Gonna start by saying that the timeline of everything past Reddie is iffy because I don’t remember exactly when I got into what, but I am vaguely aware of when I was hyperfixated on specific ships, cuz a lot of them I’ve had for a long long long long time.

Most Recent: Harringrove - Steve Harrington and Billy Hargrove from Stranger Things

How Did I Get Into It? I was looking at @mxgicdave’s reddie fanart and found his harringrove stuff and was immediately like ‘Oh NO.’ Then I finally finally watched ST 2 and was like ‘Oh FUCK.’ Then I skimmed most of ST 3 for the bits I wanted because I am what? A sinner.

Next: Reddie - Richie Tozier and Eddie Kaspbrak from IT

How Did I Get Into It? So I shipped it when I first saw the miniseries, but then the new movies came out and I was like OH YEAH.

Next: Stucky - Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes (OTP in and out of fixation)

How Did I Get Into It? Again, I had been into it before (cuz like,,, I have eyes and ears and watched the first 2 CA movies), but then I saw Endgame and spite fuelled me into a hyperfixation and rage. Like,, y’all,, Stucky is… It’s… Regardless of ur shipping feelings those two are meant to be near each other forever KAY

How Did I Get Into It? Homoerotic subtext and Colin Morgan’s cheekbones. I love goofball who could kill you and asshole boy who just needs love (and to be taken down a peg or two) as a dynamic, so. How Did I Get Into It? I think I saw some clips on youtube of Mickey and uhhhhh the rest is history. Angry closeted boy with internalized homophobia who loves to tease the guy he likes because he doesn’t know how to handle his feelings? SOLD.

Next: Sterek - Stiles Stilinski and Derek Hale

How Did I Get Into It? I saw so many gifs on tumblr of the two, so many things talking about them, that I finally watched the show. And then Dylan O’Brien was so fucking GOOD and I was like, YEP. Once again, goofball and frowny boy. I have a type goddamn it. Mostly at least.

How Did I Get Into It? Someone introduced me to SPN and I lied and said I had seen it and they started talking to me about ships and stuff so I had to quickly figure out some basics to lie about. Then I actually watched it and the rest is history. Castiel being Castiel was my downfall.

I still love all my ships (I mean, I recently retweeted SasuNaru stuff so like….), but I often have a few that really stick with me, and Harringrove is gonna be one of them. I’m 100% sure.
