The truth about being vegan. The first truth is that you were not given the truth.(As per usual)The second is that veganism was always a NWO agenda. Ok, let me explain this. First off is that it was not explained about how to eat properly when  you decide to be vegan, yes you were informed about nutrients, however reading about something and actually doing this are very different and many people who tried to be vegan found themselves hungry and unsatisfied and some even got sick on this diet. I must add here that a correct alkaline vegan diet is literally a cure all for ALL disease. Disease can not exist in an alkaline environment. It is impossible. However, this diet is impossible to maintain in the western hemisphere, or at least I think so, however there is a small group of people called Rastafarians in Jamaica on something called an "Ital" diet, and I am not talking about the ones who drink and smoke, I speak of a handful that try to be as pure as they can diet wise. Sorry if I rock anyone's boat here but you would have to go to Jamaica and actually experience this for yourself. The Ital diet consists of no carbohydrates but the meals are very rich, a stew is the base, vegetables, sweet potato, yam and other vegetables, a salad, and of course pulses which fill the stomach and most importantly an abundance of fruits, a real smoothie is always filling. The food in the west is like plastic compared to these countries which are warmer and more conducive to the growth of all foods. And I conclude that you can not find any recipes for a true Ital diet on the internet, and this proves that they wanted you sickly and weak as a vegan and now they are about to give you locusts and grubs for your food after they block out the sun to cause crop failure. How delightful of them.

A study carried out by AAAS shows that rats chose to free the imprisoned rats rather than eating food placed near the cage, which suggests that the rats show compassion, primarily a trait seen only in primates. Researchers at the University of Chicago performed some experiments to see if a rat would help a fellow rat out of a cage if it could. They got surprising results, the free rat did help the confined rat. After hearing calls for help from the caged rat, free rat tried desperately to uncage the rat and did so effeciently over time. Not just that, the free rat would also save some of it’s treat for the other rat. How humanly I say! The researchers came to the unavoidable conclusion that what they were seeing was empathy— and apparently selfless behavior driven by that mental state.
