Does the Team Bonding Have To Be in A Haunted House?
A/N: Hi I'm not dead asdasd. Writer's block is a bitch and randomly got the motivation to write this. Hope you guys enjoy!
Pidge had always hated horror.
Sure, they knew that everything in the movie or show was fake logically, but that didn’t stop them from jumping at jump scares or trying to hold back a scream at the realistic zombies.
Matt laughed at them for their fear but it wasn’t like they could do anything about it.
One thing they had been glad about is that the other paladins hadn’t found out before. After all English horror movies were harder to get in space normally, so chances were they wouldn’t run into horror movies again or anything like that until they got back to Earth.
At least that’s what they had thought until they ran into the Remenings. They were a very peaceful species and Pidge was excited to see if they could learn anything from them.
At least that’s what they were hoping until they stepped outside and saw all the Halloween stuff. At least this planet’s version of Halloween.
Which was fine, after all they liked Halloween! Well maybe not the really spooky parts about it but they liked most parts of Halloween. They figured they could handle this….At least until Shiro suggested going through this planet’s version of a haunted house as a form of team bonding.
Fortunately for Pidge they couldn’t all go in at once, unfortunately for them, they ended up teamed up with Lance.
As Pidge stepped inside the haunted house, they took a breath trying to keep themselves calm. Apparently they were a bit too loud with their breath as Lance glanced back at them.
“You doing okay there Pidgey?”
“I’m fine,” Pidge hissed out. They probably would have been more believable if, at the exact moment they said that, one of the haunted house workers hadn’t reached out to scare them.
The second Pidge felt someone touch them, they whipped around, freaking out slightly.
“You’re fine huh,” Lance said, making Pidge flush slightly. They could hear the teasing in Lance’s voice.
“You say a word to any of the others and I'm going after your hair products,” Pidge said before stomping off.
Pidge had to hold in a snicker when Lance gasped, clearly offended. “You wouldn’t dare.”
“Watch me.”
Lance sputtered a bit but followed after a bit...which was probably a good thing considering Pidge got scared again and quite literally jumped a foot in the air.
Lance snickered a bit and Pidge immediately shot a glare at them.
“You know I never thought you’d be scared of horror stuff Pidgey,” Lance pointed out, ‘You always seemed too logical for stuff like this to scare you.”
“And what about it,” Pidge asked.
Lance held his hands up in a sort of defense. “Nothing, nothing just...curious is all. Never thought you’d be scared by horror.”
“Are you going to spend this whole time teasing me,” Pidge asked, glaring again at Lance.
Lance smirked a bit. “I don’t know, am I?”
“I will leave you behind.”
“No you won’t,” Lance immediately responded.
Pidge scowled a bit, only to jump a bit again as they were scared again. They flushed slightly, trying to avoid looking at Lance.
“Hey, if you’re so scared of horror, why’d you agree to the whole bonding exercise?”
“Besides the fact that you would have teased me relentlessly if I tried to back out?”
“Yeah besides that.”
Pidge scoffed slightly, debating answering Lance as they continued through the haunted house. On one hand, it was Lance and he would probably use their answer to tease them more. On the other hand, it was Lance, and he probably wouldn't stop bothering them until they answered his question.
“Come on Pidgey, you can tell me,” Lance said, just proving Pidge’s point.
Pidge groaned. “I hate how pushy you are, you know that.”
“So that means you’re going to tell me?”
Pidge ignored Lance, deciding to just answer his first question. “I didn’t want to disappoint Shiro. He seemed excited about doing this as a bonding exercise. And I really didn’t want to deal with the ‘disappointed dad face.’ ”
Lance seemed to pause at that, clearly not expecting that answer. Pidge ended up jumping again from getting scared, cursing under their breath after, before Lance replied again.
“I guess I understand that, the disappointed dad look is hard to ignore.”
“Exactly!”
Lance smirked slightly before glancing towards Pidge. “Let’s get you out of here shall we?”
Pidge rolled their eyes but nodded. “Yeah, I don't want to stay in here any longer than I have to.”

Think Before You Speak
A/N: This is an idea I got based off Tenko's last fte and the trans Shuichi headcanon...midwriting ti I realized it could fit my bad things happen bingo so I added it))
TW: self-doubt, unintentionally transphobia, dysphoria
Tumblr media
Shuichi couldn’t have gotten away from Tenko fast enough. He understood she didn’t mean anything by it, but he could just hear her words circling through his head.
