So hey long time no see, just popping in to say that this video by Official_TVC is bullshit.

So summary + thoughts:

Video starts off with defintions on different types of stalking & they say Vivienne has experienced all this kind of stalking. Then goes on to say its 2 individuals doing this stalking and they we the viewer doesn't need to know them, Official_TVC has done a lot of research on them and we should should trust Official & their word without evidence because apparently they retweeted something on twitter & it was a tumblr post thats supposedly exposed Vivienne's siblings, personal things ect. All this is hearsay by you, it shouldn't make the average viewer trust your word. Yes I've seen things but that was from posts I've seen.

Aside -honestly Official should be questioning the anon asks we get on here, some of the asks contain some questionable info like how do you get that info. People get asks on here containing info, people don't go out & hunt all Vivienne's private life, we receive stuff thats how things come to light, OTHER PEOPLE SEND US STUFF.

All the background of the video is helluva boss/hazbin scenes coupled with music from respective shows. No evidence, not even heavily censored evidence to protect Vivienne, just Official_TVC talking & basically saying "trust me bro I did research, believe me". This is heinous accusations, individuals you are talking about & you give nothing. It could be lies for all people know, I don't even believe & I've seen the things you're referring to.

Continued, the stalkers, the 1st one is a "troll" according to Official_TVC & the second is supposedly so bad they were quote " has been 15 ft from vivziepop", no backing on that 15ft statement, Official_TVC just states this. All this stalking, entire pages made is because of a ship. Leaking show stuff (aside again, is GIVEN TO US VIA ANONYMOUS ASKS).

They carry on to say essentially all this hate talk on Viv on YT is cos she's popular, they got nothing of meaning to say on Viv cos they hate her so much they can't talk about her positively. They then mention a person has a never ending stream that just feeds misinformation other YouTubers & quote "on the precipice of wanting to strangle a woman (Viv) who made the crime of making demons gay". Wtf does that mean, who has this never ending stream of feeding misinformation to other YouTube, who & wtf are you talking about.

Anyway, goes on to compare spindlehorse workplace allegations to Amazon (yes ironic) & how Amazon treats its workers really bad... do I need to say more. Goes on to say everyone ragged on Viv because hazbin hotel is on Amazon, Amazon is bad & quote by Official_TVC is cos "everyone looks for an excuse to hate". Ok now I'm giving evidence on why people ragged on Viv for prime since you give jackshit.

Amazon/prime is currently being boycotted, its on the bds list why people were saying to pirate hazbin. Not some bullshit reason Official gave on it being mindless hate. Here is a video explaining why people are boycotting Amazon:

Official carrys on to say stalker 1 did 3 things, doxxed Vivienne, & in their words if you go to said person's page Official states "im pretty sure they know where vivziepop lives". That is speculation, thats your opinion cos no evidence is provided or can be for that matter cos this is what YOU think. Dropping as Official says "nuggets" of info on Viv's siblings University, their work (this info was from a sibling's linked in page, public info). Can I say aside, I know her sibling's names. Ah, the whole Taika thing is a bit complicated and there are folks who have a better grasp on everything than I do, so I do invite anyone to link/comment if I misstate here. Generally the current hate surrounding him seems to be based in:

A letter he signed, along with about 300 other celebrities, back at the start of current conflict in Palestine, thanking Biden/urging him to encourage the release of hostages. The wording of the letter was not great in places, but it was mostly "hostages shouldn't be hostages and everyone should be safe." This has been taken to mean that Taika's a Zionist. There is no hard proof of this that I am aware of. The letter itself is not Zionist and came at a time when everyone was calling for the release of hostages. His name doesn't appear on the first page.

A podcast appearance (I think Marc Maron's WTF? podcast) where he talked about the fact that no one can be aware of every issue happening in the world and that people tend to focus on the things that are closest to them. This was taken to be an excuse about him signing that letter, but the conversation was in the context of a discussion of Jojo Rabbit, and he mentions the fact that a lot of people are unaware of ongoing Maori political issues, which others have pointed is where his public political energy seems to reside.

The hate around him has been going on for longer than this—I saw people try to argue that he was a fascist for making Jojo Rabbit, and I've seen people railing against him for things as banal as his opinion about Casablanca, as well as his personal life and relationships.

