i sadly had a yandere sim phase in middle school so ive been doing a rewrite/redesign of yandere sim out of spite and i know i can do better than yandere dev so here's my redesign/rewrite of the protagonist and love interest! (please note this is just kinda a beginning thing so things are subject to change or if I get feedback about developing characters i will change up some things!)

i was inspired but youtubers doing redesigns of characters but mostly callimara! she doesnt do yandere redesigns anymore so please dont ask her to do more redesigns! she does other works I highly recommend watching and supporting!

i do take requests for 1980′s mode! and i haven’t done a steamy one in a while so let’s do one 👀 cw: allusions to homophobia

Joze finished a patrol lap around the grounds of Akademi and looked up at the clock. His eyes widened; was it that late already? “Eita! I have to go to aula!” He quickly made his way inside; at least his classroom was on the ground level of the school. As he walked by, dawdling female students giggled and sighed and fawned over him. He was extremely admired among the first-year girls, but none of them dared approach him. Firstly, because he was clearly way out of their league and therefore belonged to everyone. Secondly, because there seemed to be one person he belonged to the most, and that person was ready to intercept Joze before he got to class.

“Joze!” Ken called out. “Walk with me a moment.”

Joze stopped, but anxiously glanced towards his classroom. “But class is beginning...”

“Don’t worry about it,” Ken stated dismissively. “Your teacher will understand that you’ve got important student council biz’ to deal with. It’s not a big deal.”

Joze cast one last look towards his classroom before giving in. “Okay, lead the way.” Ken smiled and gestured for Joze to follow him up the stairs. Now the girls of Akademi didn’t know who to watch between the two of them - they all had their biases among the dreamy student council, but when two of them were right in front of you, how could you stop your loyalties from shifting a bit, even if just for a moment?

By the time they reached their destination, the bell had rung for class, and the hallways quickly emptied. Joze raised an eyebrow. “Why are we here?”

Ken turned to look at Joze in confusion, as if going to the mostly-unused calligraphy room was the most natural thing in the world. “Why not?”

“It is President Tanaami’s dever to check this room, no?”

“Well, yeah, but that’s not why I brought you here.” Ken noticed that Joze was only more deeply confused by his words and shook his head. “My friend, you are very slow to catch on.”

Joze finally connected the dots. “Oh... oh, meu Deus! B-But, you said this was student council atividade...”

“I said that your teacher would make that assumption, never said it would be true. You in or not?”

Joze looked at Ken’s easygoing smile, his fluffy hair, his kind eyes, and felt a blush creep up his neck. “S-Sim...”

Ken smiled. “I think that might be my favorite Portuguese word.” 

Joze followed Ken into the room, closing the door behind him. “Ken, it is very risky to do this here and now...”

“I agree; it’s so risque!”

“Não, não! Risky! Not safe! We will be seen or heard!”

“That’s why we’re here; there’s an extra wall. We have time to figure something out if we hear footsteps, but we won’t because no one walks around the halls during classtime.” Once the two of them disappeared behind said wall, Ken changed his attitude and stepped close to Joze. “You know, I really missed you, but maybe you didn’t feel the same way...”

“Isso não é verdade!” Joze insisted, taking Ken’s hands in his. “Every day, I am always looking at you, and when you are not around, your face is the only one I can see, meu querido. If I could, I would shout our love from the rooftops!”

Ken smiled. “So would I. But you’re only here for a year - you should have good memories of Japan. Not memories of getting expelled.”

“Que merda... the world is so unforgiving.” 

“I don’t think so. I got to meet you, after all.” Ken drew Joze close in an embrace, brushing his knuckles against his cheek. Joze shivered at his touch, but smiled as if he’d sampled ambrosia. In the past, this was when they’d hesitate the most, but now they’d gotten used to the butterflies in their stomachs. They’d learned how to drown out the ever-present voices of their peers and how disappointed they might be at the news of this affair, instead losing themselves in each other. 

They did so now; Joze stretched upwards to meet Ken’s lips, capturing them as if searching for water in a desert. Ken kissed him back, keeping one arm wrapped tightly around his waist while pressing his free hand against Joze’s head. If Ken held fast, if their bodies simply melted together, maybe they wouldn’t have to separate again. Joze wrapped his arms around Ken’s neck to pull him down and relished the feeling of Ken’s bangs tickling his forehead. He’d never seen such beautiful hair in his home country, and now he twirled it between his fingers, treasuring it as if it were a bolt of fine silk. Ken’s knees shivered at Joze’s touch; it normally took more coaxing to get the younger man to relax, so his forwardness made Ken more nervous than he might normally be.

