Hmmm… I think it could be a really interesting ship.

Zelda and Revali both had to work really hard for their powers which they could likely bond over. They’re so very similar in lots of other ways, too. They both spend a lot of time and energy training, for example, and they both dislike Link (at the beginning in Zelda’s case), thinking his lack of communication is a slight against them and not just, you know, selective mutism.

I think the main difference between them is that Zelda has had all this pressure put on her by others since she was little, and she hasn’t been able to live up to it despite her best efforts. Whereas Revali has had to prove himself and puts such pressure on *himself* and *does* live up to it. She was born with the eyes on her that Revali has worked so hard to get, and she hates them.

I would love to see a one-on-one conversation between the two of them, where they talk about how they’re each dealing with the immensely high expectations forced upon them when they’re so young. Buuuut I think Revali wouldn’t be willing to show the vulnerability that comes with talking about your struggles. If he did though, that would be super neat to see and I’d love to read a fic/comic/essay/etc. about it.

Overall, I don’t ship it with what few Zelvali interactions we have now, but I think it’s a really interesting dynamic that could be explored. I can definitely see where someone would like it.

For that reason alone, Revali would be honor-bound to give the Hero all the help he could offer.

But Vah Medoh chose Revali to be her pilot, joining his fate forever with that of the Hero...

And with that of the Princess.

People have keep telling me hate all the time about age gaps ships. Tell me what is wrong with Legalizing female characters to be with A character man older than them? From what I remember is what we play is our own Game experience through our own life.

I made Selene LEGAL AGE idiots. And all the pokemon girls I draw are LEGAL with their man! Obviously there is nothing wrong with aging up a girl character.

Obviously if a person is going out in the pokemon world they have to be mature somehow to start their journey, just as people leave home at 18.
