Crossing one of my favorite nature trail, today, I ran towards the beach. I really wanted to see the First Light and feel the summer breeze. But every dawn has the own peculiarity, always. This morning, casually, I found a little girl playing piano, (maybe for a piano recital) so sweet and nice, and my heart was filled with goodness and love. It was very moved. Thank you Life. Thank you People. Thank you, Music. I feel God through you.
I remember the first time I felt Freedom deep inside. I was in Lisboa, sitting in front of the Torre de Belém and, suddenly, pain is gone, disappeared. It's funny, how easy it was, and, poetic.
The Wildest Side is a place you can find easily...
If you live in a Big City, look for a green space, or a place close to a lake or a river. If there aren't spaces like those, close your eyes, the Wildest Side is in each one. Inside Us. It's innate.
Weekend is here and I can finally do something for me! I love spending my days off up in the mountains, walking across secret places, eating a simple meal and drinking fresh water and long coffee. It's a cure for body and mind
How beautiful life is 🤍🌱 Happy Weekend to Everyone!
The "Inca Porridge" is my favourite version of porridge. Instead of the typical oat flakes, I use Quinoa as principal ingredient, mixed with unsweetened almond milk, a bit of cinnamon and one teaspoon of agave syrup. If you want, you can garnish with dried fruit and seasonal fruit. I added cashew, linseed, strawberries and a little bit of peanut butter.
I learned this recipe reading the amazing book "Eat and Run", written by the famous ultra runner Scott Jurek. Thanks to him, I found out the benefits of a healthy vegan lifestyle, and I discovered ingredients that I didn't know, tasting new flavors, learning to be grateful to our Earth Mother for what she gives us everyday.
We breathe, we eat, we can move, we can love. We have everything🤍
During my break from work, I love to drink a smoothie with fresh fruit mixed with some unsweetened vegetable milk. I made this one with frozen blueberries, a plum and rice milk. Easy to prepare and perfect to recharge the energy. Ready for the second round! 👩🏻💻
