Applejack is my favorite out of the mane 6, I find her the most relatable! For a while it was Twilight, but I find I don’t relate to her as much past season 3. AJ is just so down to earth, plus I love her freckles hahaha. Luna’s definitely up there as well, I’m an older sibling but I really get a lot of what she went through as a character. If you combined her with applejack you’d basically get my personality :p

If we’re talking favorite out of all of G4? Then Cloudchaser <3 she’s been my absolute favorite ever since Hurricane Fluttershy aired, it’s such a good episode with a great message, great character development for Fluttershy, and amazing background ponies! I’d love to have a Cloudchaser plush one day, I’m working on making a custom for her c:

Author Note: This little ficlet (c. 500 words) came about because of a DM discussion with the incomparable @wysteria-clad. You can blame/praise her for this middle-of-the-night filth. “Please….” Oh, he sounds just so beautiful when he pleads.

“You think you’ve earned the right yet?” Your laugh is cutting as you orbit him. 

“No mistress”, he bows his head, still on his knees with his hands by his side, just as you ordered.

“Beg….” You grab a fistful of his hair and pull his head upright until he’s looking up into your eyes. “Beg to touch me, pretty boy,” your words are harsh as you run a gloved finger over the contours of his cheekbone.

“Please, mistress, please let me touch you,” he babbles. 

You look down the line of his sculpted body to his cock, standing proud and leaking slightly. Oh, what a pretty boy.

“Hmmm, you’re going to have to try harder than that”, you hum, releasing his hair and moving behind him. He cries out as your hand spanks his reddened cheek.

You grab his jaw. “Open your mouth, boy”, you command. He does so willingly, and you push your thumb and forefinger inside, pinching his tongue. “You use this when I let you, not before. Do you understand me?.” He nods as you continue to hold the fleshy pad, “Now you are lucky you are so talented with this mouth and tongue or else you’d be in much bigger trouble”, you warn, giving one more pinch before you release.

So I have four main projects right now:

Beela--what started out as a portal fantasy where the MC (Beela) learns you can have friends while being depressed has morphed into something much more queer. This is my "main" project and the biggest of the four, as I made the first draft incredibly large and incredibly messy. It needs a lot of work, but I think it'll be worth it. I just wrote their first coming out scene in the middle of book two and I can't wait to see what my writer's group thinks

Wysteria and Pants--a slice of life fantasy about a witch who isn't very magical (Wysteria) and her turtle familiar (Pants). This one was specifically about queer joy, as both Wysteria and her love interest, Ariel, are ace. I want to add 2-3 scenes, then I'm going to try querying it again

Xie is the Architect and You are Nothing--surrealist horror story. It was supposed to be "what if you got abducted by the fae and put in their zoo" but turned into a story about trans identity and who you are when no one is looking. My mc gets their name and past stolen, so They are just They throughout the whole book. I feel like if you read it, you can really tell that I was listening to a lot of Magnus Archives and reading a lot of queer poetry (check out Jay Hulme, he's amazing).

and last of all, my untitled trans pirates story--this is a fantasy set in "1760 ish" that features a trans woman (Clementine) and an enby (Riix) as they struggle to find their way back to the pirate/smuggling ship they were stolen from. This one has been very fun because Riix has never once taken a good look at their emotions and their first impulse is violence.

Okay but imagine....maybe sometimes when she’s really stressed, Marinette transforms into Ladybug and goes and sits on the roof of the Agreste mansion. She looks at the view, and imagines what being closer to Adrien would be like- not even romantically! she just pictures holding actual conversations with him, hanging out with him and their friend group, and getting to know the boy.

And maybe...just maybe.... one day Adrien is feeling kinda sad...and Marinette noticed at school, and so later that day she notices his window open. And she comes down and says his classmate was concerned about him and that the view from the roof was beautiful and would he like to come see?

And they sit and watch the sunset together, talking about everything and nothing (and blushing of course) and by the time Ladybug has to go they both feel better, but neither want her to leave....so maybe Adrien tells her she can come back anytime....

32. Do they ever get into trouble? Is it serious, or are they just mischievous?

I mean...outside of trouble they already get up to on a daily basis? Storming into beast men territory to murder their gods and picking fights with Garleans for years isn’t exactly for mischief or fun. Their work basically comes prepackaged with trouble, and though Illya at the start of ARR would have definitely felt this was far more than she bargained for, over the years she just grew so used to numbing herself to pain and suffering and comes to think of trouble as just a part of life she has to cope with now. Alphinaud is far more self-aware and better at coping with stress than her. 