At least Tenko hadn’t thought he was a girl...she seemed so adamant that he was a guy.
Maybe that’s why he kept hanging out with Tenko. Even if she seemed to hate males, constantly calling him a degenerate, he got a small boost of euphoria from realizing that he passed well enough for her to not realize.
Of course, that all went down the drain the second those words left Tenko’s mouth, begging him to get gender reassignment surgery.
He didn’t remember much after that. Next he was aware he was in his room, staring in the mirror.
He wasn’t sure how long he stood there, just staring before his doorbell went off, making him flinch.
Glancing at the time he realized it was already nighttime. Had he...been standing there this long?
He must have worried Kaito and Maki. He shouldn’t have done that.
Well he should probably open the door before Kaito tried to break it down again.
Shuichi opened the door, and was a little surprised to see both Maki and Kaito waiting there.
“Is everything okay,” Shucichi asked. Nothing had happened right? He hadn’t missed a body discovery announcement or anything had he? He really hoped he hadn’t.
“No one’s seen you all day and Kaito was worried,” Maki said bluntly.
Kaito sputtered slightly before quickly recovering, making Shuichi smile slightly. “What Makiroll meant to say is that we were both worried when you didn’t show up for dinner.”
Shuichi winced slightly. He hadn’t meant to worry them. “Sorry I guess I just lost track of time.”
Shuichi thought that would please them but Maki just gave him a look. “What happened?”
“Nothing happened I’m f-,” Shuichi tried to lie.
“Bullshit.”
Shuichi flinched slightly, he hadn’t expected Maki to see right through his lie like that.
“Maybe don’t be so harsh Makiroll,” Kaito suggested, “I’m sure my lovely sidekick had a reason for not telling the truth.”
Immediately Shuichi felt guilty. He really shouldn’t have lied to them. Even if he wanted to make sure they didn’t worry about him, was lying to them really worth it?
“Earth to sidekick,” Kaito called, “You still with us?”
Shuichi flinched slightly. “Oh sorry about that.”
“You don’t need to apologize for everything Shuichi,” Maki interrupted.
“S-,” Shuicihi stopped himself before apologizing again, “You’re right.”
“So, you mind telling us what happened?”
“So I was hanging out with Tenko and-,” he was quickly interrupted by Kaito.
“Huh never thought you’d be hanging around Tenko.”
Shuichi flushed slightly, understanding what Kaito meant. Most of the guys didn’t spend a lot of time around Tenko, between her calling them degenerates or chasing them off with Neo-Akido. It probably didn’t make much sense that he was hanging around her much.
Maki quickly swatted Kaito, knocking Shuichi out of his thoughts again. “Let him finish.”
“Well a-anyways everything was going okay, u-until she practically begged me to get gender assignment surgery.”
Maki immediately turned from the door. “I’ll be back.”
Kaito grabbed her hand and pulled her back. “Maki, you can’t murder Tenko for hurting Shuichi.”
“Who said I was going to go after Tenko.”
Kaito just gave Maki a look, and Shuicihi almost had to hold back a laugh.
“....I wasn’t going to murder her.”
“Still not risking that Makiroll.”
Maki huffed a bit but listened. Good for Tenko too because Shuichi knew Maki might have done something.
After knowing Maki wasn’t about to go attack Tenko, Kaito turned back to Shuichi.
“1 to 10?”
Shuichi glanced up, hearing their familiar system. It was an easy way for any of them to talk about their feelings without having to go too in depth.
Shuichi hesitated before responding. “....between 6 and 8.”
“Well I guess we’re skipping training tonight then,” Kaito said.
“What, we don’t need to-,”
“Shuichi,” Maki interrupted, “I think we can all agree that you won’t do your best if you tried to train tonight.”
“That doesn’t mean you two have to skip training for me.”
“We may not have to, but we want to.”
Shuichi wasn’t used to people putting things aside for him because he was feeling down. So maybe that’s why Kaito telling him that hit so hard.
Maybe that’s why the next he realized he was sobbing into Kaito’s chest as Kaito and Maki comforted him. Even as he pushed away and they chatted until it was almost too late for them to go back to their rooms, he still felt the warmth he got from hanging out with them.
