If you have a blended family and don't have a comprehensive plan in place, you may not realize it, but you're certainly guaranteeing hurt feelings and conflict to your family, and even worse, draw out a terribly long court battle in the event of your incapacity or death.
What will happen to your assets when you die?
Will it be distributed equally to your loved ones, or will it go to the person you don't want to have it?
What about your minor kids or children from a previous marriage?
Or other people you consider "kin" who are not regarded as legal relatives in the eyes of the law?
The bottom line is, if you have a blended family, you certainly need an estate plan, and here's how you can start. https://bit.ly/yourblendedfamily

Gotta allocate yourself a good 5 minutes then you can carry on with your day! Also this can apply to "5 minutes after you've just ate" (because being hangry is totally a thing) or "kids after getting what they want."

Like all good things, summer (and all its barbecues and beach days) must come to an end. Going back to school is all early alarm clocks, homework and routine and I feel like the summer past in a blink of an eye.
We've sorted out the new school shoes - bought from clarks of course, bags and uniforms all good to go.
Had to get the classic back to school photos of course - and yes I had to join in 😂

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 🌈
Ever wonder why June is pride month? This history lessons starts with the Stonewall Riots.
The story unfolds in the late 1960s, a time when LGBTQ+ individuals faced rampant discrimination and social stigma. In the midst of these challenging circumstances, a sanctuary emerged—a place called the Stonewall Inn in New York City’s Greenwich Village. This bar became a refuge for queer individuals, offering a sense of belonging in a world that often denied them their true selves.
In the early hours of June 28, 1969, a monumental event unfolded. Fueled by a shared desire for liberation and justice, the patrons of the Stonewall Inn fought back against a police raid, refusing to be silenced any longer. The ensuing days of protest, known as the Stonewall Riots, marked a turning point in the LGBTQ+ rights movement.
Pride Rises from the Ashes: In the wake of the Stonewall Riots, LGBTQ+ communities across the United States felt a renewed sense of resilience and determination. The following year, on the anniversary of the riots, the first Pride parades were organized in various cities.
These parades served as a poignant reminder of the power of unity and a testament to the unwavering spirit of the LGBTQ+ community.
In 1978, the iconic rainbow flag, designed by artist Gilbert Baker, unfurled its vibrant hues at the San Francisco Pride parade.
This flag became a universal symbol of Pride, representing the beautiful diversity within the LGBTQ+ community and the compassion that binds us all together.
The beautiful thing about the LGBTQ+ community is its rich diversity. It’s important to keep in mind that not everyone within the LGBTQ+ community will identify with all the terms we commonly associate with it.
Each person’s journey is different, and we should respect and honor their self-identified pronouns and identities.
Create inclusive space where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected for who they truly are. Let’s celebrate the uniqueness of each individual and use the terms they prefer, spreading pride month memes, love, compassion and understanding along the way.

𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝗴𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽! 🐷🎈
Winnie was kindly gifted her own Cruise Ship as part of a Come Round #PeppaPigParty so she had some friends over and they did some colouring, playing with balloons and also enjoyed playing with the Peppa Pig figurines!
This 17 piece toy boat set brings lots of fun play for children - featuring 3 levels filled with features, such as, 13 accessory pieces, and 3 figures inspired by beloved Peppa Pig characters. Kids can bring their imagination to life! They can create a play space with a ball pit and slide, then use the child- powered lift to reach the sleeping quarters and unfold the cozy bunk beds and more.
When playtime concludes, the ship conveniently folds up, storing all the pieces inside. These Peppa Pig toys make fantastic presents for kids aged 3 and up.

𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗲
A trifle consists of both soft and crunchy layers put on top of each other in a glass or ceramic cup for serving. For this recipe you can switch things up for dietry requirements/preferences. The traditional English food trifle is a layered which contains custard, sponge fingers, sherry soaked cake, fruit, jam and whipped cream.
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
• 50g (2 oz) chocolate flavour Angel Delight
• 300ml (1/2 pt) semi-skimmed milk
• 200g (7 oz) brownies (you can make the brownies yourself or shop buy)
• 400g (2/3 pt) double cream
• 100g (4 oz) chocolate
𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙
1) In a bowl, prepare the Angel Delight pudding according to package instructions using the milk.
2) Whip the cream in another bowl until soft peaks form.
3) Crush the chocolate into small pieces and place in another bowl.
4) Crumble the brownies into a large bowl.
5) You are now ready to assemble the trifle. Ideally, you should use portion sized jars or containers.
6) Start layering the pudding by placing the brownies in the base, followed by a layer of chocolate pudding, and cream.
7) Repeat the process by adding as many layers as you can and top with chocolate when the container is full.
Just to note - Angel Delight is a well known brand for chocolate pudding but shops stock their own no name brand as well!
If you don’t have time to prepare your own brownies, you can also consider using cookies, sponge fingers, waffles, wafers etc. Whether it be chocolate or golden vanilla cookies, they’ll both taste great!
𝙎𝙪𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩:
• Mascarpone – this would almost make your dish tiramisu-like. Just need a bit of coffee
• Cream Cheese – your dish would be like a cheesecake in a cup. Simply delicious!
• Crème Fraiche – with acidity, it will cut through the richness of the chocolate. Great with fruit
•Vanilla, caramel or chocolate pudding – just reuse the pudding if you are fan of the Angel Delight
• Fruit coulis – can use these to make your dish lighter, less intense on the calorie count.
• Caramel – rich, intense flavour that will add an extra something
