that Lily is pregnant and they know it's not Severus' baby, but decide to keep it anyway because they still haven't been able to give birth to their own.

Severus worries a lot about whether he can love James Potter's baby, but when Harry is born he is so small and adorable and has Lily's eyes... And as he grows, Harry becomes a real ray of sunshine who loves to hug Severus, gets excited every time he sees Severus and thinks he's the coolest wizard ever. Severus melts like ice cream in the sun (and is completely oblivious to James' features in Harry's appearance).

On his way to Hogwarts, Harry still meets Ron and Hermione and he still doesn't like what Draco says, but he's not worried when the hat tries to choose where to place him: Slytherin or Gryffindor, because his dad is from Slytherin and he's the coolest wizard ever.

And since it's AU no Voldemort, Sirius is not in Azkaban and has never been there, Remus can be a Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, and it's up to you to decide what happens to Peter.

Она сразу же во всем признается и Северус прощает ее, потому что очень сильно любит. А затем выясняется, что Лили беременна и они знают, что это не ребенок Северуса, но решают все же сохранить его, потому что до сих пор не смогли родить собственного.

Северус много переживает о том, сможет ли он полюбить ребенка Джеймса Поттера, но когда Гарри рождается он такой маленький и очаровательный и у него глаза Лили... А по мере роста Гарри становится настоящим лучиком солнца, который любит обнимать Северуса, приходит в восторг каждый раз, когда видит Северуса и считает его самым крутым волшебником. Северус тает, как мороженое на солнце (и совершенно не обращает внимания на черты Джеймса во внешности Гарри).

На пути в Хогвартс Гарри все так же знакомится с Роном и Гермионой и ему все еще не нравятся слова Драко, но он не переживает, когда шляпа пытается выбрать куда его распределить: Слизерин или Гриффиндор, потому что его папа со Слизерина, а он самый крутой волшебник на свете.

И так как это АУ нет Волан-де-Морта, то Сириус не в Азкабане и никогда там не был, Римус может быть преподавателем защиты от темных искусств, а что там с Питером сами решайте.

Итак, после Сибири до Роджерса доходит, что именно он сделал и приходит в ужас от самого себя. Он атаковал и чуть не убил человека, чей мир только что пошатнулся, кто испытал психологическую и эмоциональную травму. Он не пытался его сдержать, он не пытался поговорить, он не пытался найти мирное решение, он сразу перешел в наступление. И это не правильно. Если бы кто-нибудь рассказал ему об этой ситуации, он бы не только осудил нападающего, но и почувствовал бы к нему ненависть. Но это был не кто-нибудь, это был он. И Тони.

Тони, который не сделал ему ничего плохого. Тони, который всегда помогал ему. Тони, который старался облегчить ему жизнь в 21 веке. Тони, который считал его своим ��ругом.

И Стив, который игнорировал все это, потому что не мог простить Тони всего одну вещь, которую гений был не подвластен изменить - свое сходство с Говардом.

Когда Стив проснулся в 21 веке, ему было больно от потери всего что он знал, от потери всех кого он знал. И больно. И больно. И больно. А затем что-то происходит. Неудачный эксперимент Шури? Столкновение большого количества вибраниума и магии Ванды? Что-то происходит и Стив оказывается в прошлом. Может еще в 40х, может сразу после того как он очнулся в 21 веке, может в конце битвы с читаури. Он просыпается в прошлом и думает: "Тони. Я могу все исправить с Тони".

Он изо всех сил пытается загладить свою вину, пускай даже Тони и не понимает, почему Стив так себя ведет. Он становится одним из лучших друзей Тони, они говорят, они обсуждают вещи, они ищут компромиссы, и Стив всегда, всегда на стороне Тони. Даже если другие осуждают Тони или обвиняют в чем-то, Стив остается на стороне Тони и всячески его поддерживает.

Здесь не обязательно должен быть Стони, это вполне может быть броманс.

Lately I've been drawn to time travel, but despite the Finale (which I ignore to preserve my sanity), the main travelers are Tony or Strange (we're talking 70k+ word stories). And despite the fact that I am absolutely and completely on Team Iron Man, my brain suggested a story with Rogers, who happens to be in the past.

So, after Siberia, it comes to Rogers exactly what he has done and becomes horrified with himself. He attacked and almost killed a man whose world had just been shaken, who had experienced psychological and emotional trauma. He didn't try to restrain him, he didn't try to talk, he didn't try to find a peaceful solution, he went right on the offensive. And that's not right. If someone had told him about the situation, he would not only have condemned the attacker, but he would have felt hatred for him. But it wasn't anyone, it was him. And Tony.

Tony, who hadn't done him any harm. Tony, who had always helped him. Tony, who tried to make his life easier in the 21st century. Tony, who considered him his friend.

And Steve, who ignored it all because he couldn't forgive Tony for the one thing the genius had no power to change - his resemblance to Howard.

When Steve woke up in the 21st century, he was in pain from losing everything he knew, from losing everyone he knew. And it hurt. And hurt. And hurt. Sometimes the pain tore him apart, sometimes it whimpered in his heart. But with time it got better. In time, he learned to breathe and live again. And he began to think that in time he would be able to call the 21st century his home. And then there was Tony Stark.

Tony, who was so much like Howard. Tony, who, just by looking at him, reminded him of the life he'd lost. Tony, who became salt to his healing wound. And for that, Steve hated him. For that, Steve wanted Tony to hurt as much as he did.

