the pilot but it’s Carlos’s PoV Pt.2 -  the Town Meeting

[ID: a WTNV comic of the town meeting from the pilot episode. Carlos stands at a podium and smiles, "I have come to study just what is going on..." As he speaks, speakers to his side start broadcasting Cecil's voice, "What is going on..." Carlos eyes the speaker, "... around here." The speakers echo, "Around here." 

Carlos grins a little nervously and waves, as Cecil continues over the speakers, "He grinned, and everything about him was perfect-" Carlos abruptly stops waving, surprised "-and I fell in love instantly." Carlos now looks shocked and bewildered. 

He glances forward. The crowd gathered at the meeting stares back. Then a huge, long shout of "OOOOH!!" ripples through the room as people cheer and scream, making Carlos startle.
