Pietro is a very. . . impatient individiual.

It's expected with someone like him. He's incredibly fast on his feet, which means his mind and the rest of his body have to keep up too.

When Pietro meets you, he'll end up falling pretty quick. He speedruns his way through this, finding himself in this unhealthy attachment to you.

And he'll stop at nothing to get you to fall for him too.

When he's in front of you, he's nonstop flirting with you. Throwing stupid pickup lines at you, touching you in some way or another, and showing off constantly.

He's also (sadly) the type to flirt with others in an attempt to make you jealous. But if you look close enough, a lot of them will have a feature of yours. Your eyes, your smile, your haircut/color. Even when flirting with others, he still likes to imagine you.

Also a stalker, full stop. He has planted a tracker on your stuff, so he always knows where you are, and he's not too worried about distance.

If Pietro feels the need to see you right then and there and you're all the way on the other side of the city, he can just speed over in two seconds flat.

And he will also go through your stuff. While he likes to be able to take his time about it, he can be in and out if necessary. Even if it's just to lay in your bed for a minute, or to grab some piece of clothing you recently wore.

As I said, Pietro's impatient. If he believes you're taking too long to fall for him, he'll get desperate.

At first, that'll just mean he gets more in-your-face about his affections. More flirting, more showing off. If you're the type to not like that sort of thing or not take him seriously because of it, he'll go about it in a different, more serious way.

I don't think Pietro would be the type to kidnap you right away if things don't go his way. He'll just try harder to win your affection.

Eventually, though, if you really start showing signs of not liking him and are actively avoiding him, Pietro will end up asking Wanda to help him find a place to keep you.

He figures that he can then show you that he truly does love you. Just in a place where you can't run away. It's not like he wouldn't be able to catch you anyway. He actually quite likes the chase.

It was honestly a giant cringe-fest, but this one scene never left my mind for long so I decided to recycle it into something my current messed-up self will enjoy. Falling asleep had become a chore for you. Every time you closed your eyes you saw death. Either the death of Pietro back in Sokovia, the death of Vision and of so many other Avengers. Rrecently the death of the only person you had ever truly loved had joined the list. Wanda was gone and a part of you knew that it was better this way, that everything she had done to Stephen, to the people of the other universe, after what she had tried to do to America, you were well aware that she hadn’t been the woman you’d secretly been in love with for years now anymore. But that part was frighteningly tiny. Most of you still felt agonizing grief. You had decided to stay with Stephen and America, after all, they were the only ones who had been with you when you had seen that other universe. The only one on your trip that you had been sad to leave behind. A universe where you and Wanda had been happy together. In love. Married.

A universe that you had wished for for many years. One that Wanda destroyed in her attempt to get to America. You had seen with your own eyes how she had taken ahold of that Universes Wanda and ripped the heart right out of your universe-equivalent chest when she tried to talk some sense into who she thought to be her wive. That was probably the death that hunted you the most. Not because you had seen yourself die, but because you had realized then and there that this woman wasn’t Wanda anymore, that this woman was the Scarlet Witch and that she seemingly had no emotions left for the friendship you had once shared. America had known immediately what you were thinking because she took your hand and shook her head as if to tell you that it Wanda anymore, that it wasn’t Wanda who was trying to - who actually kind of had killed you. That doesn’t help with the sleeping issue though. Lately, you had resorted to letting Wong put a light sleeping spell on you that would keep you from experiencing any dream-like state and basically made you just fall asleep and immediately wake up about six hours later. Which is why you were especially confused when you woke up in a sunflower field. You immediately knew that you must be dreaming because this wasn’t just some random sunflower field, as you looked around you could see the little cabin beside a lake, the mountain range opposite it and the tree with the swing. Obviously, there were some biological reasons why this couldn’t exist in real life, but the more obvious factor was that you had seen this from a different perspective a hundred times. Every single time you had walked into your room in the Compley you had seen this landscape on your wall. Wanda and you had been lazily hanging out in your room one weekend back when everything was still okay (or as okay as it had ever been) when you had told her that you had been thinking of painting something on the wall to make the space more personal and she had immediately loved the idea. Two days (and 500$ of Tony’s money) later there was a definitely amature made, but exceptionally beautiful in your eyes with Wanda and your name intertwined in the corner. You had joked that one day you’d live in a cabin there and the people in the town nearby would think the two of you were an old married couple. Just that you hadn’t really joked, you had hoped. You had dreamt of it often back in the day, but ever since Thanos, it had turned into a nightmare sooner or later, the flowers rotting, the cabin burning, the lake filling with blood, etc. This is why you were doing your best to try and wake yourself up again, not mentally stable enough to live through another nightmare like that. Just that none of the tactics were working. You had to try something else, or at least you were planning to do so, but when you stood up to look around, suddenly something changed. You looked down at yourself where before there was your pyjamas, but now there was the exact outfit you had worn on a night out years ago before you had known Wanda and Vision had a thing going on where you had planned to confess your feelings to her but had chickened out. “Hello, Darling,” a voice called out from behind you. A voice you’d recognize anywhere. You turned around and saw her. She looked exactly as you remember, wearing that beautiful maroon dress that she had already worn that night. For a second it was like nothing had ever happened, but then reality caught up to you. This was a dream. She was dead.