So aside from that they’re not really a couple who plays pranks and actively looks to make mischief outside of teasing each other or really harmless things like tickle each other.

37.  How much would they be willing to sacrifice for the other? Any lines they refuse to cross?

They’d most definitely lay their lives down for one another without hesitation.. and this is saying a lot because while Illya is altruistic and selfless, she’s not exactly someone who wouldn’t hesitate to die for a stranger? She has self-destructive thoughts, and at the end of the day she’s willing to give her life to save the world.. but her instincts is that of a timid, terrified girl - which she loathes. She wouldn’t be the first person to think to jump in front of a bullet for a stranger, and that’s actually a big part of her own self-hatred, believing that such thoughts of wanting self preservation means she’s selfish and awful. [[rambles about unrelated stuff]].

But for Alphinaud, she’d do anything. She wouldn’t hesitate to take pain for him, die for him or even distance herself from him if she knew that it would keep him safe. When she loves someone, she loves them deeply because she sees them as her world and purpose to go on. It was only because of her friend, and a huge part of Alphinaud’s encouragements, that she was able to keep fighting and telling herself to stay alive. 

Likewise for Alphinaud, but it’s also partially mixed with lingering feelings of guilt. He believes Illya has had to sacrifice far more than he did as a hero. He’s never there for her when she had to risk her life fighting primals, he wasn’t even aware of her battles at the Ghimlyt. And nobody needs to remind him of his mistreatment of her in ARR, because he remembers better than anyone. She deserved better than him, and to an extent he still believes so. So sacrificing himself for her is just the least he can do. 

I can’t really think of what they would draw the line exactly? But I imagine Illya would never trade the lives of 100 innocents just to bring Alphinaud back from the dead. Alphinaud wouldn’t either, because I think he would remember that Illya would never want him to resort to such heinous methods, but I do believe he would be far more likely to entertain the thought of it than Illya if he lost her. 

42.  Do they let each other get away with things that would normally bother them?

Alphinaud can sometimes be rather blunt when it comes to behavior that is problematic, though not nearly as confrontational as Alisaie is. And while there isn’t really anything about Illya I think Alphinaud would outright find distasteful, when she makes mistakes and her emotional baggage cause the people around her to be affected, he’s probably slightly more gentle about dealing with her than he would be other people?  

As for Illya, she’s a doormat. She rarely if ever calls other people out or criticizes others, and even if she does she tends to prefer to word her criticisms as feedback or genuine concern for the person she’s speaking to. This is similar with Alphinaud, though over the years of married life, he would accumulate a list of things he has done that he knows she isn’t too approving of. She is always very verbal about his bad money spending habits, and she’s far quicker to call him out when he does something reckless that may have either caused him or their friends to get hurt. In fact, talking about this now I feel like Illya is a lot more honest about telling Alphinaud what she’d like him to stop doing than she is with other people. Weird? Probably.

You know, I’ve been thinking, there are multiple realms in Wizzy and Pirate, right? I know it’s gameplay function is to host multiple servers for a bunch of people at once, with some being more populated than others.

But what if, perhaps, we could work the concept of Realms into the Lore itself? Perhaps each “Realm” is a different timeline with a different main Wizard/Pirate or set of Wizards/Pirates saving the spiral/plundering the spiral? I know the realms in game, again, are servers with no differences whatsoever, but maybe in a storyline setting, it can be used to set up small timeline differences? Like when Wysteria’s storyline happens (it it happens at all), etc?

Our world affects the spiral or is it vise versa

(This is kinda long and rambling but I felt I had to write this out) A thought just occurred to me as I was lurking through the Wizard101 posts on Tumblr and having someone’s play through of the game on pause in another tab. 

The worlds that make up the Spiral both from the main quest lines of Arc 1 to Arc 4, from Wizard City to Karamelle,  and the Side Worlds like Grizzleheim and Wysteria. They are all based on something from Earth, connected to Earth in some way like through references. But it is?

Or is it the other way around? That these worlds, through the space time continuity affect Earth, making it the mix up and mish-mashed world that it is, with all of these different cultures and religions and ideas. 

Maybe that’s why Earth doesn't have any magic, because it got bombarded from the other worlds and as a result didn't form its own identity and therefore it couldn't absorb magic from the void that connects the spiral worlds together. 

That then begs the question, who - or maybe even what - is the Wizard? If they are from Earth, a world that doesn't believe in magic and therefore doesn't use magic, how did they come into said magic. And not only that, but able to control Shadow to the degree that they can for their selected school. All higher power bosses are dueled-school (fire/storm), but the Wizard remains singular, why?