And now, looking back, Steve realizes how unfair he was to Tony and how much he would like to make things right, but he doesn't feel he has the right to do so. He doesn't feel he has the right to even get close to Tony.

Steve is hurting again, but that pain is his own fault.

And then something happens. Shuri's failed experiment? A collision of large amounts of vibranium and Wanda's magic? Something happens and Steve finds himself in the past. Maybe back in the 40s, maybe right after he wakes up in the 21st century, maybe at the end of the battle with the Chitauri. He wakes up in the past and thinks, "Tony. I can fix this with Tony."

He tries his best to make it up to Tony, even though Tony doesn't understand why Steve is acting this way. He becomes one of Tony's best friends, they talk, they discuss things, they look for compromises, and Steve is always, always on Tony's side. Even if others condemn Tony or accuse him of something, Steve stays on Tony's side and supports him in every way possible.

It doesn't have to be Stony here, it could very well be a bromance.

I sat there, not touching anyone, as my brain squealed like a teenage girl and said:

"Look what I realized! Buck is tall, fair-haired, blue-eyed with an awesome body and has been compared to a golden retriever. Eddie is shorter than him, dark-haired, brown-eyed, also has an impressive physique, has a hard time talking about feelings and is older than Buck. Remind you of anyone?"

"Um..."

"Steve Rogers and Tony Stark! It's Steve Rogers and Tony Stark!"

"Holy crap!"

"Yes! Imagine if they existed in the same universe! Villain of the Week attacks LA, the Avengers kick his ass, and 118 helps with civilian safety. When the battle is over Tony notices Buck and starts flirting with him. And Buck flirts back. They arrange a date, but during it they realize there is no spark. Yes, they flirt, but they don't want to go any further. They end up becoming friends, but everyone is convinced they are dating. Steve is pining. Eddie is jealous. The Avengers and 118 facepalms, thinking that Tony and Buck don't realize that they are dating a copy of Steve and Eddie. And Tony and Buck discuss their unrequited love for their best friend and share ice cream."

And anyway, how am I supposed to develop this now? Especially when my brain reminded me that a lot of fics make Tony the biological or adoptive father of Peter. That's just the cherry on top of the cake!

I'm a little hooked on 9-1-1, so another idea.

We were introduced to Buckley's parents, but let's pretend that didn't happen.

So Buck's parents are eternally frustrated with him no matter what he does. Buck could carry five children out of a burning house in one hand and a basket of kittens and puppies in the other, and they would still be displeased because he hadn't put out the flames along the way. And so they came to visit and stopped by the station, where they began to sympathize and feel sorry for the crew because they had to work with Buck. The team tries to support Buck, but absolutely everything they say about him ends up being used against him and makes things worse.

At this point, for some reason, Eddie's parents, who have been treating Buck with arctic cold since Eddie announced that he and Buck were dating, arrive. Upon hearing what Buck's parents are saying about him, Eddie's parents, to everyone's surprise, stand up for Buck. Moreover, in this argument, they wipe the floor with Buck's parents and make them run away with their tails between their legs. And when asked what the hell that was about, they reply: "Just because we don't approve of Eddie's relationship with Evan doesn't mean we're blind and can't see what an amazing person Evan is."

Bonus 100 points if, at some point in the confrontation, Ramon says:

"I would be the proudest father in the world if I had a son even slightly like Evan".

"Thanks, Dad," Eddie says dryly, rolling his eyes.

My brain said, "I want more kids for Buddie," and the next second it offered me this scenario.

Buck 1.0's rambunctious life paid off for him by found an infant on his doorstep with a note saying it was his baby. Panicked, Buck calls Eddie as his best friend for help. After a brief panic attack by Buck, where he begs Eddie to save him because he knows nothing about babies and Eddie is the father and "God, Eddie, what am I going to do?! He's so little, Eddie! What if I break him, Eddie?! Oh, God, Eddie, he's crying! What am I going to do, Eddie?!" and Eddie's reminders that he missed Chris' infancy because he was in Afghanistan, Eddie does come to Buck's and they go to the store because the baby still needs a bunch of stuff, even if the baby doesn't actually turn out to be Buck (spoiler: DNA test says Buck is a happy daddy).

Buck and the baby end up moving in with the Diazes because Eddie has saint Carla and Buck turns out to be a bit of a helicopter dad and is afraid to leave the baby with anyone else but Eddie and Carla. Christopher is thrilled and treats the baby like a little brother or sister. And through it all, Buddie develops.

And as I was writing all of this my brain told me he had another development.

What if Buck's baby is dropped off a few months after Abby leaves? Slightly panicked and afraid of his friends' judgment, Buck says nothing to anyone at 118. People see a change in Buck, but attribute it to Abby's departure. The first person to find out about the baby is Maddie when she arrives at Buck's house and finds a babysitter with an infant.

About a month after Eddie arrives, Buck calls him in the middle of the night in a slight panic. The baby has a fever and Buck doesn't know what to do. Maddie is at work and doesn't answer. Does he have to go to the hospital? Should he call 911? What should he do? Eddie tries to calm him down, while digesting the news that his best friend happens to have a baby.

He might be a little hurt, but later, when Buck explains everything, he'll realize that Buck kept quiet because he wasn't sure. He was afraid of the judgment, the stares, the criticism that the child would be better off with someone else. He was afraid that the child would be spoken of as Buck's mistake and irresponsibility. He still is.

Eventually Eddie would begin to support and help Buck.

Anyway, my brain wants to see Buddie have more kids. They are going to be such super cute dads. Just imagine them walking around the park with Christopher and the baby.