My personal sense is that he's an intelligent man who talks a lot and does not have a celebrity filter, so he will often say things in the course of a conversation or interview that is basically him voicing thoughts out loud as they come. This is not great for someone in the public eye, and it's also not a crime or an indication of a massive moral failing. Most of the reactions to his statements have both taken those statements out of context and are wildly disproportionate to what is actually said. The accusations of Zionism and the scrutiny of everything he does and says raises very clearly the undercurrents of antisemitism and racism into...overcurrents.

Tl;dr: the hate around him is because he's a very successful Indigenous, Jewish filmmaker who talks a lot, makes jokes a lot, and is a human being.

It’s possible to like a villain but hate another objectively-morally-better character, at least with a villain you wouldn’t have to “worry” about debates or controversy, since they’re.. a villain. They did nothing to repent for their actions and therefore are irredeemable, so it wouldn’t be one of the biggest “fandom debates” to argue about whether they’re good or bad, because they never made you question it. Redeemed characters, on the other hand, do in fact make you question their morality, but a lot of people don’t understand the concept of a REDEMPTION can’t seem to handle the fact that Mr. Redemption actually did bad things in the past, which is why they tend to say characters-similar-to-Snape’s arcs are invalid. And especially since Snape turned into a bully, the debates about his arc are much stronger. Characters like Evan Rosier (my babygirl) and Barty Crouch Jr. (also babygirl) don’t have redemption arcs and don’t make you question their morality, so perhaps they’re seen as a “safer” option in the eyes of most Marauder stans. Because people won’t lunge at you and harass you simply for liking them.

It’s also similar to villains and just-really-fucking-annoying characters; if you like a just-really-fucking-annoying character, people will straight up go wtf dude, but if you were to say you like the main villain of the series people would be like oh okay. I remember an iconic tumblr post and one of the reblogs said something along the lines of “the villain’s crimes are fictional but my annoyance is real” (I quote that 24/7) and I think it’s extremely accurate. It’s also part of the reason why Umbitch is much more hated than Voldemort, not only is that woman pure evil, but she’s annoying as fuck too 💀

So, them stanning Barty and Evan while not liking Snape is alright, but the fact that they attack us for liking him and think he’s scum while they stan characters who never even tried to redeem themselves and then go make headcanons about them, fancast attractive actors as them, create sob-stories in fanfics to justify what they did that they accept as canon, etc, really makes me wonder how they’d act if Severus was conventionally attractive. 😐

“tiktoks just as bad as tumblr!” no tiktoks so much worse i go on tumblr and say “scrimbob my plobmlewikle” and 5 blogs reblog it, i post that to tiktok and i get 3 comments explaining how cool and edgy the commenter is for having seen my video, for being on the “scrimbob side of tiktok” and the joke gets run into the ground within a week until i am told to yoink myself off a plane for having even started the joke.

an artist on tumblr posts something with anatomy issues, they don’t become the new laughing stock of the week.* one tiktoker put the eyes a bit higher on their drawing and they are still made fun of, and was run off the platform entirely for reasons that had little to no backing. people mimicking their style in this awful manner, drawing nsfw content to pin to their name [keep in mind, they were maybe 14?], and when the artist was redug up from the grave of content tiktok has run into the dirt people proclaimed that their art had improved, not of the artists own voilition; but because of the harassment they received. that this was an example of bullying working.*

content on tiktok has the live span of a fly. it’s born, discarded and left to rot within days. discourses start and die before anyone can even give a full breakdown of a situation because the app is designed for shortform content. it’s algorithm is addictive and designed to be addictive. it works, as much as i hate it. and with how fast trends begin and die, entire music genres are cast aside as “tiktok music” and as “embarrassing to listen to”, entire art styles, fashion styles, lingo misappropriated from aave by white teens who overuse it to the point they deem it cringe*, and along with their no longer trendy niche micro trend, they toss it away. deem it weird. record people in public who wear it, record people in public who say it.* it’s a self sustaining ecosystem that only works to harm the teens who use it. i don’t blame the teenagers and tweenagers who use tiktok, who quote the sounds, who recycle the barely-argumentative arguments, i blame the app.

I honestly agree with you on everything after ragnarok is not canon. Although I love Thor ragnarok, it’s an entertaining movie and ive seen it more times then I should, thinking about it now I’ve never seen Thor ragnarok as canon. it’s just been a movie that’s really shitty but entertaining, and funny when you don’t have context about the characters.

I just hate that it’s so disrespectful to the actual characters. AND what’s even worse, is that I did not even consider the movie disrespectful to the characters until I was on tumblr and found threads of old posts/things you’ve reblogged on why it is.

