Hey,
Just a little reminder.
It's okay to cut toxic people out of your life. Even if they are family or close friends. Don't let them guilt trip you into thinking you need them in your life.
I understand this isn't possible for everyone. Sometimes you live with a toxic person or are forced to see them everyday through a means of work or school.
But please, remember that person isn't a physical part of you. They aren't you. So when you're able to, get away from them. Cut communication, change your phone number, get a new email, if you're able and it's really serious move.
Do what is best for you and your mental/physical health. Because at the end of the day, cutting them out will be like removing a weight from your shoulders. You're still going to remember them, and what they did. But you'll feel so much better.
Do what you can. You are enough. You matter. You deserve love. You deserve to make your own choices. You deserve to choose what you want to do.

Hey,
Do something today that makes you smile.
Whether that's reading a book, watching a show, playing videogames, taking a walk, or anything in between.
Take some time to yourself even if it's only a little bit. Because you deserve to be happy.

You're valid no matter what.
I know a lot of people (including myself) have said this already, but it's okay if you stop identifying as something. Even if, in retrospect, you're not sure that label ever fit you. It doesn't mean you should never have identified that way or that you hurt the [x] community. Identities are confusing! I know I say that a lot but it's true! Identities are complicated and confusing and it's okay if you thought you were one thing and later found out you weren't!

And to add to this, don't feel pressured to share what you create. Have a personal notebook, sketchbook or file. Create things without the intent to show anyone, let yourself be free to create without pressure. If in the future you decide to share it great! If not great! Have fun with it and don't turn something you enjoy into something you're scared to do!
To Writers & Artists,
Do you love drawing? Do you love writing? Do you wish to do so but are afraid of what others might think of it?
Don’t be. Be yourself. Do what you love. Show off your passion and creativity.
Does it matter if it’s different from others? No. It’s unique. It’s special. It’s yours. Love it, appreciate it, love yourself.
It doesn’t matter if you have been drawing/writing for years or have only started this morning, you are an artist/writer and you are the best.
Every work you create is beautiful, it’s creative, it’s breathtaking, it’s visualizing, it’s gorgeous, it’s detailed, it’s unique, it’s stunning, it’s incredible, it’s yours.
Putting your time and effort to create something, whether it’s small or large, short or long, whether you make lots of progress or even the littlest of progress, you are doing something, and it is enough.
If you love it, do it. Do it because it makes you happy.
Writing/Drawing is a form of passion, a method of expressing yourself and showing off what your brain is capable of which is in itself, amazing.
Don’t compare yourself to someone else. You and your brain are capable of doing something that only YOU can.
No one else can do it like you, and that’s what makes it so exceptional, outstanding, remarkable.
And if you are a current working writer or artist, remember to take a break.
Drink some water, rest your hands and mind, eat a snack, take a nap, listen to some songs for inspiration, dance to a beat, get some errands done and distract yourself when you need it.
If you are in the slumps, remember how much joy it brought you in the beginning and keep going.
Remember who you are doing this for. Whether it’s an old friend, a love, family member or yourself.
Remember what brought you to love this passion of yours. What makes you keep going and remember it well.
Find where you can sit and truly enjoy yourself as you do this.
Think of when you began to write your first sentence in your fic, or your first stroke of a pencil on paper.
And remember why you began writing/drawing in the first place.
Enjoy it and keep doing it. Because it’s yours and it’s awesome. You are talented, creative and I will always support you! You got this! Show the world what you can do!

Hey,
Don't forget to drink water.
Seriously.
You're amazing and you deserve to feel good.
Go get some water, please. Even if you aren't thirsty, already drank, or say you will in a little while. Get yourself a bottle of water, or glass of water.

Hey,
You're valid. Your pronouns are valid. Your sexuality and gender identity are valid. Your style is valid. Your preferences are valid.
You and your identity matter. Don't let someone take away what makes you, you. You don't need to change.

Hey,
It's okay to not feel okay. You don't have to be happy and positive all the time. Take some time to yourself and recompose. Take a nap, cry if you need to, scream into a pillow, write what's upsetting you on a piece of paper and tear it up. Bottling up emotions isn't good, even if it seems easier at the time. Please be good to yourself and understand you're human. It's okay to be upset, just don't forget to take care of yourself.

Hey,
You can do this. You are stronger than the challenges you face.
It's okay if you need some help to get through it. That doesn't make you weak. In fact knowing when to have someone help makes you even stronger. Sometimes we need help, and that's okay.
May this day bring you something to smile about.
