We hope you will join us over at @the-horniest-book-club and continuing having thirsty fun with us!
Welcome to the Merged HBC
After careful consideration, the mods of the @the-ss-horniest-book-club @the-ce-horniest-book-club @the-th-horniest-book-club and @the-mcu-horniest-book-club have decided to merge the four blogs together into one singular blog, this one.
The decision was not an easy one, but we feel that it is the right move for the HBC at this time.
The four blogs will remain available as an archive of sorts, but we will no longer be posting to them. Nor will we be allowing people to claim prompts from them either.
At this time we are still only accepting drabbles/creations for the 18+ MCU characters and the other 18+ characters of MCU actors. We’ve also decided to not allow real people fiction (RPF).
Moving forward all events and prompt claiming will happen through this blog.
We will be kicking things off tomorrow with a weeklong Summer Send Off event. We’re also accepting prompts and have some prompts ready for people to claim.
We hope you will all join us and have some thirsty fun with us!

Due to lack of participation for recent events, we decided against doing a birthday themed event for Chris this year.
However, as this blog is dedicated to Chris Evans and his characters, we couldn’t let this day go by without acknowledgement.

HBC Spring Fling Preview Day
Spring has finally sprung, and we’re celebrating with the HBC Spring Fling!
This is a week long event taking place next week, May 15 to May 21!
The prompts are inspired by spring love, fresh, new, exciting, and perhaps everlasting. Each day has a different prompt that you can use however you’d like. As with our other events, you can write a drabble, create a moodboard, etc. for every day or you can just pick and choose, it’s up to you! Just have fun!
Rules For Our Drabbles:
You do not need to reserve a prompt.
You do not need to tell us which prompt you’re writing.
You can write as many or as few as you’d like, and there is no word minimum or maximum.
You may write for one blog or all four blogs, your level of participation is entirely up to you! Just make sure to send links to the correct blog for the masterlist.
Smut/Fluff/Angst/any combo accepted, please adhere to HBC Guidelines.
To get on the masterlist, DM the link to your drabble(s) to the correct HBC for your chosen character - All Drabble links received in 24 hours will be added to the masterlist.

Wicked Wednesdays, while fun and spicy, haven’t been getting a lot of submissions as of late. As such, we’ll be scaling back this theme day to once a month, if that.
If you’re still feeling the itch to write, please contact us to see a list of submitted prompts that still need to be filled! We still have quite a bit to choose from, as well as a few photo prompts.
We are also brainstorming a few ideas for a Spring event in May, so keep an eye on the blog for that!

HBC Wicked Wednesday: April 13, 2022
Welcome to Wicked Wednesday! Each Wednesday, we will be posting three different types of prompts (3 quotes, 3 plots and 1 SFW but suggestive photo) to inspire you to create something for at least one of the 7 prompts.
You will have from when the prompts go live on Wednesday morning (roughly 5 am EST) until the next Tuesday to write a drabble, create a moodboard, etc.
