Not technically 😅. I mean while possessed he did attack someone but I’m not sure how the justice system would handle a possession case. If Aichi definitely has but he’s a different version of him from a different universe. So as for 2011 Aichi my ultimate comfort character no(unless you’re holding people accountable for what they did while possessed). I mean does wiping the world’s memories of himself count or anything the Quatre Knights did in his name 😅?

Honestly this fight has always been tainted to me due to the very blatant plot armor on Kai’s end. Like LOOK AT THIS! This has pissed me off about this fight since I was a kid. Kai getting this ridiculously lucky makes it feel less like he won because of his own skill and the plot just said he has to win.

Him conveniently drawing the Great multiple times to counter the Absolute Break. Dude isn’t even searching it he’s literally top decking it multiple times.

Him drawing four critical triggers consecutively.

Like why did he have to win this way? It would feel a lot less cheap without him being carried by RNG. People argue that oh because he legioned multiple times that he shuffled back the crits and increased his odds but dude look at his deck. It’s hardly looks thinned out at all. Looking at how big his deck was the chances of four crits in a row along with all the previous luck was astronomical. This is as cartoonish as when Aichi drew four heals back to back in the reboot against Kai. It was stupid there too and I hate it.

Because the odds really seem thoroughly against Akina which makes it difficult to believably think he’ll win. Well, we pulled out the Fated One of Time so there’s likely other surprises in story. Still though with the time travel shenanigans this really is Fate/Stay Night.

Happy 10th year anniversary my beloved ARC-V

So many memories with you and the fandom. I still remember waking up at 4am every Sunday just to watch an ARC-V episode live with everyone else. Then, waiting for the script...then waiting for the subs. Theorizing every episode because everything was so intriguing!

I can’t believe I forgot about this guy!

I just remembered this guy. Fun fact: Akira Ito was formerly Kazuki Takahashi’s editor and he did make a few cards when he wrote Yugioh R. When I saw this card as a kid my mind instantly thought it looked like a Royal Paladin from Vanguard. That’s because it’s the same guy who drew them👀.

But seriously look at this proto-Royal Paladin. I want to give this to Aichi but if I did so I would likely need to lower the power levels of everyone’s DM decks. Also this guy has no upgrade or retrains so it’s a dead end. Still I feel like it would be wrong to ignore this guy.

Here are some ideas for how decks could change with a power level adjustment. These decks are much closer to the power level of the normal anime with few new cards used as possible. They are mostly used if they narratively fit. For example Aichi, Kai, and Ren:

Vanguard Divine-Z Episode 11 Reaction AKA The Most Realistic Anime Sibling Fight of All Time

Akina has zero brain cells and it’s hilarious. His theme really reminds me of Aichi’s original theme. Also the Rezael deck looks so fun. Whenever I can play D format I wanna use Rezael and definitely throw in a Blaster Blade.

Lol they calling him out but I’m legit agreeing with Masanori in this scene. This cardfight is really entertaining.

The realist sibling card battle dialogue. This reminded me of when I used to play Yugioh with my brother when we were kids.

This scene really got me😭. I started crying irl. Seriously WTF this is how If should have ended!

I agree with Hikari here honestly. Suo as he is currently is a complete sociopath.

I’m a bit concerned about the very luck based win. I mean it works with the theming of the fight so I’ll let it slide. I just hope that Akina doesn’t get this lucky regularly. I like him winning with skill and cool strategies.

Overall, the show is going in a very interesting direction. I’m still wondering what happens after the Fated Clash. Considering how we saw future Akina for a second I’m thinking something related to that will become relevant soon. I’m thinking that maybe future Akina might show up🤔. That’s my prediction for now.

My brain is thinking that the Void is somehow still involved. Imagine if future Akina is possessed or something. Suo wished for nothing which was similar to Kazumi wishing to disappear so maybe…👀. Could diffriding return? I mean this is D series’ equivalent to G so it’s possible. I WANT it.
