"You think I want to forget him? I want him back."
- Leia (TFA movie)

"Han forgave his son for what he had done. He prayed someday his son would forgive him in turn."
- TFA junior novel

"She [Leia] reached for the Force, let it surround her, fill her. She thought the effort would exhaust her, but she felt a momentary rush of strength and energy as she connected with every living thing. She reached deeper, and then deeper still. With all the life and love and hope and forgiveness in her being, she called out: “Ben!” "
- TROS novel

"Leia’s last thoughts had been of her [Rey], and Poe, and the Resistance — but mostly Ben. Leia still loved him. She had forgiven him. She had called him to the light."
- TROS novel

"Kylo Ren stood on the wreck of the Death Star, gazing at the ocean. He’d been standing there a long time, watching the tide gradually recede. Physically, he felt better than he ever had in his life. But his mind was in turmoil. (...)
Why had his mother loved him right up until her last moment? Snoke had lied about that. Snoke had lied about all of it. All those voices in his head, torturing him throughout the years, they had promised him that a moment like this could never happen. They don’t care about you. Just their precious New Republic. And later, Just their precious Resistance.
All lies."

Heyo, I'd like to start reading fiction again and I wondered if anyone could recommend well written & executed ETL stories? With a fulfilling ending? (Idc if the lovers are happy, I just want it to make sense storywise).

Anyways, my Ben redeemed himself for HIMSELF and not for anyone else because he was worthy of redemption even without anyone else’s love or support. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Under-appreciated moment. Kylo’s elbow-kick combo while holding a freaking lightsaber.

Everyone shutup and listen.
Enemies to lovers is about:
The drama
The angst
The extremely complex layers of human nature
The yearning
The realisation
The first ever kiss
The exhilaration that comes afterwards
The “youre not alone” cmon guys this is textbook by now
The hasty kisses afterwards
That erotically intense moment in the story where they have stand off in front of each other, angry and hurt and never breaking eye contact, weapons drawn and pointed to the other ones throat, painfully torn in their decision, breathing and swallowing hard, knowing very well what they have to do but neither of them actually going through with it, stuck forever amidst what they stand for and what they yearn for, knowing that theres such a fine line between wanting to kill the other one and wanting to die for the other one, and that that line is about to be carved (in blood or lust could go either way you don’t know!) by the very weapon that they are now gripping and pointing at potentially the only other being in the world who makes them feel witnessed, needed and truly seen

Look at him, the meanest, most evil mastermanipulator and abuser Ben Solo. You can clearly see the hate in his puppy eyes and the toxicity in the way his lips shake. What an unredeemable villain.

Hi! I saw your reply to an anon about 'cultural appropriation' and I couldn't agree more. I'm from Poland, and I absolutely LOVE sharing our culture with people. Everything, from food, to traditions, to holidays, to national costumes (which we have a lot of for many regions here :D). I love telling people about how things are done here and learning how its done differently somewhere else. For me its spreading love of my culture, not 'letting people steal' it. A culture cannot be stolen.
Oh thank you for reaching out and sharing your opinion! I agree 100%, culture cannot be stolen. "Stealing" implies something is taken away, which is not what's happening. Culture cannot be taken away by "copying" it, if anything, it spreads and inspires more people.
I would love to travel through Poland again, I love your country and the food and the people 💕 I'll be sure to visit as soon as traveling is safe again.

“We have covered the ways that the film undid ‘The Last Jedi, but it bears repeating (in brief) again: they reversed course on Rey’s parentage; discarded Kelly Marie Tran’s Rose Tico; made Snoke a weird clone; rebuilt Kylo Ren’s helmet for no discernable reason; and mocked Holdo’s suicide run, amongst other things. For some, Johnson’s film felt like a radical departure from 'The Force Awakens’. That simply isn’t the case. It took the characters, ideas and themes and did something staggeringly original with them. There wasn’t a deliberate move to undermine any of the work that Abrams had done with the first film, instead expanding on what the new trilogy (and Star Wars in general) could fundamentally be.”
— Drew Taylor, ‘One Year Later, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Still Sucks’ (Collider)
