Even though it’s not an uncommon theme, I think it’s cool/interesting that Gwen has chosen bloom/blooming for her next era. She had that line in WYWF on the LAMB album “born to blossom, bloom to perish”. She feels like she’s in full bloom now. But it’s also interesting that Blake used that same theme in “We Can Reach the Stars” to represent their love. The 2nd verse says that a little time and rain makes the flowers grow and then he will cut them and put them in a mason jar. He’s saying that their love will stand the test of time and grow no matter what life throws at them. And that their love in full bloom having weathered everything will be a beautiful thing on display for all to see. It’s really a beautiful metaphor.