Since you knew that this had to be a dream you tried to use whatever lucid dreaming tips you had heard in your life and clenched your eyes shut, repeating “This is all a Dream” again and again. “Love-” you hadn’t heard her coming closer, obviously, it was a dream no logic had to apply, but the hand that cupped your cheeks still startled you, “-please look at me.” Against all reasoning you obliged her and when you looked into her beautiful eyes you couldn’t help but want to kiss her, just to have one last sweet memory of her left. As if reading your mind she leaned forward and put her lips on yours. She pulled you towards her and stole your breath. You were melting into her and it felt so, so, very real that the fact that all of it was a dream became hazy. At least until you saw her kissing Vision in your head in what seemed to be a last-ditch attempt of your brain to make you wake up. You pulled away and shook your head frantically. “No, no, this isn’t right, you’re with vision, just because I love you doesn’t mean you love me too… Or loved me, I guess because you’re dead, I saw it-” “You’re wrong.” “-with my own eyes. You died and you didn’t love me.” “Princessa, you’re wrong,” Wanda raised her voice slightly and you turned to her automatically. “I saw you die, Wanda, you’re dead.” “That’s not the thing you’re wrong about,” she sighed and came closer to you again, you wanted to step back, but found yourself unable to. It was like your feet were cemented onto the earth below you, “I might have died, but I loved you, I always did, I just didn’t realize until I saw that woman in that parallel universe, their version of me married to their version of you, living the life I wanted, not only having my children but also the spouse of my dreams. It wasn’t vision, vision was what I thought I deserved because you were always so pure, so fantastic, too good for me. But that fake-me made me realize that it’s not about what I deserve, it’s about what you need, you need someone to properly love and protect you. You need me, so how fortunate that you love me already.” Not quite able to process what she was saying you tried your waking-up tactics again before this turned even more nightmarish. You were distracted though when Wanda took you into a dancing position, putting your head against her and your body suddenly started dancing in sync with her without any input of your own. “Too bad that Stephen was already after me, I knew that he wouldn’t let me keep you safe in peace. He was a threat. But he would stop as soon as he thought he’d been victorious. He had to think I died and so I did. For a while at least-” you would have grown stiff in shock and fear if your body had still been listening to you, instead, you kept slightly swinging through the flower field with Wanda, “-It cost me a lot of Magic, but it was worth it. I’ll recover and then I’ll be able to get you into an actual little cabin at a lake, just like we always talked about, until then I’ll still be able to be with you in your dreams, where it’s just us two. Maybe we can start on making you actually believe that I love you, hmm, once we manage that we can move on to helping you accept me as your protector, okay? For now, I’ll just keep the bad dreams away, just you and me and the sunflowers.” Your body stopped swinging and even though you felt the control returning to your limbs you wouldn’t be able to do anything, frozen in shock. Wanda kissed you one more time before you suddenly shot up in bed, drenched in cold sweat. It took you a few minutes to calm down your heart from the excessive fear that was still lingering. You decided not to go back to sleep and made a note to ask Wong if he had an idea why his spell didn’t work as you made your way into the library where you assumed Stephen was wasting the night away over books, trying to ignore the fact that you could still feel the kiss on your lip, feel the stiffness in your joints that you had only ever felt in the afterwards of Wanda controlling you and the fact that you still felt her presence in your subconscious.

