Okay so my favorite piece of fanart is (obviously) the fanart that artsaveo-o drew (@artsaveo-o) for Draco Malfoy and the Fall of Icarus 😭😭😭😭😭. Because I STILL can't get over the fact that someone drew fanart for the fic I'm writing!!!!!!!!! Have you all seen this???? Nell depicted in art :'''''')))) there are no words.

But.... to pick an art that isn't related to something I've written lmao.... (also... I am horrible at picking favorites, so here is one I just really really like so much)

I think this one by @tnxgodimginger just really speaks to how I see Draco and Harry in my head, especially with how their expressions were depicted. I like Draco looking a lil love-drunk lmao and I feel like it really comes across in this piece!

🧩 what will make you click away from a fanfiction immediately

this is a good question!!! Also a hard one lol. There's not very much that will prevent me from giving something a try. I like to challenge my own interests and likes, and try to see if I end up liking something that I thought I wouldn't. I also read the tags pretty extensively, but I'm far more likely to just slowly lose interest in a fic, or give it a few chapters before giving up.

So the only things that would really immediately make me jump ship would be like too many basic grammar issues or walls of paragraphs (bc I literally cannot read them, and I have a short attention span lol).

(the other thing that has regularly made me click away, no matter how many times I try to just give it a chance, or read out of curiosity is Dra.mion.e... I can't explain it, but every time I've tried to read it, I just can't... my brain stops functioning. which is crazy bc I can read draco & harry dating other people... I just can't do that specific ship for some reason.) (this isn't me ragging on Dram.ion.e, btw. it's just a weird phenomenon that happens in my brain lol)

Hello! Just wandered over to your Twitter and saw your tweets re:friends suggesting you should consider therapy.

1) Sweetie, you’re doing great!! (Seriously, you’re doing your best and that’s a huge ask sometimes. As a stranger, I'm proud of you and inspired by your honesty and your drive to be a better you.)

2) I know this sounds woo-woo but a good therapist won’t consider a returning client a failure. Maybe you just decided you’d like to practice your coping skills a bit more. Maybe you’ve been feeling adrift in the rapids of life and want someone to paddle with for a while. Maybe you’ve got things all figured out and just want to go back for mindfulness. If you do decide that returning to therapy would be helpful for you, do it with the knowledge that you’re not a failure and never will be. We all need a kind, nonjudgmental ear sometimes.

3) It’s so amazing to me that you have time in between working full time to share your incredible art with us. The fact that you’re here, that you’re allowing people to partake in your creations, that you continue to hone your skills is unfathomably impressive. Thank you for all you do!!

I hope you’re doing okay, and just know that in all your pursuits you have untold amounts of support behind you. Thanks for being a part of these fandoms and thanks for inviting us in. ❤️

I am impressed how much attention you pay to small details, like me working full time, I don’t think I mention it very frequently.

Anyway, back to the topic. I am still weighting if I am ready to get back or too avoid the problem till it bites me in the ass (I am one of those who are sure all their struggles are stupid and if to talk to therapist will be all: ohh enough about me, how are YOU??).
