Born to a zealous cult leader and notorious international arms dealer, Doe knew only to kill and fight since an early age and would face various forms of punishments if training was not done right under her father’s eye. She has grown to be the SAS’s most efficient soldier, despite her empowering emotions in the field. Though often rash and reckless, Doe’s impressive skills proved herself to be worthy of being a part of Task Force 141, joining Ghost and Soap in Las Almas for a new assignment… and hopes for allowing the mask to crack.

Does not remember much of her mother but remembers how warm and caring she was to her children. She knows that her mother would sing for them whenever their father abused them to calm them and Zoey swore she would grow up and protect her mother from her father.

The name Kilduff is of Irish or Scottish origin, an Anglicized form of Gaelic Mac Giolla Duibh ‘son of Giolla Dubh’ ‘the black-haired lad’ from dubh ‘dark black-haired’

Zoey has had four previous relationships in her younger days: two girlfriends, one boyfriend, and one partner. While she has kissed before, she has never actually gone all the way, and therefore is still technically a virgin. She qualifies in giving relationship advice and can pick up red flags in an individual. Despite having four failed relationships, she yearns for having a lifelong partner to give her the love she gives her partners

Ethically collects deer skulls for her art projects and paints them. Most of the paintings are of her fallen soldiers under her watch and makes them as a memorial in their honor

BACKSTORY

Born to a zealous cult leader and notorious international arms dealer, Zoey knew nothing more than hardships and crime. Her father only wanted a first born son to live up to his expectations and inherit his empire. Sadly for him, Zoey ended up being born first in a set of triplets, and hence forth swore to make her life a living hell for her. She had been set up for failure right from the start, living up to her father’s impossible expectations, enduring beatings and other punishments from him. Her mother would shield her three children from their father’s unpredictable wrath and fought with him, stood up to him and swore she would leave him and never let him see the triplets again.

At age 7, that was the last time Zoey would ever see her mother. No one would tell her or her siblings what happened to her or why she left without them, causing deep heartbreak in Zoey’s heart. However, that was also the same day she vowed to step up in her mother’s place and pick up where she left off. Her father’s cult only grew as did his underground arms dealership. His global connections allowed him to have his children be trained to be his own soldiers in his little cult army. Their teachers also set higher expectations on the triplets and some would take extreme measures to keep them in line, but Zoey would get the worst of it. Despite the cruel and unusual punishments, Zoey still tried to keep her siblings safe and did everything she could to make them smile.

She ended up proving to have above average intelligence than her father expected from her. Her specialties included espionage, sabotage, stealth, and hand-to-hand combat. At 14 after her and her siblings returned from a personal mission of her father’s in Ethiopia as child soldiers, the M16, SAS, FBI, and CIA had surrounded her father’s compound after they finally received a distress call coming from within. Her father suspected it was Zoey and so he used her as leverage to make any further threats, not wanting to be taken into custody. What none of them knew was that Rozric had planted bombs within the compounds’ walls in case he was to be arrested and captured.

As a last ditch effort, Rozric blew up the building and allowed it to collapse, hoping the rubble would kill everyone in the compound, Zoey and her siblings included. By some miracle, Zoey, Gavril, and Zayne were still alive and the two younger siblings were taken to safety, but medics and SAS soldiers had to get a huge concrete wall off of Zoey’s right arm. Unfortunately, they had to amputate her whole arm in order to get her out, and could not save her arm. CIA and M16 eventually found Rozric still alive and captured him, ending his criminal empire and forcing him into custody at the Broadmoore Hospital as he continues his ongoing trial for his crimes.

Once Zoey had recovered and was given a prosthetic arm, she and her siblings did their best to live a relatively normal life with their uncle, but Zoey was always getting into fights she wasn’t involved in and even bullied by the kids during secondary school. By 17, she recalled the day she was rescued by the SAS members and thought about joining the military as an escape from her troubled past, and possibly a way to give closure to her father’s criminal empire for good. She waited until her 18th birthday and both her and her siblings set out to join their respective branches.

