this was a page from the very beginning of team up mission that i colored and painted a background for! this took foreeeeverrrr but I love how it came out. The underpainting is the same rainbow as the ‘side’ characters, but i’m not sure that comes through as much. i love the team up artist’s style and will be definitely coloring more of their stuff.

I was rewatching Parks and Rec clips on youtube and an idea hit me…

as a kid, i never really understood azula’s mental descent towards the end but rewatching as an adult made me really relate to her, so i wanted to pay homage to a mentally healthy fire lord azula that never came to be