What if Y/N doesn’t run? Not because she loves him but because she knows it’s stupid to even try to run + like you wrote, Pietro has Wanda by his side who can help him keep an eye on you

While he does like the thrill of the chase, Pietro also has zero problems if you don't try to run at all.

First and foremost, he's still absolutely obsessed with you. If you don't run, he'll just take it as you accepting that love/obsession, which makes him ecstatic.

Pietro's not completely delusional. He knows that if you try to run, it's because you're scared and want to get away from him. It hurts him that you would be so scared of him or hate him so much that you would run, but unlike a normal person, he doesn't accept it, leave you alone, and move on.

Instead, he chases you. Both of you know that he could catch you in a millisecond if he wanted to, but Pietro likes to draw it out. He finds it fun to see your fear because it feels like payback for how you hurt him.

So if you don't run, he doesn't feel that hurt, and he has no reason to chase after you.

However, this will make him feel all the more entitled to your time and affection. If you don't show any outward or obvious signs of not wanting to be around him, Pietro will just use that as an excuse to cross any and all of your boundaries.

Because even if you do fight back in other ways, your fear of him and Wanda's mind manipulation gives him an easy way to keep you docile.

He'll just act like you love him back, even if that's the furthest thing from the truth.

Yan!ScarletWitch, Yan!Polaris and Yan!Quicksilver with reader who's like a father figure for them. Reader just saw how Magneto treats his children and decided "You are my kids now. Let's go get some ice cream"

I love the thought of Father!figure!Reader being just a normal guy with no mutation or powers, just an average Joe who sees these kids (literal adults) with daddy issues and is like, “I’m adopting all of you and giving you what you really need”.

I think Wanda, Pietro and Lorna would absolutely adore the hell out of Father!figure!Reader. I could see them indulging in the Reader and the fact that he wants to give them a fatherly relationship that they haven’t really experienced from Erik, or at the very least wasn’t due to some kind of ulterior motive/benefit for Erik’s cause regarding mutant kind. At first, the kids may go into it and accept this new father figure into their life to assert some kind of reaction from their real father, basically make him jealous and react in some way to fight for his kids back.

When that doesn’t happen though and the kids have actually really taken to the Reader and playing house like this, they don’t want anything to mess it up for them. The Reader actually takes an interest them as individuals, completely not caring whether they are mutants or not, or wanting to use their powers for his own endeavors. This man just wants to give them something they haven’t really had and that speaks volumes.

If the Reader was human and had no powers or mutation, Wanda, Pietro and Lorna would all be so fiercely overprotective of him. Especially if Erik were to try and do something, whether to get his kids to come back to his side or just due to the Reader not being a mutant whatsoever. The kids aren’t going to let anything happen to the person who has done so much for them in the small amount of knowing them than their own father has as long as they’ve been around.

Given that Wanda’s powers can allow her to do some pretty off the walls stuff, whose to say she didn’t create the Reader out of her overwhelming want for a normal and loving family dynamic. Maybe she brought someone into their lives who was the epitome of what she has dreamed of in having as a father.

I can’t help but imagine Pietro playing catch with Mutant/Powered!Father!figure!Reader, similar to how Mark and Nolan Grayson play catch in that one episode of Invincible. Only, both Pietro and Reader are in a backyard or park somewhere, then Reader throws the baseball with such force and velocity that it has Pietro running halfway across the world to catch it, and he absolutely loves it. When Pietro makes his way back to his new father, he holds up the ball he caught with such pride and exhilaration. What makes it all even better is when the Reader ruffles his hair and tells him how good he did.