The two of them crumpled to the floor, holding onto the other as if they might otherwise be wrenched away. They laid together on their sides, their lips meeting over and over, their clothes already disheveled. Ken wrapped his leg around Joze’s to draw him closer, but then his knee accidentally touched Ken in a more intimate place than he’d meant. Ken flinched, causing Joze to draw away. “D-Desculpe!” Joze exclaimed. “I did not mean-”

“N-No, it’s okay,” Ken insisted. “I know we can’t... go there, but I don’t want to stop. Not yet.”

That was their weakness; the line they couldn’t cross. Their trysts, though true, could never give them the opportunity to taste the seeds of the pomegranate. Even so, they couldn’t stop sailing down the river Styx for their chance at the Elysian fields. So Joze pulled his leg back, but kissed his lover once more. No marks, no tears, nothing that would be left behind. Everything would have to be contained within these few moments.

Twenty minutes passed before Ken pulled away again. “We... we really will be in trouble if we don’t get to class soon.”

Joze sighed and stood up, trying to fix his curls while Ken straightened his uniform. Joze became distracted while watching him, and would have dove upon him once again if his sense of responsibility did not pull him away. “Meu querido, there must be some way we can make this work.”

“I’m... still working on that,” Ken said. “I could invite you over, but it would have to be a time when the house is empty. And we’d have to have enough time to clean everything up...”

“No, Ken. When I go back to Brazill, come with me.”

“What?”

“It will be different there. We will not have to hide. I know my family will accept us.”

“If mine doesn’t disown me...”

“What is family without unconditional love? We could be your family.”

Ken frowned. It would be hard to leave everything behind. But wasn’t Joze worth it? Mightn’t things really be better? 

“... What if I just... stayed for a year as an exchange student? To start with. And then, maybe...”

Joze smiled. “If that is what you need, then that is okay.” Joze gently took hold of his hand. That was all it took to make Ken feel safe.

“I’ll... think about it.”

Hi, I'm a very canon divergent Ayano Aishi. I was agender and pansexual. It was... difficult sometimes. My mother did not accept me being lgbt+ in the slightest. But obviously she was awful in other ways so it wasn't much of a surprise. My dad kind of accepted me, but we weren't very close. He was distant most of the time and I can't really blame him after everything he went through.

The good thing is most people I knew in my canon were accepting or at least not hateful. A surprising amount of students at my school were lgbt+ themselves. Taeko (my girlfriend) and I would get glared at sometimes when we went on dates and such, but I didn't mind too much. It was also nice having other lgbt+ friends from school.

In Love With A Different Yamada - Ayano Aishi x Female!Reader Headcanons

🔪 Let's start with a little bit of backstory here, shall we?

🔪 You and Ayano met during club activities. For some reason, the black-haired girl was taking longer than usual to back up her things and head home.

🔪 But once she was done she headed to her locker immediately, not noticing the pencil that had just fallen out of her bag.

🔪 And that was your queue. You were heading right to your club with your twin brother Taro who was walking you there like he does every day. And on the way there you've managed to notice the pencil that fell out of Ayano's bag.

🔪 You then proceeded to snatch the pencil from the floor and jog towards Ayano who was already in front of her locker. Obviously, Taro was right behind you, slightly confused about the situation.

🔪 "Hey! Sorry to bother you, but I think you dropped this."

🔪 And ever since you've handed back Ayano that pencil, your fate was sealed. Just by looking at you and brushing her fingers against yours made her feel......different. That was the first time Ayano has ever felt something. A strong desire. A longing. A yearning. A craving. It was at that moment that Ayano finally understood what it means to be human. To be alive. Instantly becoming addicted to the way you made her feel, causing your life to take a whole turn upside down in a frightful way.

🔪 The first thing that happened was the mysterious death of your childhood friend, Osana. Yes, she wasn't the nicest person to ever exist and you did find her annoying at times, but she was still your friend. So when you found out about her death it hit you hard, especially your brother.

🔪 But after some time you'd eventually snap out of your depression for the sake of your twin brother. Taro was always more tolerant of Osana's tsundere behaviour and much closer to her than you were, the male would always be the voice of reason and the tie-breaker whenever you two fought together. He was essentially the glue to your friendship. So you'd obviously become more attentive towards him, which made you finally come back to your senses and notice the very disturbing things that were happening around you two.

🔪 You finally begin to notice Ayano from the corner of your eye always following you and Taro home. You didn't think much of it at first, thinking that she always walked home this route, you just never noticed.

🔪 But you quickly changed your mind when you started to notice Ayano everywhere. Following you and Taro to class, to the fountain, to clubs and even when the two of you were with other people(ahem, the rivals).

🔪 You'd want to talk to her about it or solve the issue with the teachers, but you'll be way too creeped out by Ayano's behaviour to do so. Plus, without any evidence, the teachers would most likely not believe you.

