ممبئی(جی سی این رپورٹ) بالی ووڈ کی اداکارہ زرین خان کا کہنا کہ بہت خواہش ہے کہ پاکستان کے شمالی علاقے کی وادی سوات میں جاؤں، جہاں سے میرے نانا کا تعلق ہے۔غیر ملکی خبر رساں ادارے کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے ان کا کہنا تھا کہ میرے نانا سوات سے ہیں اور وہ آزادی سے پہلے ہی بھارت آ گئے تھے۔ وہ مجھے سوات علاقے کے بارے میں بتاتے رہتے تھے۔ میں نے ان کی پرانی تصاویر دیکھیں تو معلوم ہوا کہ وہ بہت خوبصورت جگہ ہے لیکن ابھی حالات ایسے نہیں کہ میں وہاں جا سکوں۔
زرین خان کا کہنا ہے کہ ان کی دعا ہے کہ پاک بھارت رشتے ٹھیک ہو جائیں اور وہ اپنے نانا کے علاقے سوات کا دورہ کر سکیں۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ اپنی مادری زبان کو زندہ رکھنا اگرچہ ضروری ہے لیکن وہ پشتو کہ چند الفاظ ہی بول پاتی ہیں۔ جب میری نانی زندہ تھی تو گھر میں کافی پشتو بولی جاتی تھی۔ امی، خالائیں اور نانا نانی آپس میں پشتو میں بات کرتے تھے لیکن میں نے پشتو نہیں سیکھی
زرین خان نے انٹرویو کے دوران کہا کہ میں پاکستان میں اپنے پشتون مداحوں سے کہوں گی“پخیر راغلے“۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ کورونا وائرس کی وجہ سے نافذ لاک ڈاؤن کے دوران نے انہوں نے ایسے سارے کام کیے جو انہوں نے پہلے کبھی نہیں کیے تھے۔ میں نے اس دوران کھانا پکانے سے لے کر گھر کی صفائی تک سارے کام کیے۔ اور معلوم ہوا کہ یہ سب کرنا کتنا مشکل ہے
زرین خان نے بتایا کہ انہیں فلموں میں کام کرنے کا شوق بالکل نہیں تھا اور انہوں نے کبھی سوچا بھی نہیں تھا کہ وہ فلم انڈسڑی کا حصہ بنیں گی لیکن شاید قسمت کو کچھ اور ہی منظور تھا۔ اس کے لیے ہمیشہ سلمان خان کی شکر گزار رہوں گی کہ ان کی وجہ سے میں فلم انڈسٹری میں آئی۔ میں ایک فین کی طرح ملی تھی۔ اور اسی دن مجھے اچانک پتہ چلا کہ وہ مجھے اپنی فلم ویر کے لیے کاسٹ کرنا چاہتے ہیں انہوں نے کافی لڑکیوں کو اس فلم کے لیے آڈیشن کیا تھا لیکن کوئی بھی انہیں پسند نہیں آیا تھا۔ لہٰذا وہ فلم مجھے مل گئی۔
واضح رہے کہ ابتدا میں زرین خان کو قطرینہ کیف کا ہم شکل کہا گیا۔ بالی ووڈ میں اپنے دس سالہ فلمی کیریئر میں اگرچہ زرین خان نے چند ہی فلمیں کی ہیں، لیکن ان فلموں کے ذریعے وہ اپنی چھاپ چھوڑنے میں کامیاب رہی ہیں اور متعدد ایوارڈ بھی حاصل کر چکی ہیں۔
ان کی مقبول ترین فلموں میں ہیٹ سٹوری تھری ، ریڈی، ہاؤس فل 2 اور جٹ جیمز بانڈ شامل ہیں۔ ان کی آنے والی فلموں میں “ہم بھی اکیلے تم بھی اکیلے“ شامل ہے۔۔ اس فلم میں انہوں نے ایک ہم جنس پرست لڑکی کا کردار نبھایا ہے۔

Zarine Khan has been quite active on the social media and she often posts stunning pictures of her. It is certainly a treat for her fans. However, social media comes with certain advantages as well as disadvantages. Recently, she has been trolled and also body shamed online. On several occasion, Zareen has reacted strongly to these comments of negative people as they fills her profile with unnecessary comments. Some days back, Zareen has posted some of her beautiful pictures with the backdrop of Udaipur.
Following to the post with the pictures, people have started to comment on her stretch marks. On the occasion, Zareen writes “For people who are very curious to know about what’s wrong with my stomach, this is the natural stomach of a person, who has lost 15 kgs of weight, this is how it looks when it is not photoshopped or surgically corrected.”
Later on, she has added “I’ve always been someone who believes in being real and embraced my imperfections with pride rather than covering it up.”

On being asked about work regime, Zareen has said earlier “Every morning, I do Pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin. I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate. Sweets and fried food are strict no!”
In addition, she has said “Pilates is very challenging and that is what I like about it. It’s fun and hardly feels like exercise. I’ve recently started yoga with Twinkle Singh and she has completely changed my body. It has toned me up and stretched my muscles. There is a definite transformation. Since there is no equipment used, it is something I can do even in my hotel room when I am travelling so I can stay committed.”

जरीन खान उन बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेसेस में से एक हैं जो ट्रोलर्स को करारा जवाब देती हैं। जरीन सोशल मीडिया पर काफी एक्टिव रहती हैं और वह हर थोड़े दिन में कोई न कोई पोस्ट कर सुर्खियों में आ जाती हैं। हाल ही में जरीन ने दो तस्वीरें शेयर की थी जिनमें से एक तस्वीर में उनके पेट पर स्ट्रेच मार्क नजर आ रहे थे। इस वजह से जरीन को ट्रोल किया गया। लेकिन जरीन ने इन ट्रोलर्स को करारा जवाब देकर उनका मुंह बंद कर दिया।
जरीन ने ट्रोलर्स के कमैंट्स के स्क्रीन शॉट्स अपनी इंस्टा स्टोरी पर शेयर किए हैं, जिसमें लोगों ने उनके पेट का मजाक उड़ाया था। किसी ने लिखा- 'पेट देखकर उल्टी हो जाएगी।' तो किसी ने लिखा- 'पेट की झुर्रिया दिख रही हैं।' हालांकि, कुछ लोगों ने यह भी लिखा कि, 'वजन कम करने के बाद अक्सर बॉडी के साथ ऐसा होता है।'
जरीन ने इन स्क्रीनशॉट की तस्वीरों को शेयर कर एक नोट लिखा कि- 'जिन लोगों को यह जानने की उत्सुकता थी कि आखिर मेरे पेट को क्या हुआ है, ये उनके लिए है। यह एक ऐसे इंसान का पेट है जिसने 50 किलो से ज्यादा वजन घटाया है। बगैर किसी फोटोशॉप या सर्जरी के यह ऐसा दिखता है। मैं एक ऐसी इंसान हूं जो वास्तविकता के साथ जीने में यकीन रखती हूं। इसे ढंकने के बजाय गर्व के साथ मैंने अपनी खामियों को गले लगाया है।'