People need to realise there’s a difference between entertaining cinema, vs actual good Quality cinema. Especially with something like marvel because it’s all “connected”. Marvel is choosing quantity over quality and it’s clearly showing.

Yup. Marvel-Disney has become the 'Five Minute Crafts' of movie making. They're pumping out multiple shows and movies annually, but there's hardly any substance to them anymore. Nothing actually connects in this so-called cinematic universe, but the promos and interviews will try to fool you into believing it.

There's no cohesive story, only easter eggs abound. They're mostly meaningless, because most of them have their roots in different storylines in the comics, not the movies. Like, wtf was Thanoscopter doing in the Loki series? Or why was Sylvie wearing the broken crown (which was originally worn by AoA Loki for very specific reasons)?

Moreover, every new entity boasts of bringing in a drastic change into the multiverse or having a powerful character like no other before them. Yet, all of this is forgotten in the next entity they release. Rinse repeat.

The problem with Ragnarok was that it wanted to be funnier and bigger than GOTG--a movie that somewhat broke the mold for MCU movies at that time. It constituted an unlikely team of antiheroes who became heroic, and it had a more zany kind of humour to it.

What Ragnarok didn't note was that GOTG had heart. It had zany humour, yes, but it also had plenty of poignant moments. It didn't make a joke out of everything, most certainly not the characters. Every character was handled carefully, their trauma and loss acknowledged despite their negative actions.

Ragnarok failed supremely at this. Bruce turned into a parody of anxiety attacks and 'useless' nerdiness (7 PhDs but can't fly a ship, haha). Loki--a character of a subjugated race, taken from his people, raised to hate his own race, a clear victim of Asgard's imperialistic and colonial agenda, was made fun of for simply existing. His trauma was ignored, his relationship to Thor was twisted to make Thor into a victim, and instead, his main oppressor, Odin, was glorified despite his war crimes and invasions. What more, the fact that Thor left Loki to die on Sakaar was glossed over and made into a joke. Valkyrie (she still doesn't have a name, even post l&t) was introduced as a slave trader (does anyone find it sus that a woman of colour was shown as a slave trader?) and this part of her life was never acknowledged again, not even by Bruce, even though she traded the hulk to the GM.

Thor...sigh, where do I even begin? Gone was the considerate and thoughtful Thor we had seen in TDW, the Thor who acknowledged his father's bad decisions and tried to counter them by putting his own life on the line. Gone was the Thor who held his dying brother in his arms and cried. Granted, canon Thor had his issues to overcome, but he was never crass and inconsiderate like Ragnarok Thor. Ragnarok not only uprooted Thor from his growing self awareness and growth, it uprooted him wholly from Asgard. Killed off his friends and killed off his home. And made a joke about it all.

There's so much more to say about that trash movie and it's confused purpose, but all in all, it put the first nail into the whole franchise' coffin. L&T is only a continuation of that, based in the same theme of ridicule and distasteful humour.

What rankles is that it could've been a great movie, had Chris and Taika taken their heads out of their respective asses for a bit to think it over. But they were too busy making toilet level jokes and jerking around the sets, ignoring the script (which btw had Thor admitting to his mistakes to Loki) and just improvising everything with their bs logic. Taika didn't even do his research on the characters.

And that's something he's proud of. A theme that has continued with the creators in other Marvel entities too.

I just feel very sad about it. Because phase 1 (even 2) Marvel was something if quality. Now, the characters these phases had established are either (unfairly) dead or completely unrecognisable. I no longer have any sense of anticipation for their new stuff. I don't even want to watch new movies or shows.*

*Moon Knight is the only exception, and you'd note the show had no prominent easter eggs or even mentions of other characters from the MCU. Mayhe there's something to be said about that.

It shows me that not all of humanity is scary and unforgiving. rp pet peeves : Tiny icons that are so small and so washed out that you have literally no idea who someone is RPing. I hate that. I've grown to like the border concept as you can tell, I think it's pretty and it can add something. But when you do it and the icon is 25x25 pixels and so pixelated / saturated you can't tell what's going on? Or the colors are insanely bright ??? I get aesthetic but what I don't get ? That. I don't get that. Not at all. Themes where the 'next' button is so tiny or even the navigation buttons are so tiny you're like "okay wtf where do I click". People who complain that no one rps with them but you sent them a meme or two and they actively ignore you. People who have carrds for their characters and the font is very tiny and I have to squint. Wearing my glasses. Clearly this is my biggest peeve. Oh, and this new editor not letting me highlight and delete easily. I hate this.
