3 Easiest Way to Take ScreenShots on Windows 7/10/11 You Didn’t Know!!Hi, in this video I will share with you the 3 easiest way to take a screenshot on Windows. You can it can be any version Windows 7, 8, or 11. So let's get into the video. The first method is the easiest one. So you just need to press on the keyboard the Windows button and the print button at the same time. It will take a screenshot. To find a screenshot you need to first go to the This PC option. Then you need to go to the pictures folder. Then screenshot folder. Then you will find your screenshot def. So this is our first way. The second way is go to the search option type Snipping tool. S-N-I-P-P-I-N-G Snipping tool. So it will pop up. Here you can use some mode. The first mode is free from mode. Free from Snip. Second one is rectangular Snip. Third one is Windows Snip. The fourth one is full screen Snip. Let me show you one by one. The first one is free from Snip. So when you click on that you can take a free from. So what does it mean? It's you can take your personal preference portion of the screen. As you can see as I took this portion this take a screenshot. The Snipping tool has also the functionality to draw over your screenshot as you can see right here. Now let's go to the second mode which is rectangular. A rectangular option you can take any portion but in rectangular form as you can see. Similarly you can draw. So now let's go to the third mode. So the third mode is the Windows Sn ip. So it will take a Snip of the Windows. As you can see the full screen window screenshot and you can draw over it. And the fourth option which is similar to the third option full screen Snip. It will take the Snip of the full screen. This is our second way. The third and the most easiest way which is actually the shortcut of Snipping tool that is press Window button, Shift button and S. As you can see as we already discussed the fourth mode it's now visible but as in the shortcut option. So if you choose any option write a V file then you can draw any portion of the screen. And it's to go screenshot but where it's going to save. My suggestion is go to the Paint option. Okay PAINT then press Control V because the screenshot that you have taken will be saved on the clipboard. So it's the easiest way. So now you have the functionality of anything like you want to show something then you can do that. You can draw over the picture and then you can save as whatever the format you like like png, jpeg or any format that you want. So that's all for today's video.