As Kaito and Maki left to head to bed, he realized that maybe….just because there were people like Tenko who preferred him how he wasn’t, there’d always be people like Kaito and Maki, who prefer him how he is.

What's A Little Worry Between Friends?
Ranboo hated seeing Tubbo like this. It hadn’t happened too often since he had formed Snowchester with Jack, but Ranboo still found him like this from time to time.
Ranboo wasn’t even sure what this was about, but last time….last time it was because he had found out Tommy had died in the prison, and he hadn’t slept until they found out Tommy had been revived.
And this time….Ranboo wasn’t completely sure why Tubbo had gotten like this but he did know he needed to help Tubbo.
Taking a breath, Ranboo stepped into Tubbo’s planning room, half afraid for what he would find inside.
It was a mess inside. Papers scattered everywhere, most Ranboo couldn’t understand but he thought he saw something about Tommy and WIlbur.
Glancing around he soon saw Tubbo, passed out on top of the table.
“You have to stop doing this to yourself,” Ranboo muttered as he walked over to Tubbo.
Ranboo vaguely remembered reading some entries in his memory book where Tubbo had done this same thing back in New L’Manburg.
Ranboo quietly approached Tubbo and lightly shook him awake. “Tubbo?”
“Five more minutes Tommy,” Tubbo grumbled. Ranboo smiled a bit at that, knowing the two were close.
“You still can’t sleep here Tubbo, even if you want to.”
Tubbo looked up to glare at Ranboo, only to quickly look away slightly flustered when he realized it wasn’t Tommy he had been grumbling at.
“You could have told me you weren’t Tommy,” Tubbo grumbled.
“Oh, I’m sorry I guess I should h-,” Ranboo started.
“Ranboo my beloved, I was teasing you,” Tubbo said, snickering a bit.
Ranboo rolled his eyes slightly. “So, what’s got you so worked up? I haven’t seen you this worked up since...” Ranboo trailed off, knowing Tubbo knew exactly what he was talking about.
“It’s nothing, just panning for something,” Tubbo said.
“Tubbo.”
“Ranboo.”
Ranboo just gave his platonic husband a look, which caused Tubbo to sigh and spill.
“I’m worried about Tommy. Wilbur...wasn’t the best near the end but the two were close for a while before then. I wasn’t there the entire time, but I vaguely remember how Wilbur reacted in Pogtopia.” Tubbo paused and sighed, “I’m worried Tommy is going to fall for his tricks again.”
So that’s why Ranboo had seen Wilbur and Tommy’s names pop up.
“Tubbo, you can’t help Tommy if you’re exhausted like this.”
“Yeah but-”
“How about this, how about tomorrow we ask Tommy to come over. I’ll even write it in my memory book in case I forgot.”
“Why can’t we do it now?”
“Because you haven’t slept in a week Tubbo.”
“I don’t see why that’s a problem,” Tubbo said cheerfully, causing Ranboo to give him a look.
“And Tommy can handle himself until you’re well rested.”
“I want a divorce,” Tubbo said without hesitating.
“You can’t threaten to divorce me every time I have a point.”
“Watch me.”
“Tubbo.”
Tubbo groaned a bit. “Fiiiiine,” he grumbled, letting Ranboo lead him out of the bunker. “But we’re contacting Tommy first thing tomorrow.”
“Wouldn’t have it any other way,” Ranboo said with a chuckle as he headed back to their home with Tubbo.
He did agree with Tubbo about Tommy, seeing how Wilbur had affected him when he finally met the man, but first he had to make sure his platonic husband didn’t wear himself out.

A Shocking Mission
TW: electrocution, torture, interrogation, tortured for information, hopelessness
Pidge should have figured this mission was going wrong once the alarms started going off.
One moment they were taking the info they had downloaded, the next they were quickly sending it to the other Paladin’s as the Galra were right behind them and they weren’t sure whether or not they were going to get out.
And now, here they were, in what they assumed was some form of interrogation room. They weren’t sure what the Galra had planned, all they knew is they wanted to get off this fucking table they had been strapped to.
They were struggling against their bonds when a Galra came in. “You won’t get out of your bonds that easily, Green Paladin. Our records show you are the weakest of the Paladins and even the Champion had trouble getting out of those during his time here.”
Pidge only glared at the Galra, who only chuckled at them.