They were used to the impossible. The strange. The odd and terrifying.

This was new.

"Daddy!" shouted a small child, who in a blur was crashed into Pietro, happily hugging his leg. "Daddy! Why are you young? Oh, hi Auntie Wanda! Hi Grandad!"

He wasn't sure what was wrong with this kid... That is, until they suddenly zoomed over to Wanda, then to his father, barely a fuzzy streak, and leaving dust in their wake. And it suddenly clicked.

Oh sweet heaven.

This was somehow his kid.

Wasn't it?

But- but how?! He'd never even dated anyone yet, let alone done the deed!

His suspicions are confirmed when his father has some of his followers run different DNA tests, all of which turn out positive. So, yep. The little bolter is his kid. Just his luck.

They even confirmed as much, saying they're from about ten years from the current year, saying how they were running one minute, and then they ended up outside the old home the Brotherhood were currently staying in.

They ended up staying with them, for the time being. Having a tot trailing after you isn't fun and games, especially in a house full of loud, rowdy teenagers. Or when said tot is faster than the speed of sound and curious, poking their nose into every little thing that intrigues them.

But... they do like him. And they don't think of him as anything but great, even when he tries to avoid them. Which is pretty hard, as surprise! They're actually FASTER than him. HIM!

He grows protective once someone tries to kidnap them. Zooming over before the out-of-place adult can snatch them and run, he grabs them faster, running until they're miles away, hidden in one of his father's various bases.

"Kid, what the h*ck?! You've gotta be more careful!" he shouts, only to be met with a crying child.

"Um... Hey, uh... It's- It's okay. Please, please stop crying-" he pleads. He never meant to make them cry, but he- he worried, okay?! He got scared! He... he could have... lost them. And that sobers his thoughts.

Okay. He needs to be more attentive. More caring. And maybe keep a harness on his kid, so at least if they run off, he's dragged with them.

He didn't think Wanda would be interested in them. He didn't even think she liked kids! Yeah, guess how wrong he was on that-

"Who is my adorable nibling? Next time you're daddy loses you, you auntie is going to curse him," she croons, hugging his sleepy child as they watch the television, some cartoon about sea creatures and a pineapple. "Isn't that right, Pietro?"

"Erm- y-yes, Wanda. Now give me back my kid!" he says, thus kicking off the small battle over his child, who slept through the entire thing.

They only team up when their father steps in.

"I want to see my grandchild, Pietro. Now, where are they?"

"Theh aren't here right now. They went out with Wanda," he responds, trying to keep calm. He knew his old man would show up eventually, but he wasn't about to have his father take his kid! That was HIS kid! He could handle sharing them with Wanda, even having the other Brotherhood guys near them (they were excited to be uncles), but his father was NOT stealing his little angel!

"Pietro, I'm bac- Father. I see you visited," Wanda remarks darkly, holding Reader in her arms, who in turn is holding a stuffed cat in their tiny arms.

"Ah, Wanda. May you please hand me my grandchild? It is time they come with me," Magneto says, holding his hand out.

"NO!" the twins shout at the same time. And suddenly the room burst into chaos.

Pietro speeds past Wanda, who pushes Reader into his arms, then rushes off, heading over to the X-Men's mansion, while Wanda deals with their father. It doesn't take her long to send Toad over with the news she nearly crushed their father to death, who escaped at the last minute, swearing he'd find Reader another day and have Grandfather-Grandchild bonding with them. The two shuddered at the thought. He'd likely teach his kid/her nibling how to conquer the world. Well... they'd probably help, if their little angel wanted to do it. But not now! They're, like, five! That's too young for world domination!

So, until their father is calmed down enough to not immediately wage war on the human race, and hasn't committed recent war crimes... Their little angel is staying right here, with THEM. All they can hope for is that the Professor doesn't help their father. No one ever knows when those two might form a truce...
