The Scooby-Doo inspired Mystery Machine was used to transport One Direction members to gigs.

Designed by supercar customiser Yianni Charalambous, the 2012 Volkswagen Crafter was custom-built for former One Direction stars Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik.

The duo forked out around £70,000 in 2013 to convert the touring van into a Mystery Machine, made famous in the iconic TV show Scooby-Doo.

The impressive motor also boasts an 55-inch Sony plasma TV, as well as an Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii. It even features vintage consoles, such as the Atari and Super Nintendo, so the band members didn't get bored on their way to the next concert.

One Direction fans will also be blown away by the two luxury passenger seats, which have the letters 'LT' and 'ZJM' stitched into the leather.

Surprisingly, it includes CCTV cameras, a PA system and water jets in case any fans get too close to the van.

The Mystery Machine will go under the hammer for £39,990, which is currently listed on AutoTraders.

Okay I have a theory. Far fetched one you may not agree. Curating a festival of this size with so much effort, attention to detail and not getting any any press, zero promo whatsoever is weird as fuck- to the extent that it suggests some kind of blacklisting/ play going on behind the scenes. We all think this.

Well how do you get ppl talking about it then?? How do you make noise about your festival? The only asset you have- your fanbase and the fandom pulse that you know so well.

Enter the wonderful Zouis movement. I dnt knw if Zayn was in this or not. But what Louis did today was fucking smart. It's trending all over. We were hyped about new song/ release but maybe it's best we get that after proper promo.

I’m puzzled but I think you’re on the right track. Major media have only written about Louis in the context of 1D. In the entire hour of Louis’ twitter reply spree, this was what Billboard wrote about:

Impeccable journalists that Billboard are (sarcastic), there was no mention of Louis’ tour or AFHF 2022, even though it was only two days away. They didn’t write about AFHF 2021 either.

So, as @cassandraatthegates put it:

Louis understands his fans in a way HSHQ never will. HSHQ can manipulate fans and gaslight them in every way, but it cannot grab our hearts the way Louis can, because Louis genuinely cares about what we love (he loves 1D too), and because he cares about us.

Louis knows what SJPR will or will not do for him, so he’s bypassed Simon Jones to generate his own publicity.

The new reel is very interesting too. It focuses on the “years of speculation,” but also states that the wait is worth it. We’ll see.

Zouis Drabble

After the recent events (Louis liking another Zayn post and the zouis talk here) I decided to write a little drabble because these boys are going to be the reason of my death.

Louis opens instagram to see yet another post from Zayn. A kinda mysterious one. His former bandmate was observing a huge console. Without even thinking it, his fingers landed automatically on the "like" button.

In the past months he had found himself missing Zayn a little too much. Not that he didn't miss him before, but he was still frustrated by the past and he couldn't bring himself to move on. Now, however, he feels ready to make the next step and repair their lost friendship.

He taps on Zayn's icon and goes to his DM's. He has no fucking idea what he is about to say, but at least he has to try, right?

Hi, he types.

It doesn't take long for Zayn to answer, as if he was waiting for that message to pop up. Hi.

Louis bites his lip and presses himself to continue. Do you have time to go for a coffee someday? Whenever you're back.

I'll be free next week.

Okay. We need to talk.

I think so too.

The week passes quickly and the day of their long-awaited reunion finally arrives. Louis feels like someone punched him on the stomach, an empty feeling, and as the day got closer and closer, he felt even more nervous.

"Hello." he greets him as soon as they meet outside of the coffee shop as discussed.

Zayn greets him back with a plain "Hi." and then proceeds to ask him: "How's tour going? Congrats on your album by the way."

"Thanks. Tour is amazing but that's not the reason I asked you to meet me and you know it."

"I do indeed. I just wanted to break the ice. We haven't talked in ages." Zayn emphasizes somewhat sad.

"I know. But here we are now. I can't do this anymore. I missed you. I'd love to be friends again. If you're fine with it of course."

"We may have parted ways long ago but you're still the same idiot as before. Do you really think I'm gonna refuse?"

A wide, relieved smile appears on Louis' face. "I don't know." he says, more relaxed this time. "You may still be angry with me."

"I thought you would be angry with me."

"Mate, I've been over whatever negative feeling I had about you for a long time now."

Zayn stays quiet for a second and then he turns to Louis again with a huge grin. "So, does this mean we're friends again?"

"Yes." Louis responds and then pulled Zayn into a tight hug. The hug he wanted to give him for years.

so like… one of the most important moments of that vid of zouis smoking a joint together (with their security in the car hahahha) is that louis had every intention to leak that shit. he filmed for so long (this wasn’t just a short vid of them doing something funny, it was unnecessarily long and pointed), him and zayn talked about the fans getting bored of the same old stuff and how they wanted to give us more than that, and then he held his camera to show the joint for like 10 seconds to make it really clear what they were doing, along with talking about pot nonstop hahahah

BUT one of the best bits about this vid is when zayn goes “i know you like dick” to louis and gestures with his hand and louis laughs and someone in the car goes “shut up” and it’s iconic and not talked about enough (2:49 of this vid x)