“Now, I’m going to ask you some questions, Paladin, and you’re going to answer them.”
“Fuck you,” Pidge hissed, “You’ll get nothing out of me.”
Pidge noticed the smirk that the Galra had on their face after Pidge said that. “I was hoping you’d say something like that.”
Before Pidge could react, the Galra attacked them with a prod and Pidge fel electricity coursing through their body. It was everything Pidge could do to keep from crying out in shock from the pain.
“Now, you’re going to answer my questions, or I’ll shock you. And from what I’ve heard, your species is quite weak to electric shocks. And from what we've found, electricity is most effective when you’re attached to something metal. So this is sure to hurt.”
“If you think I’m going to betray my fellow Paladins you’ve got another thing coming,” Pidge hissed.
“We’ll see about that then, why don’t we.”
Pidge tried to keep coherent, wanting to stay focused and fight back. They lost that ability after the fifth shock. They weren’t even sure how many times they had been shocked by now.
How long had they been there? They know the Galra had stepped away a few time to give them a break and even given them food once. Probably just to make sure they didn’t die before giving them information.
Had it been hours? Days? They weren’t even sure anymore. Everytime they thought they were free from the pain, it started again.
Soon their fellow Paladins would come rescue them. Soon they would be put in a healing pod. Soon they would have help getting over their fear of electricity. And eventually, everything would be okay.
But for now, all they could feel was the pain shooting up their body everytime they refused to answer a question. Leaving them wondering if they would ever be free.

Adrien's Realization- Chp 4
Chp 1
Chp 2
Chp 3
As it turned out, talking to his dad was a lot more nerve-wracking than Adrien first believed. He thought all he’d really need was a good night's sleep.
That turned out to not be the case as even after a full night’s sleep, Adrien was now pacing, trying to work up the courage to talk to his dad.
He was grateful for Plagg, as he might have been stuck in his head if it hadn’t been for him.
“Kid,” Plagg yelled startling Adrien a bit, “You going to talk to your dad or not?”
“It’s more complicated than that Plagg,” Adrein groaned.
“Kid, you need to tell him or nothing’s going to change, and based on what you told me about your talk with Ladybug last night, I don’t think you want that to happen.”
Adrien glanced over at Plagg, giving him a strange look. “It’s weird when you get all sappy.”
Adrien had to hold in a slight smirk as Plagg started sputtering a bit. “Well I’m sorry I thought you needed some motivation kid. After I assumed you’d be jumping on the suggestion considering it was Ladybug who suggested it.”
“And in most cases I’d listen to Ladybug without hesitation. But...I don’t know Plagg, what if I tell him and everything goes wrong?”
“Well maybe that’ll happen, but there’s also a good chance that something good will happen.”
“I suppose you’re right,” Adrien nodded before hearing footsteps. “Quick hide.”
“Yeah, yeah, you don’t need to tell me twice,” Plagg grumbled as he shot off to hide. Natalie walked in as soon as Plagg was well hidden.
“It’s good to see you’re awake Adrien. Now as for your schedule for today.”
Before Nathalie could continue, Adrien took a breath and interrupted her. “Nathalie, I need to speak with my father as soon as possible.”
“Well then I’ll be sure to schedule an appointment soo for you,” Nathalie started before Adrien interrupted her again.
“No I need to talk to him now,” Adrien said, keeping thoughts of what Ladybug had told him last night in his head, “This is important.”
“Well Adrien, your father is very busy and I’m sure whatever it is can wait until he’s free,” Nathalie sighed.
“It really can’t,” Adrien said.
Technically it could, but Adrien was sure that if he waited, he would lose his nerve to tell his Father. And losing his nerve would mean continuing everything that had felt wrong to him all this time.
Adrien didn’t want that.
After some hesitation, Nathalie sighed. “Go eat breakfast, I’ll talk to your Father about this.”
It wasn’t a yes, but it was better than he expected. Adrien nodded before quickly heading downstairs.
It seemed Ladybug must have blessed him with some good luck, as just as he finished breakfast, Nathalie came back down.
“Your Father has a few minutes before his first meeting so you can talk to him real quick.”
“Thank you Nathalie,” Adrien said, before hurrying upstairs.
Adrien took a quick breath after reaching his father’s office before taking a deep breath and knocking on the door.
“Come in,” Adrien soon heard and he quickly, and politely entered.
