#wind howls #im like calm but i feel weird #trauma tornado #i saw smth a while ago i dont remember who but it was about reactions to trauma and im like #wondering. what whould i have been like if my trauma made me angry instead of soft #because compared to like. my siblings or some people i know Trauma definitely made me too soft #i think. if itd have made me angry i wouldve killed god so it nerfed me that way. what would i have been like if i got mad ? #its weird to think about honestly bc its not something i can change i think. being angry still genuinely scares me even though im learning #to accept my anger like any other emotion i experience. still terrifying #but what would it be like. to not be terrified of my own anger ? to have reacted to what i went through and rebelled ? #i dont know. i dont think i ever will know
