Won't Back Down OGN by Trina Robbins, Marguerite Sauvage, Gene Ha, Stephanie Cooke, Yanick Paquette, Joëlle Jones, Jill Thompson, Dave McCaig, Amy Chase and many more. Out in January 2024.
"In 1973, the Supreme Court gave women the right to make decisions over the care of their own bodies. A mere fifty years later, a rogue Supreme Court has taken that right away. Today, over 32 states have banned or severely restricted abortion. Featuring the work of over 30 artists, writers, inkers, and colorists, Won't Back Down is an important anthology that celebrates women who fight for justice-for anyone interested in women's rights, free speech, or simply great comics. Profits go to Planned Parenthood."
And when their sweet daughter fell from the tree, her foot hanging off her leg, "It's not broken, we don't need a physician" he said, but she insisted. And again with her broken arm....What would've happened without her loving mother in the hands of the neglectful, deceiving, narcissist abuser?
i just watched won't back down (i know it's super late lmao) and i kinda pissed at michael. like seriously wtf dude?? but then i know how easy it would be if he's really doing what she wants him to do from the beginning. like the way the teachers just listen to him like that. the movie will probably be like 10 minutes long or something 😂

I loved the first commission so much, I couldn't resist ordering another one as a parallel of sorts! This lovely drawing is by @toktopus-art. It's based on a scene from Chapter 26 of my vamp!Eddie/Steve-gets-Vecna'd fic, laughing at the broken glass.
Scene excerpt is below, and the AO3 link to the fic is on my pinned post.
Steve wished they could just stay like this, but there were only two more songs left on this A-side.
“Hey, can I see your bracelet?” Eddie asked. If not for his all-too-casual tone, Steve wouldn’t have suspected anything.
“Pulling out all the stops, huh?” Steve asked wryly. Eddie flashed a shameless grin at him. Chuckling, Steve tugged his sleeve down before lifting up his wrist. To his pleasant surprise, the glow-in-the-dark effect was actually noticeable. Eddie took a moment to share in the admiration of the bracelet before grabbing Steve’s hand and tugging it down.
“This is better, yeah?” Eddie asked.
“Huh?” Steve turned to look at him again, but Eddie was staring straight up at the sky.
“Than just sitting in your car in the freezing cold by yourself, I mean.”
“I had Freddie Mercury with me.”
“I’m serious.” Eddie finally turned his head to face Steve again. His expression certainly matched his words. Steve couldn’t help but tense up at the shift in tone, though he was swiftly eased by the way Eddie’s thumb brushed across his knuckles.
“I...hate that you even have to ask.” Steve managed to smile, even though Eddie frowned at that. “Yeah, this is better.”
One song left. It wasn’t fair.

You might have to click on some of them to get a better look at Hobie, sadly I don't have a video editor that allows me to make better edits than these :')
I am seeing some of the WORST takes about tdp season 4. Sweet, sweet tumblr users. This season was a lot of set up, not everything was supposed to be explained or resolved, or even "should" have been. Season 4 had to do the heavy leg work of re-establishing characters and arcs and the plot moving foreword. It just needs a little time to be able to act on everything it's now established. It did a good job building off of arc 1, and now we are fully indoctrinated into arc 2!
One thing that was very interesting to me in this episode is the way Eddie was just... not joking about Buck's love interests.
That stuck out.
Usually when Eddie talks to Buck about his love interests, it's with an edge of fond exasperation, teasing laced around his gently delivered truths, but there was none of that this episode. Buck told Eddie he went to see Natalia and it was like something switched. Eddie's entire affect changed when Buck started talking about Natalia. He went from being loose and easy (as loose and easy as one can get when standing at a grave) to being... not combative, necessarily, but visibly actively not wanting to engage in conversation about her either, and it's not...
It's not even jealousy!! We joke a lot about Eddie and jealousy, but it wasn't that at all. It was a fatigue that comes with silence, that comes with holding your tongue, that comes with keeping secrets. Especially when Buck said that he feels like Natalia sees him. That look Eddie gave him immediately after? That was pure hurt. That was him saying I see you too, I've always seen you. But he can't say that. He can't say that, because to say that would be to say so many other things about the way he sees Buck, and to say so many other things would mean to have to unstick his tongue from the roof of his mouth about the ONE thing he's been holding onto ever since he was shot.
I don't know. I don't know, but I think Eddie taking Buck on a date and I think about how Eddie left his son—his heart—in Buck's care so they could bake cookies together (which becomes profoundly more significant in an episode where Christopher was talking about baking smores with his mom), and I think about Kenny saying Ryan has been doing some very nuanced work in the back half of this season, I'm like