Despite being an amputee prior to joining the Royal Army, Zoey’s skills and speed overpowered her disability and was given the name “Doe”. While her skills and abilities had her climb up to the top of the SAS, her behavior problems have gotten her into trouble plenty of times and threaten to be written up if she didn’t improve on them. It wasn’t until she was personally approached by Captain John Price himself that she was recruited into Task Force 141 and assigned a mission in Las Almas would Zoey allow herself to let loose and break the mask she kept up.

Hello.... If you don't mind me asking, who are your favorite romantic relationship's couples in books/ manga/ anime/movies/tv series (can be canon or non-canon)? Feel free if you want to write the reasons or not of why you love them...Thanks if you want to answer....

That is a very broad ask and I am very bad at lists so I will only speaks of ships that I think have some formative long lasting impact for me.

Lizzie and Gordo were my first live action ship.

My very first ship was from an anime, Their og names were Sana and Akito from Kodomo No Omocha. I knew it as Rossana (Italian name). This ships was my childhood!! When I was a baby that was basically the age of the actual characters. There are a few other anime with ships that got me, like Card Captor Sakura and Tokyo Mew Mew.

Buffy x Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer

There are a couple of misc Disney/Nick and Italian Shows ships that I loved but I wouldn't consider formative. Except for Logan and Quinn from s4 of Zoey 101. Unfortunatly the author that must no longer be named is in this as well. Originally Ron and Hermione then Draco and Harry later. There is also a few that I think are too obsocure like Wicked Sciene (Toby and Elisabeth) and Wildfire (Chris and Junior) or the Sleepover Club (Frankie and Mattew for s1 and Charlie and Jason for s2).

Veronica and Logan from Veronica Mars - They were everything to me, I remain devasted about the so called s4, I have not been able to watch this show again since I saw s4.

Set and Summer from the OC (don't judge too much I was a teenager)

There are obviously many many more. But these are the ones that I think made more of an impact. I used to be the kind of person that likes canon ships, and took me a while to understand non canon shipping and get on board with non-canon shipping. I was mostly over it by the time I got too tumblr. But it took a while longer, when I start to get into queer ships, that I started to see the appeal. I hesitated with queer ships at first because it didn't feel like I should be shipping that, since I thought I was straight at the time. So I was a late bloomer in terms of non-canon ships and queer ships.

Then of course there is the BL era (which I am still on) which honestly should be a list of it's own, there is way too many. But I have to shout out the very first BL ships I had, which are the ones that made me fall in love with the genre

Music of the Night ~ Jake 'Hangman' Seresin x Nyx Gray (OC). Part 1.

Summary - Nyx is the bass player in a band that plays at The Hard Deck every night, and every night she wishes she could just go over and talk to Jake without help of alcohol to get her to dance with him. Little does she know he's always had his eye on her ever since he first saw her play. Just when she thinks she had a break through and getting somewhere with Jake, he just has to go a ruin it. Maybe hearing her sing for the first time and seeing her conquer her stage fright might just nudge him in the right direction.

Hey guys! haven't wrote in a while but after rewatching 'Set It Up' for the 3840th time I seemed to have formed an attachment to Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell (tbh I've always loved Zoey) but after watching 'Everybody Wants Some!!" and then 'TopGun: Maverick' at Christmas i've just spiralled for Glen. So yeah, the other night while listening to music I just suddenly had this idea, might be a three parter depending on how much my brain comes up with. Enjoy!

What could be better than being a bass player in a rock band that plays for a vibing bar every night? and right on the beach with amazing views and not to forget being surrounded by extremely handsome Navy pilots. Well, actually been able to sing in public would have been a good start and maybe then Jake 'Hangman' Seresin would actually look her way once in a while. But alas her stage fright had yet to be conquered, she couldn't even sing in font of Peggy let alone the tall, hot blonde pilot. Not that he would have given a crap anyway, he'd probably be too preoccupied by his flavour of the night, let alone flavour of the month.

