Changed the background because it suited him better - I liked the blue, I was torn; but, ultimately, Orange is superior.
Finished this piece of Sebastian Stan as Bucky, a character who means a lot to me for a lot of reasons. He’s been through his struggles, he’s been manipulated, traumatised, had his brain all messed up. He has ptsd from all of that. Despite everything, he continues fighting. He gets up every damned day, he went to therapy, he helps other people- he tries every single day to be a better person, to improve himself, to right his wrongs- and that? That brings me so much inspiration; his story is one that I personally relate to, and knowing that he can go through all of that - even though he’s fictional - helps me deal with my own dark past & the future ahead of me.
Thank you Sebastian for bringing one of my favourite characters to life on the big screen, and for portraying him so, so brilliantly. Much love to you. 🖤
Turn your brightness up to see all of the colours. 👆🏻Definitely the biggest “comic style” drawing I’ve done so far, and I’m pretty damned proud of it. Especially Sandy the Sandworm. He’s cool.
“Are we about to make out in Avengers headquarters?”
Teddy: “As soon as you stop talking.”
Billy: “I’m not talking anymore.”
Had to draw my gay icon, Billy Kaplan. Excited to see his future in the MCU with the rest of the Young Avengers (and hopefully with Teddy for some LONG overdue LGBTQIA+ representation).