🔪 After a few days of this you would eventually tell everything to your friends(rivals) and Taro, wanting to finally get this stress out of your system to the people you trust the most. Most of them would dismiss your suspicions, telling you that it's all probably just a coincidence. Including your twin brother, Taro.

🔪 You'll honestly feel kind of offended by both parties ignoring your worries, but that didn't stop you from thinking about it. And after some thought, you would come to a conclusion that Ayano is after Taro. You wouldn't even think if the girl's intentions towards your brother are ill or harmless at all. Your protectiveness over your sibling would automatically kick in.

🔪 That's when we cut to the present time. Just what are Ayano's thoughts and views about the situation exactly? For starters, ever since you gave back her pencil, she declared you her one and only true meaning in life, instantly becoming addicted to your whole entire being.

🔪 That pencil is her now most prized possession, viewing it as the thing that started it all. It would be the main object to be sitting inside her shrine with your picture just above it.

🔪 Even if you are a grade above her like your brother, that would not stop her one bit.

🔪 After getting rid of Osana, you'd be feeling so devastated by it that you wouldn't even notice Ayano obsessing over you every day of the week. You wouldn't even take note of the fact that she's even there, way too occupied with the depressing thoughts in your head.

🔪 That was admittedly the stage where Ayano got away with most things she wouldn't be able to get out of now. With your lack of self-awareness at the time, Ayano would be more daring about her obsession with you. That would be the period where she'd break into your house and steal from you the most cause you never even noticed anything wrong during that time.

🔪 Her collection would include: multiple pictures of you buried deep inside her closet for her eyes only to see, cans and bags of various brands from the vending machine you'd always spend your money on whenever you got thirsty or craved a snack, your clothes that she managed to steal whenever nobody was looking in the locker room and from your house when you were away that she always wore in private when she missed you.

🔪 And the best part is, you were so convinced that the yandere was after your twin brother and not you, that you never noticed her strange behaviour towards you. You'd always make up an excuse for your clothes disappearing, your mind never once linking that it could all be Ayano's doing.

🔪 Ayano would follow you just about anywhere she can, whenever she can. Her main go-to place is obviously the school, it's easy and less suspicious. Her other preferred place to stalk you would be the place you are happiest at, whether it's your house, some sort of store or the park, she'll be there just to learn more about you, feel closer to you and most importantly, see you smile.

🔪 Ayano is a stealthy and a careful yandere. So when she caught on that you knew she was there always looking at you, she took her time to rethink her strategy. She absolutely adored the fact you would notice her, thriving off it. But she couldn't ignore the fact that that was also a problem.

🔪 Ayano isn't stupid, even though she craved your attention she knew that this was a bad sign. You knowing about her doing such behaviour would surely ruin the good reputation she worked hard for just for you.

🔪 Ayano could absolutely care less about the other people around her, she merely views them as either obstacles she has to get over or just simple pawns that will draw her closer to her goal.

🔪 It also doesn't help the fact that you're barely alone now. After she caught on that you knew about her, you would not leave your friends and especially your brother alone.

🔪 These mere things she previously could just jump over suddenly became huge obstacles in her way now. Whether they do or don't believe you about what you said about Ayano is true, they're still a huge threat.

🔪 They wouldn't even need to have a good reason to hang out with you more often than they did before. Excusing it as just them helping you keep your brother safe, but both Ayano and the rivals knew that it all just talk.

🔪 They would speak to you more, touch you more, walk with you more, eat with you more and spend time with you more. Whether you begin to grow feelings for one of them or not, Ayano would not let hesitate and would soon start eliminating the competition.

🔪The only person Ayano would kind of tolerate would be Taro. Seeing as he's your family, the last thing she'd want to do is kill him. At most, if he becomes too much of an obstacle for her, like you two just being closer than usual, Ayano would simply get Taro expelled.

🔪 But Ayano would try her hardest to avoid that outcome. There are other elimination methods she'll try first before resorting to expelling the poor guy.

🔪 She'd try befriending Taro. If his opinion about Ayano remained the same even after your confession about the yandere, it would be the fastest and probably the easiest option if she played her cards right to get to you right after.

🔪 Another would be matchmaking. It would force you to spend less time with your brother and instead give her an open window to redeem herself in your eyes.

🔪 The last thing Ayano wants is to lose you in any way. There is nothing she won't do for you. She won't let anyone come between you two. She doesn't care what she has to do. She doesn't care who she has to hurt. She doesn't care whose blood she has to spill. She won't let anyone take you away from her. She won't let you escape her. You belong to her alone. Nothing else matters. No one else matters. You will be her's. You don't have a choice.
