In regards to the recent allegations

To be honest, I'm not really that surprised, disappointed, sure, but I knew that eventually something like this would happen, the man could've easily refused a call from a minor, then the story would end there.

Instead, we witnessed the departure of many volunteers as a result of his actions, the visible dip in support on his Patreon, the collapse of his fanbase and as we can see in some places, people who are clinging onto the hope that maybe, just maybe, he was falsely accused and continue to support him fervently (Lord, can't imagine being this deep in denial or so afflicted by the sunk-cost fallacy bias.)

There is no defending this, seriously, he's done for real.

It was fun while it lasted, peeps, but I'm afraid that YandereDev will sooner or later end up in the federal slammer and we'll receive no more updates, interest in the game will plummet 'til it becomes just a bittersweet memory for the lot of us that grew up along the game.

For now, I have other things to worry about as an almost-adult, but I'll look back on the old days and remember all the friends I've made in the fandom, maybe we'll even talk about YS in the old folks' home but until then, I'm gonna figure out how to survive the dumpster fire that is adult life in a quadruple-whammy recession.

I have created a Lore Document of Yandere Simulator.

Why did I do this? Partly because I wanted to theory craft, and partly for shits and giggles. I wrote down EVERYTHING- from Youtube videos to Reddit comments, I picked up as much as I could.

especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but it’s really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)

Man, what a year, huh, I was so busy for the second half of it, looking for a field to study in, working full-time for a while until I got burnt out from retail, and this next year I might be getting into college after finishing my GED!

Out of curiosity I just checked in and saw that this blog was still getting attention from Yandere Simulator fans despite not having posted in a while, so here's to y'all, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