“So Adrien, what was so important that it couldn’t wait until I wasn’t busy.”
Adrien was nervous, but he knew he had to tell him. Otherwise nothing would get better.
“Father, I need to talk to you about Lila Rossi.”

Whatever happened to your other Bad Things Happen Bingo? Seems a bit too soon to start another one.
So pretty much what happened is I hit writers block with a lot of the prompts that were left. I wasn't sure what to do with them and I was just at a loss for what to write.
Even the ones I had an idea for, or like yours that I had a prompt for, when I went to go write them, the words just wouldn't come out right and it was extremely frustrating.
It just wasn't fun to write the prompts that were left anymore and while I love the requests I get, I participate in this because it's fun for me.
I figured the best way to solve that was to just start over with a new card. Some of the prompts I may go back to in the future. (After taking a bit of break from the prompts after this card), but others I just didn't want to write anymore.
It was the easiest way for me to keep giving you guys content without having to struggle through what I was writing.

This is a quick note that if in my writing you notice I messed up and misquoted something, or my facts are wrong about something, or just anything where something in my writing is not the truth, to let me know so I can fix.
Someone left me a comment about my most recent fic because I accidentally portrayed intrusive thoughts wrong and I was tired and didn't even realize I messed up. It's been fixed now, but please let me know if I mess up.
I don't think I know everything, and I know I might mess up or write something the wrong way so it doesn't make sense. If you tell me I messed up, I will go back and rewrite that section so I can fix it.

You're Not Feared
Virgil couldn’t help but pace when the thought of everything that just happened played in his head.
First, Thomas hadn’t been able to sleep because of...those thoughts. Even knowing now that they were normal, it didn't ease Virgil's nerves about them.
Then, when discussing the thoughts, Remus had shown up, revealing himself to Thomas and messing with all of them.
And finally...Virgil had told Thomas he used to be a dark side. He had seen the fear in Thomas’s eyes right before he had sunk out.
And now, he was just hiding in his room like he used to before. He knew Logan and Patton would be fussing over Roman, who probably had a concussion, and he didn’t want to bring the mood down by making them all worried about him.
Besides, he wasn’t worried enough to affect Thomas yet, so he should be fine at least until Roman was better.
Before Virgil could sink deeper into his thoughts, a knock on the door startled him out of it. Virgil stopped pacing, confused as to who it could be.
It couldn’t be one of the others, as they wouldn’t knock. But wouldn’t the others be with Roman? After hesitating for a bit, Virgil went to open the door.
Virgil remembered hoping that it wasn’t one of the others as he opened the door.
And Virgil had to admit, he wasn’t expecting Logan to be at the door.
Logan seemed to sign in relief as Virgil answered the door. “Hello Virgil, I just wanted to check up on you after the episode. Patton’s busy with Roman so I figured I’d come. Can I-,” Logan paused, seeming to remember something.
If Virgil asked, he was probably going to ask to come in before remembering what happened last time. “...On second thought, it’s probably better if we talk out here.”
Virgil nodded, stepping outside, and closing on the door before leaning on it. “So what did you want to talk about Teach?”
“Virgil, I think we both know what I came to talk about.”
Virgil winced slightly, hoping he’d be able to keep up the facade for longer. “Just lay it on me, how bad is he taking it?”
“Why did you immediately assume he took it badly,” Logan asked.
“I’m not an idiot Logan,” Virgil said with a slight glare, trying to keep the hiss from his voice, “I saw the fear in his eyes as I went to sink out, he was afraid of me.”
“He was afraid of what you were, not who you are now,” Logan said.
“How are you so sure about that,” Virgil grumbled.
“After the video ended, Thomas summoned Patton and I panicked about how he reacted. I’m still honestly surprised he didn’t summon you with all his worry.”
Thomas was….worried about him?
“I just figured I should let you know,” Logan hummed. “I need to go as it’s probably not a good idea to leave Patton alone with an injured Roman for too long. You’re welcome to join us when you’re ready though.”
Virgil snorted a bit and waved to Logan as he walked off. It was good to know Thomas wasn’t afraid of him like he thought though.
It was also good Logan had come to see him, otherwise he probably would still be stuck in a spiral.
Before he could head back to his room, he heard talking from the living room and decided why not. Besides he could make fun of Roman a bit when he got there.