But she couldn't care less about any of that when she was on the stage playing her bass guitar, just feeling the music flowing through her veins, enjoying and getting lost in the grooviness of the instrument was enough for her at that moment. What she failed to see was that every night Jake could never take his eyes off of her, he was always mesmerised by her aesthetic. He loved how she moved and swayed while she played the bass like she was one with it. He'd never tell her this though, she was far too cool for him and he was totally convinced she had something going on with the drummer, Simon.

But when the nights got late, and more people crowded the dance floor she’d always manage to somehow make her way into Jake's arms. Both her and Jake always being more than tipsy and probably couldn't string a full sentence together in the moment. Her arms would be around his neck, his would always be lazily around her waist while they swayed, their foreheads would be connected and he would always softly mumble the words from the songs he knew blasting from the Jukebox. When the song would get more lively he'd swing her out and back into his chest again which made her drunkenly giggle and probably blush the deepest red, but she didn’t care she lived for these rare moments with him where he wasn’t surrounded by other girls and just seemed like his genuine self, or what she hoped he was.

But that was forever the extent of their interactions and other than the drunk dances she couldn’t actually recall a single, normal conversation they’d ever had. She'd overheard quite a few of his conversations with his fellow pilots, to say he sounded a little self centred and sarcastic would be a understatement, but he was pretty and she liked a challenge. It was only liquid courage that made her dance with him, but she prayed to god that just one day she would be able to converse with him during the light of day and when they were both sober.

When Nyx wasn’t up on stage jamming out she manned the bar for Peggy, which is how she’d first got her band a gig at The Hard Deck. But today of all days, what she hadn’t expected was for Jake to just randomly walk in while the bar was closed he was never here in the day time. She was just mopping the floor, getting it ready for customers when the bar opened in two hours when he had strolled on in and leaned against on one of the tables closest to her.

“So how come you only ever dance with me when it’s dark out and we’ve had a few too many?” She stopped what she was doing and looked up, not expecting him to be as close as he was and in full uniform, he had his arms crossed over his chest and she had to force herself to look back up at his eyes.

She had to give herself chance to breath before she spoke for if she did answer him straight away her voice would definitely have cracked. “Don’t know, you tell me fly boy.” She leaned on the mop now smiling at him, completely distracted from the work she was suppose to be doing knowing full well Peggy would be pissed at her because the floor wont be dry in time. But she'd be damned if she was going to let this opportunity pass her by.

A brilliant, wide smile graced his face and all she could think about was how adorable the man in front of her was. “Fly boy huh? That's cute, you must really like me if you're already giving me a nickname." He teased. "And I mean I’m not complaining, dancing with you is my favourite part of the night.” He pointed out.

"Who ever has been telling you I like you, their lying." She bowed a little to him, tilting her head. “And you're very welcome.” They both laughed, never breaking eye contact with each other. “But I’m sure you’ve had many better dances with other girls.”

He just shook his head, his expression had turned serious for a second that it made her smile drop slightly. "Never, You're my favourite girl." “Hey Hangman! You coming or what?” Both of their heads shot to the door where Bradley stood unexpectedly, with a small wave directed to Nyx to show he acknowledged her presence in the room too.

Typical! The first time they actually got to have a real conversation and he’s dragged away before anything interesting could happen, not that anything would. He did however turn back and gave her a sympathetic and what almost looked like a disappointed look as he began to walk to the door. Just before reaching it he turned back once more. “You’re still going to save me a dance tonight right?”

“Oh.” She smiled. “Always.” With one more sweet smile he was gone.

Before she could even process what the hell just happened Peggy walked into the bar they just stood there stared at each other, Nyx like a deer in headlights. Then realisation hit, the floor wasn’t even half mopped yet. “Was that Jake I just saw leaving? Is that the reason why only one square of my floor is mopped?”

“I don’t know what you’re trying to hint at, but whatever it is. No, no it's not.” Nxy began to mop the floor again keeping her eyes downcast in order to avoid more questions from her ever persistent boss.

Peggy just laughed, letting Nyx know that she was busted and had been for sometime. But not to pry Peggy got on with her own jobs in order to get the bar ready for open and let Nxy stew in her new interaction with a certain hot blonde pilot.