We know nothing about the Wizard canonical. What we do know for sure is that they are from Earth and were young (around 12-13) when they started at Ravenwood and have been thrust into the role of “Savior of the Spiral “, therefore dealing with all manners of negative magic for years. 

They are - were - a blank slate originally but became bombarded by the worlds of the spiral, forced to form to what they had been given and forced into. Shaped and molded by everything around the, maybe just like Earth. 

But this brings something really interesting up. If Earth was influenced by the Spiral, how would the Wizard react to each new world, each new scenario that they experience and can make the connection to Earth or something on Earth. Nostalgia? Surprise? Wonder? Fear?

Imagine then coming across a reference and remembering how it ended terrible (Star Trek and everything connected to Khan and as a result, Spock dying in TOS, Kirk dying in AOS). Imagine how desperate the Wizard would be to stop more tragedy unfurling and when that battle comes between these two forces, all those emotions being unleashed. If they were a school that boost against those elements, how more overwhelming it would be, and schools that resisted how much harder they would hit to stop them. 

And when all is said and done, when the Wizard has a moment to themselves and they reflect, they think back on their memories and try to remember, what was from Earth and what was from the Spiral and not able to see the clear distinguish between the two.Their memories of Earth become foggy.

i’m DEFINITELY gonna go on a tangent that’s the length of at least half a one-shot fanfic so this is gonna go under a cut 

im gonna slam down names for my classic and lust variants bc calling them just that is not really my jazz when rambling u.u

wysteria is a fairly simple guy, in actualityhe looks very extravagant and extra, when in reality, he really just wants to hang out with peoplehe’s an extroverted, demiromantic pansexual who likes to live in the present and not think about his shitty pasthe’s a good guy

ceecee, though, is a very...complicated person.on surface level, he’s a chill, funny guy.mildly attractive, friendly and lovable dude. anyone could be buds with him.though he is an extremely introverted, demisexual guy who’d rather stay home.

their basic acquaintance relationship started off at their city’s grillby’s, go figurevery casual, their chemistry clicked almost instantly.

ceecee was the casual funny guy you see often at the bar, and wysteria was the guy who was the one attractive guy who’d flirt with you but on a friendly level.

ceecee started it off with a joke, of course, and wysteria easily complied with a flirtier comeback.ceecee wasn’t surprised, but was happy to find a guy who could fight back with a level of comedy that he had.they went at it towards each other for a while, until they finally introduced themselves to each other.jokingly, wysteria offered for his number, and ceecee agreed. it surprised wysteria a little bit, but he didn’t mind. this short little skeleton man wasn’t just funny, he was a little attractive too.so they exchanged their numbers and eventually went their way.

they never really texted each other or called, because they both knew it was half a joke that they even exchanged numbers.up until a long while after, wysteria finally picked up the number and texted it.he asked if the two could hang out. it had been a while since they last talked, and he wanted some nice company for the day.

so they hung outagain, again, and again,until wysteria found himself falling for the little comedy man.he wasn’t very good at hiding, mostly because his flirts increased more and more, that, and ceecee was good at reading people.

ceecee asked him out first.despite having absolutely no relationship experience, he took a shot at wysteriabecause he’s got nothing to lose, and hey, he liked the guy.wysteria was surprised, but nonetheless, overjoyed.so, they started dating.

what solidified their relationship is ceecee’s first depressive episode around wysteria.

they had known each other for a good while at that point, where wysteria had started living in the home ceecee and his brother bought for himself. before that, wysteria simply lived in apartment by himself while his brother was in another city for college. ceecee’s brother lived somewhere else for work but visited now and then.

as i said earlier, sans was chill and happy, but only on surface level.in reality, he was a guy putting up a front, trying to deal with his depression, anxiety and ptsd in the background.he was a pretty good actor. he didn’t look that tired, unless, you got close enough to look at him.he hid it well around wysteria, but that day just hit different. he didn’t feel up to it.

he was quiet, barely responsive, mostly trudging around the house.when wysteria finally asked what was wrong after a whole day of worrying,ceecee looked like he was going to cry.he held in his breathe and refused to talk, swallowing down the lump that had formed on what would be his throat.after more and more prying, wysteria finally broke him.

it was a lot to take in, but that was the first time ceecee was vulnerable around wysteria.and from that point forward, wysteria stuck by him. he wanted to help his lover get through anything and to show him that things do get better.
